Very pleasant experience. Got the job done professionally and swiftly. Scheduling was easy and convenient (no 4–5hr window wait time wasting half your day). Royce and his wife went above and beyond to help me. They were very kind. Highly recommend.

Royce responded to an online quote request for bathroom remodel electric work within three hours, and showed up that afternoon. While walking through my requirement to install a purchased recessed LED light, and trouble shoot four hallway switches on a loop, Royce also recommended some GFI plugs be installed because the outdated plugs didnt meet codes due to being near water sources. That evening I received Royces estimate, and agreed to the work the following morning. That second day Royce showed up on time taking about four hours to install the recessed LED light, spending time in the attic while 100 degrees outside, installed the GFI switches, and figured out what was going on with our hall lights. I will use Royce again, and recommend Royce Power and Electric LLC for any bathroom remodel work, residential troubleshooting, and bringing old electrical work to code.

Royce was friendly, responsive, and honest with his work. He made good use of his time, working efficiently to adress our electrical issues. While he was working, we were also working in parallel on a few home projects. His methods allowed both of us to work without getting each others way.
