Replace toilet tank kit…with only a 3” space to work with.Really like this company and their employees.Marley showed up on time.With very little space to replace the flushing kit in the tank, he jumped right on it and completed the job in less than 45 minutes.To be honest we thought he would need to cut out the counter space over the tank, but apparently this company hires experienced and professional employees, and we couldn’t be happier!Highly recommended them!A tough job well done!Tom M

I recommend Elite Rooter because of the people they hire and the professionalism their workers have, specifically Clifton. Clifton was professional and very knowledgeable, he also maintained constant communication to keep me updated on what was wrong and what was required to fix the problem. Would recommend with caution and hire again because of 5 year warranty. I took away a star because I do believe the price was high and to receive a invoice with no breakdown on what I paid for can leave suspicion.

All I can say that for the sake of choosing a company that takes the time to explain everything with great communication and professionalism, I am happy that I contacted Elite Rooter. Dustin and his Manager came out to my home and took the time to help avoid me having to contact my insurance provider for high costs! Also, they provided very fair pricing! Highly recommended!

This organization is great once they honestly diagnose the plumbing issues. The Hispanic men who did the job did a great job on installing an underground sump pump. However, I feel they are over priced especially when they miss diagnosed the issue 2 times. If I had not been home when the work was done, I would have wasted 12,000.00. Also, I was not given the paperwork on the big sump pump that was installed outside. It is important to register the product for warranty purposes and I was not provided the opportunity to register the warranty information. Throughout my life owning homes and buying major appliances, I have always been given the manuals, the warranty registration card, and any tools that came with the purchase. I feel that this company hires good employees but the management lacks an ethical foundation with effectively diagnosing the issue, providing the customer with a materials list on what materials were used on my property, and did not give me any paperwork or receipt on the big sump pump that was installed. Im giving this a four star because of the hard work that was performed by the men who did the work, not because I think the management within the organization is ethical. If I rated the management, I would have rated it a 3 star.

Called abut 9:20am on Wednesday November 27th. Was told someone could be out between 11:00 and 1:00. A young man named Marley was in our kitchen at approximately 11:20. Marley was professional, courteous got the drains unplugged and was in and out in about thirty minutes. The young man even did a bit of extra cleanup for us. We had a house full of daughters and grandkids. What could have been a serious problem turned into a minor inconvenience. And all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Marley and Elite Plumbing,

I cannot say enough good things about Elite. I am really shocked at some of the reviews below. For my experience it was easy to make my appointment online. My schedule changed on the day of my appointment so I called to adjust my time and they were really nice and helpful. The techs that came out were kind and courteous. They explained the drain issues in a way that I understood. They explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. I felt well informed and they fixed issue quickly. Last night the ceiling in my kitchen started leaking, when I called Elite Rooter this morning they were able to get me in within an hour. Cliff is the best, he snaked the drains they were a bit clogged and he replaced the hot and cold water hoses since the cold water had a crack in it. He did an amazing job, was super friendly and personable I will definitely use their service again if and when needed.

I am not one to leave reviews but It felt right. The wife called me in a panic today. The drain backed up and water everywhere. I called Elite and they said they could get a tech over between 11 and 12. This was at 10am. I left work and within 10 minutes Joseph called me. He was very professional. Said he was in route. By the time I got home he showed up. He unplugged the the line with ease.I highly recommend this company. It was great experience very easy to pay. 5 star service.

They were very quick to respond, professional, made the sewer repair and carefully replaced the landscaping that had existed before the dig. They have proper equipment, used the best supplies for the repair (according to the City Inspector). Pedro was first on the scene within an hour of our call. On realizing the degree of our problem, he called in Augustine. Eloy and Fernando operated the equipment and did some hand digging very carefully. They secured the area for the days we needed to wait for the inspection. Once that was done, they completed the work by that evening. They were all helpful with explaining what they were dining and answering our questions during the process.

These guys were awesome! Daniel Rodriguez and Dario Sanchez were out for backed up sewer line, they both really went above and beyond to ensure the issue was taken care of. We have had other companies out before for the same issue and never received the the level of service these guys brought with them! I don’t write reviews, mostly because they seem to take up a lot of time, but I have to give praise when it’s deserved. I had our kitchen sink garbage disposal clog up. Which means I couldn’t wash dishes or do laundry bc that waterline is connected. This happened today, Wednesday! Yes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called Elite Rooter Denver and got an appointment with Austin the same day. They gave me a time window of 4-6pm. Austin showed up at 2:20pm and called when he was 10 minutes out. Check and check! Came in and was done with the project in 35 minutes. Ohh and not only was it fast and easy, but the price was unbelievable! Austin has won over my business and I will continue to contact him directly for any future problems. Very, very impressed. He did such a good job I figured I would do something I never do and write a 5 STAR review for a job well done!Thank you again, Austin! I’m toasting in your name tomorrow at Thanksgiving.
