Our 15 year old hot water tank sprung a leak on Monday, I called Peak Flow Plumbing mid afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Tuesday morning 8am appointment, Adam showed up to inspect the situation and provided a few hot water tank options in pricing with each option explained all the warranties available. After selecting a new tank, Adam and Daniel showed back up at the house about an hour later with the new tank and started the work. Protected our hardwood floors and steps with plenty of cardboard, tarps, and throw rugs. Work was performed very professionally and to our satisfaction. Permit was pulled and now we are just waiting for the inspector to show up. Completely satisfied and will use Peak Flow Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Adam from Peak Flow Plumbing came out very quickly (within a few hours of our request) and gave his recommendation for repair vs replacement. He was easy to work with and explained the issue well. It made more sense to go with the replacement as it was much more cost effective for our nearly 20 year old water heater. They were able to beat the other quote I got for the same job by over $300! Adam was able to replace the water heater within only a few hours. I am very thankful for their speedy and affordable solution to our issue!

The price was good and we had a water heater installed a couple days after which worked with our schedule. The crew led by David was fantastic! Their plumber, Ken, came out to inspect a water hammer issue and did a great job. He listened to our concerns instead of just having the shut up and let me do my job approach, and gave us thorough explanations and answers to our questions. He was professional and honest. Based on what he heard, Ken conducted a water pressure test and found that our pressure was very low at only 25psi. He explained that this was very likely all being caused by a failing PRV due to aging. Ken recommended replacement, scheduled a time to come back the next day, and returned with his colleague, Chris. They quickly did the replacement, tested to make sure the problem was resolved, and were on their way. I was impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. Based on my experience, I know now who my go-to plumbing company is. Thanks again, Ken!

David is a 30 year veteran plumber, and NOTHING phases him - even 60 year old house plumbing and major remodelling. He and all of his team (Adam and Elan) are really amazing to work with. They got a 6 long heavy cast iron claw foot bathtub into our home - David can do anything. His integrity and knowledge are first class. You will get the job done right and you wont be disappointed.

Nathan was on site to walk us through what he was seeing and why the additional work was necessary for optimum operation. When you have water leaking from your ceiling at 1AM its never good. I got peak flow plumbing out first thing in the morning and Ken and Zeke did a great job. They found the leak (which was in a difficult location) and got it resolved. They are NOT the creepy plumber types that make you question whether they should be allowed in your home.Contrary to the other review, David does speak English just fine. He is a US Citizen just like me. Just because he is from another country originally and has an accent doesnt mean he does not know English.I have spent thousands of dollars on plumbing with David on various properties and I keep going back time and again when the need arises. He is the best most honest choice going. Thanks guys!

I had an issue while installing my bidet. The T connector needed a male end it was just a copper pipe. I reached out to Elite Rooter first. Two guys showed up, super nice but they had no clue. Called their boss and he said that he could come and help but it would cast 1,100 dollars, I declined the offer and called Peak Flow. Craig showed up 1.5hrs later and fixed the issue in 40 minutes and under 400 dollars. He also gave me some tips for a successful install. Im very pleased with the service that I received.

Late Sunday night our water heater started leaking profusely. Turned the water off and started calling around to plumbers. The first one I called couldn’t get us in until Tuesday. Called Peak Flow Plumbing and the professional on the line had me scheduled for service Monday morning. The technicians arrived at 8:30am, got straight to work, and quickly found the bottom of our tank had rusted out. They provided me with multiple estimates and answered my questions. They replaced my tank only to discover the new tank was defective and they had to replace that one! But they remained professional and actually apologized to me. Even though it was out of their control. Ken and Zeek spent all day fixing our tank and were upbeat and friendly the whole time. When it was time to pay the bill it was easy and efficient, and the company even had financing if need. We 100% recommend this company.
