Aaron and his team are absolutely incredible. We called him on short notice after a fallout with a previous contractor; he was able to get eyes on the project and a team put together to take care of us in a matter of days. He helped with coordinating LVP flooring installation, stairs installation, floorboards/door trim, resetting and repairing our toilets after all the work was complete. It’s rare to find a company this capable, and we will call him with any needs in the future. Highly recommend!!

Had my AC unit shutdown and called for help and service. Pikes Peak Mechanical had me an appointment set up within a day showed up on time and completed the work efficiently and effectively. In addition, I had a ceiling fan installed and could not be happier with the representatives they sent to work on my house. Our water heater started leaking. Our home warranty company assigned Pikes Peak Mechanical. Arron called and set up an inspection appointment for the next day. He was on time and communicated. After his inspection and the job was approved he once again proactively contacted us about scheduling the job and answered all our questions. The day of our job Arron arrived on time. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. There was not a trace of material left behind. From start to finish this project was completed in a week with no surprises, delays or miscommunication. Our German Sheppards liked them as well. I would use Arron and Pikes Peak Mechanical again and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

These guys are amazing! Came out the next day to hook up our gas dryer for our company. A week later we needed to move the dryer and they were there the same day to put on an extension. Favorite Pikes Peak Mechanical now, and do not hesitate to use them for all your plumbing needs. The owner and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Pikes Peak Mechanical is always my first call for plumbing services in our home. A recent example is when I noticed a drip coming from our 12 year old water heater. I called in the morning, and they had a replacement installed the same day.

I was having an emergency at my barbershop where we were left without hot water. I made an appointment with another plumber (who took two days to get to us) and they said Id have to replace the water heater. I told them I simply couldnt afford that and what could be done. They then suggested some dramatic repairs they couldnt guarantee that would take another two days. I called Jason in desperation: he went over immediately and fixed that afternoon. Wont ever call anyone else but Jason again. Highly recommend.

I was in need of a plumber and after making many phone calls Pikes Peak Mechanical was recommended to me. They returned my call shortly after I left a message and said they would be out that day to fix the problem. They were responsive and professional and did a complete check of the system before they left to ensure that there were no other issues caused by the faulty pressure relief valve. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

I usually dont write reviews. However I just wanted to speak on the honesty and professionalism of Pikes Peak Mechanical. Jason came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater that we thought needed to be replaced due to leaking. However, when he arrived the floor around the hot water heater was dry. After one test, he realized that our hot water heater was in good working condition and did not see the need for a replacement. Instead he educated me on reasons why we maybe experiencing leakage. I was truly amazed by his integrity because I knew for certain that we were going to have to replace the hot water heater since that was the report we received from another company. Thank you Pikes Peak Mechanical for your trustworthiness. We will definitely call you for all of our plumbing needs.

My first experience with this company was through my home warranty insurance. They came to my rescue within a few hours to fix a jammed up garbage disposal. In and out in about 10 minutes. I hired them a 2nd time to replace some copper pipes that had been repaired previously by another plumbing company after bursting in the winter cold. Jason came in, accessed the scope of work, had the supplies on his truck, and within 2 hours had replaced about 4ft of copper pipe with pecs pipe. This was NOT an easy trick, as he had a very tight space beneath my kitchen sink cabinet and subfloor to work in. Very reasonably priced, we will definitely be using their services again!!!

They are all around the best plumbers I know. I had best experience with them. Ive had many plumbing company come out fix the problem and never was successful. They did not know what they were doing all they talked about was money it was clear i knew what I was doing then them. But these guys are different from the start he explained everything in detail where everything is where he thinks its clogged what he is going to do every step of the way. Not to mention great customer service. Just all around best. Yes, I recommend to anyone and everyone.

I called Aaron at Pikes Peak Mechanical to help us with some plumbing and dry wall repair issues on 2 separate occasions.I was most impressed with his responsiveness and professional attitude. Aaron got back to me right away and had one of his employees start both jobs within 24 hours. The guy he sent over was efficient and professional. They were able to identify and repair the plumbing issue in our home as well as fix the dry wall damage. Both repairs were done effectively as we haven’t had any issues since then.I highly recommend this business and will use them again.

