I wanted to share my appreciation for Dennis. He was the only one to answer a call over the Memorial Day weekend when we had a tree fall on my lines, detaching my power box from the wall. He arrived at my house within two hours and had everything fixed and up and running in a totally professional manner. I would highly recommend him for any future issues. Dennis is my go-to guy.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I experienced an electrical issue with the outlet under our kitchen sink. After calling over 7 companies without any success, Mr. Dennis was the only person to ask me about the problem over the phone and try to help me troubleshoot. He is professional, knowledgeable, and fast! He came to our home on a Saturday afternoon and addressed the problem in a flash. The service was phenomenal, and his quote was spot on. Mr. Dennis will be the ONLY person moving forward to address our electrical needs. We couldn’t thank him enough for his professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! A++++++A tree fell in our backyard during Hurricane Helene and pulled down our electrical box. I called Dennis with Percival Company that Friday afternoon and he was there within hours repairing the box and weatherhead. Returned early the next day to finish job for myself and also for my neighbors who had the same damage. We wouldnt have been able to have power restored without the repair.They also installed grounding rods.Dennis and his coworker were kind, efficient, and extremely helpful! Excellent workmanship! I highly highly recommend the Percival Company LLC. I am so grateful to Dennis and his company.

Not only did he fix the issue quickly, he also provided a clear explanation on what happened and what to avoid in the future. Mr Dennis Lee is a wonderful young man as well as electrician. He did an initial visit to determine the job and did an estimate. He also provided his background and credentials. We made an agreement and he showed up on time and brought workers to complete the job quickly. The amp and smooth top stove works just fine. I know who my electrician is for future jobs.

Been having an immense amount of problems with my solar equipment through power home aka pink energy for years. Generac has these guys, Percival, listed as folks who can service their equipment. Contacted them, and after a short discussion I sent Lee a picture of what the system was saying.He got some new snap RS ordered from generac, one they arrived they were here installing them that weekend. Once done he informed me all links were good and making power but the pvrs was still locked out and Generac said it is probably a wiring issue.Fast forward not even a week later I get a call from Lee and he tells me he got Generac to clear the issue with the lockout and everything was operational. Talk about customer service, my man Lee hit them up again to see what Generac could do even after getting told it was wiring. This being done over a holiday week. So yeah, Lee and his buddy are definitely the go to folks for this. Very glad I was able to work with him over powerhome aka pink energy.

I messaged Dennis the following morning and he came out on Memorial Day! He installed my floodlight security camera for me. He was very professional and reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be reaching out again.

We had a scary fire in the middle of the night due to faulty electrical wires installed by a previous HVAC company. It left us worried about the safety of our home and looking at a potentially expensive insurance claim. On top of that, we have young children and a new baby on the way, so we needed the heat/AC working properly in our home.Our realtor recommended Dennis and he worked us in fast. He came late in the evening to help us and got our electrical wires repaired quickly and safely.We appreciate his help and will contact him in the again for all future electrical work.

We got solar panels installed a while ago (probably about a year ago) they never really worked right. We got a notice about a part on recall and I got this companies number from the solar panel company. Mr. Lee responded quickly after I called him. He got the parts and came the next day. Something else was wrong with the panels and he contacted the company to get that fixed also. Happy with his service.
