While I did not end up using the services of Mr Sparky as they were outbid. I will say though that David the technician was by far the most polite, professional, knowledgeable and just overall pleasant. I probably threw 500 questions at this guy and he was able to not just give me an answer but tell me why it was the answer and give additional information and advice. This guy honestly made me really want to spend the extra money just to have him do the work. I will always be requesting a quote first though from now on from Mr Sparky and socially David from here forward. Hopefully I can have them do the electrical work for my project.

I needed a light replaced in my living room. Devin and Ian were very efficient and professional. They called me30 minutes before they arrived, which was very helpful. I was able to get an appointment within 4 days of when I called. They also checked my fuse box and found some issues which they corrected. Highly recommend Mr Sparky.

We had a strong burning smell in our house and multiple electrical problems which led us to call Mr. Sparky. Joe came to diagnose our issues, and a small electrical fire started which he calmly took care of. He and his crew then spent the next few days working tirelessly to fix all our endless electrical problems and to ensure our house got brought up to code.I was obviously very nervous and shaken by the unsafeness of our home initially, but as soon as we met Joe I was instantly at ease. He was not only a clearly experienced electrician who knew what he was doing, but he provided such clear communication and was so professional throughout the entire process, that I knew we were in good hands.Joe was so professional and courteous I was convinced he was the owner of the company, that’s how much pride he took in his position and the happiness/contentment of the customer. He listened to our concerns, took time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and overall treated us so kindly. All of the guys on his team were great but we will forever be raving about Mr. Sparky because of Joe.

I called in to Mr. Sparky because I was having flickering lights in my home and receptacles that We’re not working. I had a technician by the name of Devin that came out To diagnose my electrical When he Started his diagnostic he started looking around at my panel as well as the receptacles in the bedroom I was having an issue with. He ended up removing a receptacle and found faulty wiring in my home, when he repaired the receptacles in the room he ended up being able to fix the problem which I was so grateful because the issue was in my daughters room. Devin went over ways to make my home safer and I am forever grateful for the Thoroughness And professionalism of Devin. Mr.Sparky should be grateful to have somebody that represents their company so well. One thing I could say about Mr.Sparky is that they answered the phone and showed up when they said they were gonna show up. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called an electrician and they said they were gonna come out and never showed up. Thank you Mr.Sparky for being there when I needed You the most and for showing up.

I contacted Mr. Sparky to assist me with the electrical installation for 3 video doorbells and to update the indoor chimes that sounds when the doorbell rings.These guys were phenomenal. One technician came on a Thursday, again on Friday, and later his boss came to assist him. And it was Friday night when they had to throw in the towel because there was nothing more they could do.In lieu of their tireless efforts, they could not get the systems to work together properly.In my opinion, I think that it’s one way that Ring can obligate the customer(s) to buy / need / use more of their products.Nevertheless, I gave them 4-stars for their unwavering commitment to the customer and the tasks, they communicated well, they were respectful of my home, and didn’t charge me for their efforts.I highly recommend Ms. Sparky of Columbia for your electric needs!!! They really do work hard to earn your business!!!
