    I recommend Todaro Plumbing. The owner and technician both (Drake and James) handled my issue with professionalism and timeliness. Plumbing issues can be stressful and the cost can be indeterminable at times. They helped me navigate through a tough issue that was caused by foundation issues and got my issue resolved. Their customer service and caring about the customer was excellent.They will communicate when they are coming and send a name and picture of the technician that’s coming to your door. This makes you feel very comfortable of who you’re dealing with.Support a locally owned business 100%.

    I would highly recommend Todaro! Great communication. Punctual. We’ve had a drain pipe cleaned and a gas pipe issue fixed in our attic. Both times, our technician (Roman) was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He explained all costs, options, and answered all questions. We will use them again.

    Highly recommend. They were very quick to schedule and come out. The staff member (Roman) fixed the items that needed to be (toilet and sink), did a walk through and pointed out some other potential things to be aware, was very thorough in explanations, and was friendly.     I had an excellent experience with this company. They promptly return my initial phone call and gave updates and information on who and when the service technician was coming to our home...along with photo.When Eric arrived he evaluated our problem and gave us the information to make an informed decision on the best course of action for us. He did excellent work as well as being professional and knowledgeable. He had everything needed to complete the job and do clean up when finished.I wont say I look forward to the next plumbing issue we may have but Im very happy to have Todaro to call upon to fix the problem.

    Called for a plumbing issue today. They were able to make it to my house within 3 hours. They send you a text letting you know your technician is on the way. You can also track where they’re at when they’re headed to your place. Drake was the technician for me today. He was very knowledgeable and told me he has 11 years of experience. Drake was able to help me figure out what the issue is most likely going on with my shower.

    Roman and Drake are excellent plumbing technicians. We had to have more plumbing repairs due to roots clogging our sewage lines. Todaro plumbing worked for 2 days to help get the lines cleared. They also gave estimates for future repairs of the broken sewage lines. The technicians always stick to their estimates and clean up after themselves. No surprises at the end of their work. I highly recommend Roman, Drake, and Todaro Plumbing.

    Roman was such an excellent plumber! Kind, courteous and very knowledgeable in helping us deal with our plumbing backing up. Him and Drake went above and beyond in fixing our issue and throughly checked the pipes with a camera to ensure our issue was resolved. Then continued to clean out the pipes to truly ensure everything was resolved. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for better plumbers! I would highly recommend using them and we will definitely use them again if we have any problems!

    Had issues with dishwasher backing up and after being unable to clear the blockage I was referred to Todaro by a friend. Eric showed up and did a great job cleaning out the pipes. When the washer started backing up after the cleanup, Eric was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and now things are running awesome.Overall, Eric was awesome, pleasant personality and easy to work with. He had great advice on other issues and gave me resources to remedy them. My kids told me he should get a raise!If I had to find a negative to the experience, it was only having to wait an extra day bc the equipment needed wasnt on hand. Also, I know I didnt have to in retrospect, but I signed off that the job was done well before the job was started. Thats more on me, but my gut feeling was I didnt need to worry about Eric (and that Todaro was referred by a friend as doing a great job for them).I dont know if the average price of the work we had done was high, average or low for the industry in College Station. It was about $200 more than I had in my head - but Im not a plumber or know what is a reasonable price for the work. Inflation sucks, but people gotta make a dollar and business need to make money.Ether way, very happy with the job and Eric was a great and professional technician.Highly recommend. *****

    On a Friday afternoon, I discovered I had a plumbing problem in my guest bedroom’s bathroom. I had family coming in for the weekend. I needed to get it fixed and the first two places I called both told me it would be Monday at the earliest before I can have any help.then I called Todaro Plumbing, and a friendly person told me they could have somebody out at 8 o’clock on Saturday morning. Sure enough, my technician by the name of Eric showed up right on time.He was friendly, efficient, professional, and by 8:30 my toilet was fixed.It was a great experience!

    I had a great experience with this company. I had some plumbing issues and they came out quickly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix it. Eric was very polite, honest, professional and knowledgeable. Also very personable and took a lot of pride in his work and in Todaro Plumbing. I had called several other companies and ultimately chose these guys because they are local, reasonably priced, and had higher reviews. The answering service was great also, which I didn’t get great service from others in the area. Eric spent time and ensured the job was done right. He completely explained everything as he was doing it and left a detailed report. With home repair items like plumbing, don’t always look for the cheapest company. Look for a job well done at a great value. Do yourself a favor and call this company for your plumbing needs/issues. I will definitely use them again.

