Chesapeake Electric installed a new panel/fuse box. They also installed a main system shut off outside. Between the estimate and having the work completed, we met with 5 different electricians, all of whom were courteous, professional, and efficient. Mike, Darius, Derek, were our main helpers. They were very kind and took their time explaining the work they were doing which was greatly appreciated. We appreciate their help getting us up to code.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Chesapeake Electric. Fantastic customer service during the initial call. The gentlemen I spoke with was very patient as I explained what our issue was and they got us on the schedule as soon as possible. However, maybe 20 minutes later, they called back and bumped our appointment day up per the potential severity of our issue. Mike came out that same day and was extremely thorough in examining everything. He resolved our immediate concerns prior to even presenting us with all of the options (shout out Mike for saving Christmas!) and answered our million and one questions with zero hesitation. The two-day job was completed by Jimmy, Trevor & Matt, whom all were respectful of our property and went out of their way to work around us, double and triple checking that nothing was missed. Everyone from this company we’ve interacted with was polite, respectful, thorough and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the work they did was top notch. Highly recommend their services.

We called Chesapeake Electric after-hours for an emergency service. We smelled burning plastic(which is SO scary!) and were fearing the worst. Darius Tabrizi arrived within 2hrs of me calling Chesapeake Electric and our whole experience with him was amazing. He found the source of the smell, gave our breaker a thorough overview, and presented us with repairs that could be made to bring our home up to code. We are first-time homeowners and knew our home would need serious repairs, particularly with electrical work, and we are so confident that Chesapeake Electric(and Darius) will be our go-to service providers! Darius was so professional, calm, and confident that he could fix our emergency problem(and he did!) and bring our home up to code. We had an amazing experience and I would recommend them to anyone else who needs electrical work done. He showed us everything he saw and explained what needed to be done - super helpful for us. Highly recommend!!

Where does one begin when speaking about perfection? At the beginning of course. When the first two techs (Ethan and uh...I forget the other guys name) came to assess our issues, they did a great job. Not only were they professional, but they were also able to address our issues and explain what the next steps were. Plus, it helps they recommended some great places to eat, but thats neither here nor there. The next set of techs, led by Brandon, came as scheduled, with no issues. They worked their electrical butts off (shocking I know) and did a great job. It was a pretty extensive project, and they finished it within two days, less than the expected time. Brandon and his crew did a great job and we have absolutely no complaints. Five stars! Highly recommended!

The setting up the appointment for both were done efficiently and timely. The calls were transparent and informative. The staff were very polite. Chesapeake electric did a fantastic job. There were many little things that needed attention. The consultant, Christian, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Brandon, the technician, came the same day to do the work. He fixed everything. Put in a new outlet, covered exposed switch plates, changed out dimmers, and made 6 outlets in the workshop safer with a trip function. Brandon cleaned up all the wires and bits before he left. I’ve tried other electrician companies hoping to save a little money. They come unprepared, are inexperienced, increase the estimated price, and leave a mess. Chesapeake is not the low bid but it’s worth the money to get the job done correctly and on time. I would highly recommend Chesapeake electric.

I had an amazing experience with representative Cristian Ayala and his helper Jeke. They were very polity and respectful and very competent with what they do. Ayala is probably the best electrician that I have delt with. They put electric connection in my atic to control radon fan. He made a complicated electric connection so easy. He is very knowledgeable. They have the best manor and personality. I have a plan to get more electrical work from Chesapeake Electric soon. I am very satisfied with work and highly recommend Chesapeake to people I know.Thank you