We had Jason out to replace a couple exterior valves, along with replacing the pressure gauges on our 1in pipe inside our house. Having made the poor decision to scroll the reviews prior to leaving this one, a few of the negative reviews are quite comical. Our experience with Jason couldnt be further from what some others have stated. Jason was punctual, communicated the timing and cost of all repairs well beforehand, asked for authorization to complete the repairs, and was extremely friendly the entire time. We didnt get multiple quotes, so Im not sure how his pricing compares to others, but from an integrity / timeliness / craftmanship point of view, Id have no issues recommending him 10/10 times.

Our property management company contracts with these folks, and its easy to see why! Aaron and his team work very quickly and skillfully, theyre great communicators, and they get the job done. Theyve been out to our rental house twice now, and both times they were ahead of schedule.The one piece of critical feedback Id leave for this shop is that they should consider masking up when visiting homes during the remainder of the pandemic. That minor quibble aside, these are great, friendly people providing exceptional service.EDIT: The next time these folks showed up, they masked up! It’s a little thing, and the pandemic seems to be nearly over, but we noticed and appreciated it. What a great company!

I called on Pikes Peak Mechanical a couple of months ago to fix a pipe in my home, they were at my house within an hour and came back the next morning after they bought the proper supplies. We purchased a home in the Springs but were not ready to move in yet. Our realtor referred PPM to us and they have been nothing short of amazing. To date they have: fixed a broken pipe that was gushing water after a freeze, winterized our sprinkler system, got our WH up to code, adjusted some toilet valves after a tile job, replaced a toilet and fixed our old washer faucets. Amazing communication and quick response times. We werent even at the property for any of these fixes! Totally trustworthy and amazing, I could not recommend a better contractor of any kind. Give them all of your money. :)

Aaron and his company were hired by my rent management company to check our water heater. They replaced the water heater as well as brought some outdated things up to code. Aaron has been amazing to work with. When there has been issues with any contract work (a couple not-so-great companies) that were sent to my home for various reason Aaron handled them quickly and professionally.The only thing I would have to say (and the reason for a 4 star) is when the gentleman came to fix our water heater they did not have masks. During COVID this should have been a requirement. Withbtgat being said, I am sure if I had asked them to out one on they would have. I, however, did not ask them.All in all, it is most definitely a pleasure to work with Aaron. If I could do a 4.5 I would.

I had called other 24hr service plumbing company. I asked what to do till morning and he said he didnt know. That he couldnt get a hold of a tech. If they are 24hr service they should have somebody available you would think. They lost my business. Well I moved on and called Pikes Peak Mechanical. It was around 9pm my water heater was leaking out the top. I wanted to know what to do till morning. He let me know and they came out in the morning to look at it. It was fixed fairly quickly. I appreciated the service and letting me know what to do so I didnt have a big mess till morning. I will be using Pikes Peak Mechanical again when needed. Thankyou!

Ive used Pikes Peak Mechanical for years now. Theyve always done a great job with my plumbing needs, but also sprinkler blowouts (not commonly known, but they blow out sprinkler heads too!). In fact, they were the only company that was able to handle my irrigation system, as I dont have a backflow device, which makes connecting an air compressor tricky.Their rates have always been fair, and their service has always been quick and easy. I just moved into a new place, for me, but the home is definitely a fixer upper. The lower level is being renovated and whomever that is doing the maintenance work apparently felt I wasnt going to need a working furnace or heat during some of the coldest days this past week. The owner of Pikes Peak Mechanical, Aaron Morton, was at my house immediately after the issue was addressed to my landlord. I had already start work (my job is a home based gig) and he was able to resolve the issue promptly, was respectful and worked diligently during my work shift and caused no interruptions or anything of the sort, so that I was able to concentrate and do my thing. Thank you for the updated thermostat also! So much better than the janky wind-up dial that was hanging off the wall.
