I dont use anyone else for my plumbing needs, although Ive experimented with a few and have always come back to Anderson. The owner, Mick, is always responsive, and these guys are affordable, quality, and so easy to work with. Top notch work every time. I have had them do work under my foundation, as well as installing a tub, and placing new drains and supply lines for remodels. Always clean and good.

Quick, timely, and professional. I actually got to talk to a human instead of having to leave a message and HOPE for a timely callback. I was assigned a plumber to assess and fix the issue SAME DAY. Diego was punctual, respectful, and thorough; he walked me through what the potential issues were and explained things simply, without belittling. The wax seal at the base of the toilet had weakened and Diego removed the entire toilet, replaced the seal, and caulked it back into place in about 30 minutes. Thank you to MD Plumbing!

Had a great experience with them. Steve is absolutely awesome and goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. Had multiple issues with my toilet leaking. Super friendly, helpful, patient, makes sure it’s done right, and communicates. He explains to you what’s going on, listens to your questions or concerns, and educates you and gives you tips as well. Only issue I will say is that there were admin delays in getting them to visit because they didn’t listen when I said to call my work number to schedule. So I had to wait another day since when they finally did call my work number hours after they said they were, it wasn’t going to work for my schedule. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again and seem reasonably affordable.

I requested a service call through our home warranty company this morning for a plumbing concern. I received a call from Diego with M.D. around 3 pm, asking if they could come and take a look. Diego and Brendon arrived within 30 minutes. Both of them were polite and professional. They got right to work and discovered a simple solution to our problem in minutes. Diego did a fantastic job of explaining what was causing the issue. He and Brendon were able to correct the problem in less than twenty minutes. I was so thankful that it was an easy fix. I highly recommend M.D. Service Plumbing!

All our interactions with him were polite and friendly. I had a leak and had another well-known company come down to inspect. The other company charged $89 just to tell me there was indeed a leak, and gave me an outrageous quote to fix it. I called M.D. and they gave me a quote that was about 70% cheaper. They came down and found another issue that was missed by the first company (water main couldnt be shut off) and quoted me an additional $50 to fix it. Im guessing it wouldve been an additional $500 from the previous company. They did everything they could to turn off my main but I had to call my utilities company to dig out the curbside. They came back the next day after the main was shut off from the curbside, fixed the main, then fixed the original leak. They were super quick, effective, professional, and affordable. I will continue to use M.D. Service Plumbing for any future issues and recommend them to everyone!

These guys did a fabulous job! My hot water heater blew up on a snowy Sunday and they were the fastest and it turns out, least expensive out of the 7 calls i made. They also had the same water heater and warranty as everyone else. They didnt mess around with the bid they quoted by pics only and i even asked him to fix my disposal which leaks sometimes and he advised what not to put through it and said it will be fine. He could have upcharged and all kinds of work there but he didnt. He was right, the disposals fine now and no work needed. And i appreciate the honesty. I Totally recommend MC Service Plumbing!! After discovering a leak in our basement piping, we were initially quoted $1800 from another plumbing company in town. We sought a second opinion from MD Service Plumbing, after they were highly recommended by a trusted friend. Thank goodness we did, the techs with MD Service (Dhiago and Dominic, I believe) said they could solve our problem for $250! The crew was professional and friendly… not to mention they were at our house less than 24 hours after our initial call, and we are so grateful for their expertise (and for them saving us $1500!!!!!). We’ll absolutely keep the recommendations going for MD Service!

Another company said we need to replace all of our copper pipes and a valve for $1,800. M.D Service Plumbing came and told us the pipes were fine and that only the valve needed to be replaced. They did the job for $250. Thanks for saving us $1,500 of unnecessary work! They are honest, friendly and did a five star job. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Wanted to be sure and pass on our great experience with this company. Our water heater had sprung a leak in the morning, and upon a recommendation from another trusted tradesman I called Mick at M. D. Service Plumbing. Had a great experience with M.D. Service Plumbing. I showed them where I was experiencing a leak in my ceiling and they were able to diagnose it almost instantaneously. They tested their diagnosis by turning on the water to an above bathroom and were right. They repaired it and were out in no more than 30 minutes. Their vast knowledge made for a quick, cheap repair. They were also very polite and cleaned up after themselves, which is a big bonus.

We had an ejector pump issue in our basement that other plumbing companies didnt want to mess with. I was referred to Ken by a trusted referral partner and had an amazing experience. Ken researched the issue extensively and came to the home twice prior to the repair to make sure it would work properly. Best of all, he communicated throughout the entire process. Will def utilize M.D. Services again in the future.

