Paul was right on time, put on shoe covers to protect our just refinished floors, and was fast, friendly and efficient. Doesn get much better.

Our AC started freezing up and not working properly during the hottest weekend in June. I tried a few companies Monday morning and was only given a wait list option. On Tuesday we contacted MTech and they were able to book us for an afternoon appt that same day. Two employees came to the house during my appt window. When I greated them at the door they asked if shoes were okay in the house. While I dont mind shoes in my house it was very professional to ask first. I showed them to my furnace area and they got right to work. They asked before using any doors other than the front and basement door, they were respectful of the animals in the house and were cautious when opening and closing the doors. The mechanics found the problem quickly and gave me my options. One was a quick fix that may last years, the other would be a permanent fix but would take far more time and money. They recommend the quick fix but noted they would do whatever option I preferred. While I did opt for the fix that got me up and running the fastest, I appreciated the explanation of the more detailed option. When and if I need that option I am prepared for the time and budget I will need if that day comes.Profesional, detailed and quick! We highly recommend.
