My home warranty service contracted Three Amigos Plumbing for my leaking clothes washer hot water spigot. The technician showed up on time, which is always a plus. But after looking at the spigot, he asked me if he could just tighten the nut. If that’s all it took, I could have done that and saved a service fee! I told him I wanted it fixed, which meant replacing the gate valves. He couldn’t get the hose connection off, and told me he didn’t have the parts. He then broke the COLD water knob. I told him I definitely now wanted that replaced, too. He had to use my bucket and towel to catch and mop up the water (honestly, why don’t service people come prepared?? I had a tree trimming service that had to borrow my ladder because they didn’t bring one!). He then left to go to the supply store to get the gate valves, hoses, and 2 new knobs (so they would match). In the end, he did a good job and fixed it correctly and I haven’t had any issue with the faucet since. I would recommend Three Amigos because he knew what he was doing, but it took prompting to get the job done.

They were very professionally and he did superb job. They replaced the faucets in my bathroom for my washer and using the part that I already had replaced my kitchen faucet for me. He was done in about an hour. He was very professional. Everything worked the first time no issues at all Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this company. The saved the day at the restaurant I manage. They are fast, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Fairly priced as well. Installed the new water heater in a timely matter. Thank you! Will definitely recommend and use you again for future problems in the restaurant

Discovered a leaky prv in my basement Sunday night right before a trip. Called a few 24 hr plumbing services, non of which could resolve the issue unless I paid them$200 service fee to come out and turn off my main water line and come back another time to replace the prv.Filled a claim with AHS Sunday night around 1030pm, three amigos was assigned. I contacted them exactly 8am Monday to see about expediting. The owner said he just got a cancellation. I sent him a pic of the PRV. He sent his tech to get one and straight to my house by 930am. Tech came and got it all resolved. Even though there were a few hiccups from the parts supplier, the tech resolved the issue after having to go back and get a second version they gave him incorrectly and got us up and running by 12pm and confidently able to get on my trip.Three Amigos earns a 5 star and future repeat customer!

I had this company suggested to me through my home warrenty and after having to deal with other companies that take days to answer, they were a big improvement. They contacted me the next day and were able to fix my issue on short notice. Super thankful for you guys and your reliability and communication. If I get any other issues I know who to request!

They were very efficient, friendly, and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Extremely responsive and timely business as the estimate and work was completed in the same day!

My heroes!!!! I use American Home Shield, and they were dispatched as a second plumbing company because the first unfortunately couldnt help. I was super worried about waiting through the weekend, into early next week for plumber to come as my clog has been there a week, and my house my was starting to smell. They were dispatched late Friday, and I received a call early in the morning, they sent someone right away and within hours fixed my plumbing. Brandon was absolutely awesome, friendly, and professional, as well the scheduler who called me this morning. Yall are my heroes ❤️❤️