M.D. Service Plumbing, of the 5 plumbers I called, was the most responsive from getting out the day I called to evaluate, to having a whole new water heater in place less than 24 hours later. The three staff members I worked with - Ken, Steve, and Diego, were not only professional but patient and kind tied to explanations and understanding we had a lot going on this week. The final icing on the cake was Kelly in the office who ensured we got all we needed as we finished up the service! My thanks to the whole team.

Ken was able to repair the gas valve, which was under warranty, and communicated before the trip was made to ensure he had all the parts and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

We just had another very positive experience with M.D. Service Plumbing. M.D. sent two of their professionals, Jeff and Eddie, to our home to help us with some ongoing plumbing issues. It was obvious these two men were very knowledgeable about plumbing and they knew exactly what to do without hesitation. They had the job done in far less time than we expected, and, they were also friendly and personable! You could tell they really cared about us and about doing what they could to help. We have now had three individuals from this company into our home, and they have all been spectacular. When we were trying to find someone with experience to help with our complex issues, we sought advice from a local plumbing supplier who deals with numerous plumbers and plumbing companies in our area. M.D. Service Plumbing was at the top of their list. We feel blessed to have had their recommendation. We are going to need further plumbing done over the next couple of months, and we will be calling M.D. again. We referred some good friends to this company for their plumbing needs after our initial positive experiences with Ken, and they just thanked us this morning and told us they were pleased with their work. We believe they were helped by Mick, one of the owners of the company. Anyway, we think you cant go wrong with M.D. Service Plumbing for anything related to plumbing.

I was referred to M.D. Service Plumbing through my home owners warranty company- Blue Ribbon.Unfortunately my water heater went out this past weekend and by Monday afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed and ready to go!I cant thank the guys enough for calling me Sunday afternoon to arrange a time on Monday morning to come out and diagnose. They were prompt and were very understanding as I was not able to meet them right on time and they had to wait to be let in. They figured out the old heater was toast and let me know a new one was on the way and would be ready for installation later that afternoon.Imagine my surprise that I was going to be able to take a hot shower that same day! The removal and installation were incredible to watch due to my awkward crawlspace, and they really figured out how to best go about this difficult process. There were a few black water marks leftover from the removal on my carpet and when I offered to help clean it up they wouldnt have it. They cleaned up everything so fast it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend this company and I am so glad that Blue Ribbon sent them my way! Thank you so much M.D. Service Plumbing :)

I had to turn off the water to my house due to a shutoff valve on one of my toilets leaking. MD Plumbing answered immediately (I called at 5pm) and arrived at 5:45pm to my house. The job took 10mins to remove the compression fitting since they had the right tool and install a new shutoff valve (it did cost me $150). Overall, they did a great job to respond this quickly to a last minute issue that allowed me to turn water back on to my house without any leaks. I would definitely use their service again.

We cannot say enough good things about M.D. Service Plumbing, and especially their Service Manager, Ken Baker. We have been remodeling our home for most of the past year. Our last major project was our master bath. We wanted a free-standing tub installed and didnt know who to call, so we asked a local plumbing supply store for a recommendation because we figured they deal with a lot of plumbing professionals and would know the best of the best. They highly recommended M.D. Service Plumbing. After researching the company, we found they have a good reputation and rating, so we called them and they sent out their Service Manager, Ken Baker. When I took Ken upstairs to show him where we wanted the tub located, he immediately noticed we had a water leak. A moment later, my daughter came running upstairs and said water was leaking thru the dining room ceiling. Ken immediately went into action. He knew exactly what to do and did not hesitate for a moment. The water was immediately shut off, and Ken took steps to protect our new hardwood floor. Before the day was over, Ken had a restoration team at our house removing wet drywall to limit the damage from mold, etc. The leak was located and Ken fixed it. He knew EXACTLY what to do. With his quick action and years of experience, Ken was able to save us many thousands of dollars in additional damage, and a lot of time and grief. We appreciated that Ken recognized the emergency and put everything else aside to help us throughout the day. He literally saved the day for us. And, he could see that we were distressed, and he was most comforting and reassuring that everything would be alright. He was more concerned about us and what we had just been through, and less concerned about how much money the company would make off of us. We feel blessed that at the right time the right person, Ken, was there for us. We will forever be grateful to him and to M.D. Service Plumbing. We would highly recommend M.D. Service Plumbing, and Ken Baker, and we will be using them for our future plumbing needs. My wife and I are seniors, and we have worked with numerous plumbers over our years, but these guys are amazing, the best of the best.

