Mark is absolutely incredible! I didnt have a fortune to spend on an expensive plumber to fix our mysterious clogged sink. He came out and worked on it a few hours and found the problem, roots, and our horribly old and oddly placed pipes. He came out a second time the same week and completely cleared everything out! Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I’m VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn’t the water heater, but the regulator for the house. Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! It’s great when you get to work with people who are honest, thoughtful and experts at what they do. My friends and family now know who to use for their plumbing needs. I wouldnt trust anyone else. The previous plumber came in and quoted my husband a $7,000 repair. Mark came in and used a camera to show us what the problem was, and the cost was under $400. Mark was great to work with! I had a very clogged up main sewer line and Mark was able to make an after hours visit to help me out the very evening I had my issue. Everyone else I called wanted another day or two before they could make it out.Mark worked with me that night to get the line unclogged and was very thorough in showing me in my pipe where the clogs were, and how bad the root growth was. The further along he got, the more worried he got about how badly clogged the pipe was. He didnt have the industrial sized drain auger head he ended up needing with him that night, so he got the line clear enough to work, and then came back the next day to finish cleaning out the pipe.All along the way he showed me on the drain snake cam all the issues, and any time he found anything new he was sue to make sure it was all cleared out. Once the pipe was clean he did another quick run through of the length of the line to the street to make sure I could see that he had thoroughly cleared it out.The previous owner had covered the outside cleanout valve so he also used the sonar on his snake to help me find where the outside clean out was so that I could dig it up if any future issues arose.He worked with me on pricing and I felt he was fair for the amount of work he ended up having to do. I highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

Absolutely amazing work! I called Mark at midnight and he responded and arrived at my home within an hour. As he worked on the problem he walked me through what exactly was wrong and explained the solutions to take care of it clearly and throughly. He was polite and courteous and was willing to go the extra mile to keep the cost down and make things work. The next day he stopped by to do some follow up work at a deep discount. In the end we found some issues that could not be permanently resolved by rooting alone but he was able to advise me on some good options. I would definitely call Mark for any plumbing issues as he is a down to earth and trustworthy guy. This man works hard for his money and deserves every penny!

Mark saved our night! My friends and I are first time homeowners so finding a leaking PT valve and water damage was extremely distressing. Especially at 11:30 pm at night. I called five other “24 hour emergency” plumbers and none could come until the am or even a week later. Additionally they also refused to give quotes. We needed it fixed now due to the water damage and increased leaking causing mold/constant container dumping. He was here within an hour and had it fixed/ready to go in less then an hour. He also gave an honest quote and it was one flat charge. No hidden fees or trickery. I used to have family members help me so moving from them was hard and I know I can count on mark now. I was also uncomfortable having someone in my home late as someone who usually has family help with maintenance but mark was friendly and I will 100% be contacting him again for all home plumbing needs and such. Mark did a great job for us when our septic ejection pump failed. It broke again the next day, no fault of his but a random piece of copper pipe that had been lurking in the tank waiting to cause a problem. But, he came again quickly on Christmas Eve to get it going again and found the issue. He is a very hard worker and we really appreciated his efforts to get us a much better Christmas!

When we had a clog causing some huge issues. Mark came to the house pretty late at night and checked the cause and determined it was roots in the lines. He got them cleared pretty quick and returned the next day or so to hydro-jet the lines. Upon doing that the lines looked much better on his camera he put into the pipes. He worked with us on the pricing and they were a good bit lower than anyone else we contacted. Thank you very much Mark and I think we found our new plumber!

The first time he wanted to see our lines from the inside and ran his camera down after cleaning the drain just to make sure it was good. He is super professional and is extremely efficient. The second time he was in and out of the house in less than 15 minutes. We will be using him regularly for preventive maintenance to prevent any backup again.

Despite working a full and busy day, he came that evening and worked until the sewer was cleared. We had a really bad clog caused by roots and it took several hard passes with the machine. But in the end, Mark scoped the line and it came out very clean! I was very impressed with Pro Rooters quick response and determination to keep working until we were in good shape. It was very affordable, we had called a couple other plumbers for inspections. I asked him to also do a camera inspection because I had just bought the house and was worried about the condition of the service line. He gave me a really good price on those services, and didnt charge me extra when it turned out that he had to go into my crawlspace to access the mainline with the camera (due to a quirk in my toilet drain). And when it turned out that my toilet flange was cracked, he stayed late to repair it. Throughout the whole process he was fantastic about explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. I was able to watch over his shoulder as he worked and did the camera inspection, and he gave me a lot of good advice on how to take care of my drain system.
