Beth is the bomb. After 4 year absence with business she still allowed United Way courtesy with costs of a repair work order! Shes always offered us as a non-profit organization the best rates!

John came to our house today because we had a breaker that wouldnt stop tripping. Of course he found the issue but most importantly, he did it quickly and efficiently. He answered my questions while he worked and helped me understand the problems. It wasnt this is what it is, it was this is how it normally works and why... and heres why its not working now. Im delighted - which is not something I expected after understanding that I would have to pay the weekend/after hours emergency rates.