    Called and had a James respond within an hour. Came and looked at the situation for two toilets. On one we knew we had a mounting issue and thought it just needed resetting. However he found the pvc fitting had cracked and needed replacing. The second toilet was in worse shape and needed replacing as well. Drake brought a new toilet and flange out. The work was done in in a professional manner with excellent communication throught the entire service call. Prices were given throughout the service call as different conditions arose. The service men were clean cut, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend Todaro Plumbing especially James and Drake!

    Thank you to Todaro Plumbing and their associate James who busted his tale on the job today. He was very professional in his diagnosis and through in his process to find what the problem was. James was true to the company mission on being intentional in everything he did to find the problem. Once he found the problem, he gave me options as to how we could rectify the situation. All of the pricing was up front, James described all the work that needed to be done. Done how it was going to be done and then gave me an estimate to the penny as to what the cost was going to be. Once the issue was diagnosed I then had the option to move forward with the work or do it myself or hire someone else to do it.     This company reminds me of the American dream. I was thoroughly impressed from the get-go. The scheduling and the tracking app were very impressive! I called late yesterday afternoon and they showed up this morning. James and Austin were simply the epitome of customer service. They explained my difficult situation step by step and they never made me feel anything but valued as a customer. The owner even showed up with a part they needed and let me tell you Im not located anywhere near their main base.     Called Todaro to have someone come out and quote a backflow preventer for us and they had a plumber named Drake out within the hour. Drake was helpful, thorough, and put together our quote quickly. He broke down the cost for us, and discussed different solutions that could address our concerns but stay within our budget.     I scheduled an appointment to come out and give me a quote on some work for a bathroom remodel. They were very nice and accommodating when scheduling and when I needed to push it back a day. I was a little apprehensive as they wanted me to pay $50 just to come out and quote the work, but I figured they had good reviews and people seemed happy with the work so I gave it a shot. The appointment window was 4 hours in the morning, but I had the day off so that didnt bother me. I would get that out of the way in the morning so I could get other stuff done in the afternoon. My window was 8 AM to 12 AM but at around 12:30 or so nobody had showed up and no call. I called the office and they said they usually call 20-30 minutes before arriving which means they were going to be at least an hour outside the large window they had already given themselves. I had other things to do so I told them to cancel my appointment. Maybe they just already have too many customers so they dont feel as if they need my business, but it was disappointing to get the feeling my time was not valuable to them.Edit: The owner did reach out to me and met with me personally at the exact time I requested to give me a quote for the work I needed done. I did appreciate that he took the time to do that to make it right.

    Two weeks ago I found out that I had a leak under my mobile home when a neighbor notified me, I called Todaro Plumbing, which I used 2 years ago when my home flooded, and they came out as soon as they could, my techs name was James swinford, and he was AMAZING, James was very kind and understanding, He could see I was very stressed and he was patient with me, once he found the leak he let me know what and where it was and the price. Both times I have used Todaro Plumbing, I have been totally satisfied, most of all they are NOT out to take advantage of you they REALLY CARE and are out to help you in every way.     Called this morning before 8 AM and had a tech fixing our leaking water main before 9 AM. Everything got fixed the same day. They had three different pricing options to choose from which was nice. Everyone I interacted with at Todaro was very nice and professional. Eric Sewell was the main employee I worked with and he answered all my questions I had before going forward with the job. I highly recommend them and would use their company again. I also appreciated that they are a local business in Bryan and not commuting from Houston like a lot of other contractors. One improvement that I would recommend is narrowing the estimated arrival time. I was given a 8-12 estimated arrival time and Eric arrived around 8:10 which is awesome, but I think the range could have definitely been narrowed.

    James came out today to look/repair our toilet! Within seconds he evaluated the leak and the cause, offered 3 options of repair explaining each one. James was fantastic, easy to follow and understand and got right to work! He was so friendly, so helpful and made us feel assured we were good to go with reissues, even adjusting the tank level for better flushing! Then, he conducted a full home inspection of our plumbing checking off all the boxes and offering up suggestions on areas to watch. We are extremely pleased with James and Todaro Plumbing!     The best! Drake and his crew are fabulous. Drake came out on the weekend to turn off the water to my hot water heater and had his crew out first thing Monday morning. Eric explained everything to me about my options. I ended up replacing my old water heaters with a tankless system and I can’t be happier. There were a couple of glitches, house wiring, but Drake brought an electrician and I’m good to go. This team cares about doing things right and making sure you’re satisfied.
