Quality and integrity describe DaBella well. (By the way, the top two pictures of the darker roof show what DaBella put on for us, and the bottom two pictures of the lighter roof show what we had before.) We selected DaBella as our roofer because of the quality of their materials, their innovative roof vent system, and their willingness to stand behind their workmanship. We would return to DaBella because we found that those who represent the company act with integrity. We hit a few snags--mainly communication issues--but each was resolved to our complete satisfaction, and in a way Im glad we had these issues because I believe you dont know the real character of a person (or business) until you see how they respond to challenges. Its great to have smooth sailing, but having our concerns addressed without blame-shifting or condescending attitudes demonstrated that DaBella honestly cares for their customers. Of course, the other reason wed return to DaBella is the quality of their product. We believe we purchased a high-quality product that will protect our home for years to come, and we believe we received a quality installation of that product.A few quick shout-outs: Dawson White was our sales rep, but he also served as our primary contact as he kept tabs on our progress and answered our questions. Dawson knows roofs, knows the DaBella product, and most importantly makes his customers feel well cared for. He played a significant role in resolving those few snags.The installation crew (I wish I knew their names) proactively anticipated my concerns, worked a full Saturday to catch up after a delayed start (hey, delays happen), and worked with me to resolve a surprise issue regarding ductwork. They made sure all the finishing touches were in place and that the roof was beautiful as well as functional.Kyle was instrumental in answering our final questions and in resolving a last couple of concerns.Meghan was our project manager, and she pulled the right permits, solved a supply hiccup, and got the project finished about a week earlier than anticipated.Thanks, DaBella, for delivering on your promises!

They did a thorough job of checking my roof to see what needed to be done and also looked over the whole house to let me know some other aspects of the house the could be fixed as well. We scheduled an estimate for siding repair. Brianna and Kyle were here for quite a while. They gave us a very thorough inspection and found many issues with our 20 year old siding. We decided to protect our biggest investment and have it replaced.We anticipated the project to begin within 4-6 weeks but it was about 3 weeks when the materials were delivered. I was surprised when the pallets showed up without warning. The work started the next day and finished in 7 days.We are very happy with the results. It looks like a brand new house!!

Mike was very knowledgeable on the company and the product, and was very passionate about the leader ship in the mission of DaBella are you. At the end of the consultation when we discuss numbers they were very reasonable and due to the quality of product available by Dablla would be a long lasting Investment for our forever home. On a personal note in my autistic son felt that Mike I was so friendly and nice. He wanted to play with him. This is unusual due to the fact that he normally doesn’t like strangers. I learned many things, they only use American made products, they have warranties on all of their products or services, and I now understand some meanings of the technical parts of the products such as L-Flashing or fascia. I haven’t purchased a service yet from this company but am in the process of it, I just wanted to comment on the great salespeople. Very professional and educational.

We had an estimate done for our roof re-build. Because we are relying on Habitats for Humanity for help, we may not be able to make use of DaBella, but it was still very useful to have them come and give us an estimate, as we were able to pass along their price and other information gained from Dabellas visit. Mike Matti and Mike Miller were both very helpful, informative and polite. They got the price down below a previous estimate by another contractor, which I did not expect. If you are looking for a contractor to give an estimate on a roofing project, I highly recommend them.

I just moved into a house that was built in 1915. The roof consisted of at least five layers where over the years, everybody had just put another layer on top of the previous layer. . It was a true disaster. The outside of the house was chipboard and it was wearing away. I called several companies to get their advice and quotes. Brianna Castro with Dabella came to my house and taught me everything I needed to know to make a knowledgeable decision about my roof. She is knowledgeable, charming and professional. I am so satisfied with the beauty and quality of the roof that Brianna orchestrated with Dabella.I, then, decided to have the siding done too. I am so happy that I had it done. I told her my situation and we actually found that we could prioritize another project and do windows later.
