I have been a customer with AHS since 2006 in 2 states. I recently assisted my daughter with a new home purchase. AHS contracts with One way Electrical in that area. We had some electrical concerns. Doug was our service technician. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had a challenge after our visit and he immediately offered a solution that worked immediately. Thank you, Doug!

If I could check all three boxes off at once I would ! :) He was on time , very professional and solve my issue . Most of all he showed empathy , very knowledgeable, a very sweet person and of course resolve my problem. If I can give more than 5 stars I would ! Doug is that guy ! Highly recommended!

We often refer warranty customers to Tony and Carlton of Oneway on the occasion that the variable, but reasonable, limitations of their chosen policy, does not cover their electrical needs or desires. Out of consideration, we do not refer those who are overtly rude and demand a Christmas Eve appointment or those who open fraudulent claims-The type of people who would knowingly leave up a negative review for the wrong electrical service, just to be heard.