I must say, Im impressed with the service and value of M.D. Service Plumbing and their staff. Id like to call out both Ken and Jerry for their excellent service and professional response to my plumbing problem. I had a new twin sink installed along with a new countertop and because of the new sink depth, the 23-year-old drain was now too high on the wall under the sink. They fixed my basement drain in December 2020 then today I had a pipe leaking causing ice to form on my stairs to basement and even with the very hectic emergency schedule due to burst pipes they had today, they made time to come check my issues. It wasnt anything they could repair it was main line issues, but I wanted to say how awesome they are for making time for us! It sincerely means the world!!! I wish I had tipped the gentlemen who came by because my toilets were kind of gross & I was embarrassed my young nieces didnt clean their toilet.😬 So I wasnt prepared for this but my dirty toilet remained a quiet issue.☺️Wonderful people here! Mick has been a life saver multiple times and for a reasonable price!(1) 1st instance: I was a moron and didnt know why my toilet was running. He was very kind and didnt charge me a ton due to my own stupidity(2) My first tenants were using the garbage disposal as a food processor and clogged it. Grrrr.(3) The most recent one and most impressive was this morning when my (much better than the last tenants) tenants told me the water heater finally gave out and flooded the house/crawlspace after 15 years of service. I contacted him in the morning and had a new water heater by 9:30 am! So impressed!

I had a water heater emergency and an unusual size water heater that both Lowes and Home Depot told me would need to be special ordered and take two weeks to arrive. I found MD service plumbing and they were not only able to get me the exact water heater I needed the same day, but they were able to get it to my house in an hour from when they called (as promised) and I had hot water again within a couple hours AND at a much better price than both Lowes and Home Depot (they also didnt charge me $200 for working in a crawl space and I was able to get an even larger water heater than Lowes and Home Depot quoted me for a lower price). I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, price, and most of all their timely service in my time of need. They were very considerate and cleaned up after hauling out the old thoroughly rusted water heater. Mic and his 64 partner quickly and easily troubleshooted the challenging confined crawl space. Im not at all surprised by their stellar reviews and am another thoroughly satisfied and very grateful customer that will be using them for any other plumbing issues that arise. First google recommendation ever but compelled to do so based on my level of satisfaction and gratitude. Highly recommend!

I have recently had one of the most rewarding business exchanges in the Experience while Mick was replacing my old boiler Quest lines in a old cabin where in which Mick had to belly and should his way under to pull in the up to date boiler piping. In discovering that the old piping was not all of the reason the lines blew apart, Mick at no charge brought in two Boiler experts to determine if a complete replacement was requires, Wow these gentlemen, ( Jesse, Ken) identified what the nonconforming components were and were on there way.Considering the previous company that serviced us from the initial blow up my stature will be with Micks company, 45 years in this cabin have gone through its share of plumbers, none compare.

At 5pm on a Friday evening we had to turn off the water to our house due to a completely sheared off copper pipe busting where it connected to the spigot and washing machine- water everywhere. Luckily we immediately turned the main shut off. MD Plumbing answered immediately (I called at 5:30pm on a Friday), and after one phone call to their on-call after hours person, who said they would call me back in 10 mins (and ACTUALLY DID) the repair man was at our house a half an hour later. The job took about an hour and they already had all the right parts in their van. They did a great job responding very quickly to a last minute issue that allowed us to move forward without a huge hassle. Would gladly pay their after hours fee again since running to Lowes for parts and doing it ourselves would have cost us just as much in parts/time spent. I would definitely use their service again!! Happy customer!

Thank you very much for the prompt & professional service! I got myself into a jam by trying to change the cartridge on a tub/shower valve in our basement bathroom.Long story short, I damaged it beyond repair, it had to be replaced and our master water shut off valve had to stay off. I called Ken and he came out within two hours to assess the situation. He recognized we would be without water over night and rearranged the jobs to which hed assigned his plumbers for the day. Steve and Sage came out and removed & replaced the damaged valve in record time.Lesson learned: Before trying this particular repair yourself, call MD Service Plumbing and ask to speak to Steve. Hes got some very important techniques to try...Im sure hell share them with you because it will save him a bunch of time and you a bunch of money.Im very grateful for the quick, professional work! Overall fast and very reasonable prices; Im confident in their work.Their scheduling is a bit unorthodox, but they get out to your house very quickly! Many places seem to be booked up for several days and want to charge you emergency prices to come out earlier; Mick came out the morning after I called.I was worried there was something wrong with the pressure and he checked several places before letting me know a very inexpensive fix for the real problem. He even pointed out a couple potential problems with the way wed blown out our own sprinklers so we wouldnt run into trouble with those - and didnt charge a dime for this or for his diagnostic time. I appreciated his honesty and integrity and will definitely call them again next time we have a plumbing problem!

We called them a few months back after we had a different plumber remodeled our bathroom and our water wouldn’t get hot. Diego arrived first thing the next business day. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He found the issue quickly (which was a mess from the last plumber) and was upfront with costs which were very reasonable and fair in my opinion. He completed the job quickly and most importantly correctly! Several months later, our shower is still working perfectly. I’m so happy with the work and can confidently say MD Plumbing will be the only plumbing company I use from now on.
