Great experience with Punch List Pros. We have used their professionals in the past installing support columns on the front of our house. We asked them on this job to install cabinets in our laundry room and remove the old ones. Anthony our technician was easy to work with. He was on time, courteous, easy to communicate with. He asked appropriate questions to get the job done to our specifications. He made sure to level the cabinets and position them correctly per our wishes. Very reasonable from a cost perspective. Recommend considering this company for your home improvement needs and other miscellaneous jobs, they are very versatile!

I contacted Punch List Pros to rebuild the deck in my backyard, repair the decorative trim over my garage, and install new flooring and an exterior French door. I couldnt be any happier!They were an outstanding crew to work with because they were so friendly and personable. Secondly, the camaraderie between them while they were working was professional, fun, and energetic. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful as they gave me updates about the progress of my repairs or tips and tricks to help maintain the work that was being done. Matthew and Donnie were at our house all day doing a variety of things. They installed toilet seats, replaced three bathroom fans, did drywall work repairs in two bathrooms, replaced an outdoor awning and added a significant amount of flooring in the attic. This post was from February of 2023.The Punch List Pros people were back yesterday (February 16, 2024) and built a new gate at the side of the house going to the back yard, stabilized steps going off the back deck and added a railing. The doors to my storage building were not closing properly because the screws had stripped and they replaced those and made sure the doors were solidly in place. They put an insulation wrap around our water heater and replaced florescent lights in the kitchen with much brighter LED lights. They are very nice people and totally professional in their work. We will definitely call on them again in the future and I recommend them highly to anyone with basic home maintenance and repair needs. Jim Johnson

I called punch list pros so I could get an estimate on a bathroom faucet removal and installation. They do free estimates which is great. Jeremy came out and gave me a quick estimate.Scheduled the work a week later with Jeremy. He was very punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He removed the old faucet and installed the new one faster than was estimated so he took off some money from the final cost which was much appreciated. Overall the whole experience was easy and stress free and the customer service was excellent. This was my first time using them and based on this experience, I would use again and would recommend.

I requested the work on their website on a Saturday, on Monday morning they contacted me by email to set up a time to give an estimate. The repairman was prompt and very professional so much so that I showed him several other repair projects around my house that need attention. Later that same day, he sent an itemized list of the repair jobs and their estimated cost. This was very helpful. The repairs on the trim were very neat and professional, too. Update 10/17/24: Just had Punch List Pros come out and replace 3 exterior floodlight fixtures and hang our Samsung The Frame tv. CJ and Joe got in and knocked it out in a prompt and professional manner. These guys are excellent!We bought our home a few years ago and I still had repair issues from our inspection report that I hadnt been able to get to. I found it a challenge to find someone reputable that could do it all. Punch List Pros was great because they were able to handle everything including repairing minor wood rot, door weatherstripping, freeing up stuck windows and replacing electrical receptacles. They were even able to hang a very large mirror for us. You will pay a little more for their high quality service, however its been my experience that going the cheap route will eventually cost you more. TJ and Al did the work and were prompt, courteous, clean and extremely professional.

PLP responded promptly, provided a written quote and proceeded with completing the repairs immediately. Most amazing, on the morning of the final walk-through, the dishwasher broke down; water everywhere! Upon notification by the buyers agent, I placed a call to Ashley and she worked her magic!! Plumber dispatched to pick up a new dishwasher, installed it, hauled away the old dishwasher, and cleaned up!! Yes, same day! Seller was able to close the deal without further problems! I worked with Punch List Pros to provide repairs to my condo association. They repaired wooden steps for us and inspected and repaired crawlspace issues. Even when there were problems, they worked hard to correct issues. They are licenced by the SC LLR as required by law and have full insurance including workers comp for they crews. This is important - there are alot of unqualified contractors working in SC.
