    Dailey Company is superb. I called them on a Saturday after a hard rain. My electrical box was open and breakers slowly weee tripped. When we called in, the phone was answered immediately and professionally. I received a text containing a picture of the person who was assigned to contact me and come to my house. He called quickly and planned to head my way. Received another text stating he was on his way. When he arrived he was professional and highly skilled. I learned a lot as he got us going again. I appreciate the suggestions and options for fixing the problem which included replacing some of the breakers and letting the others dry out. I’m 100% satisfied with the entire experience and will recommend Dailey to everyone I know.

    John Rosales from the Dailey Company came to my house to give me an estimate on some electrical work I needed done. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He is coming back next week to do the work. The Dailey Company has done work for my neighbors and they also are very impressed with the company.The work is finished! Everything looks great! John and Josh were fantastic! Very helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and professional! I would recommend the Dailey Company to everyone who wants quality electrical work done!

    I had a plumbing issue at midnight on the weekend and by calling their listed number, in under a minute I was speaking with a real person who was helpful and friendly and able to schedule after hours/weekend service. The plumber who came to address the issue was also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and was able to repair my water heater quickly and properly.The price was very reasonable for this level of service.This is a company that is doing business the right way.

    Derrick and his co-worker did a great job. Had an outside faucet that had been leaking and they replaced it with one that’s much easier to turn off and on. Tested everything and checked on the other faucets around the house. Appreciate the good service!!

    Terrific guys, very honest! Mr. Deleon went to great lengths to find the plumbing problem. Excellent communication letting us know what the issue is. Told us what needed to be done with no pressure. Estimate on the job was emailed shortly thereafter. Would highly recommend Mr Deleon, his partner and Dailey! Were so pleased we’re going get their electricians to come give us bids on a couple of jobs..

    I recently had John, from Dailey Company come by to fix a plug problem and an issue with my light fixture, and I couldnt be more satisfied! They were prompt, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done. The plug issue, which had been causing a lot of inconvenience, was fixed quickly, and the light fixture works perfectly now. The technician explained everything clearly and ensured the area was clean before leaving. Highly recommend their services for any electrical needs!

    He was extremely professional and courteous . He listened to our concerns and immediately completed his diagnosis and found the issue. He video’d the examination he completed of our HVAC system and after replacing a part he retested the system to his and our satisfaction. He was competent and polite and reattached a loose pex line too. And he was kind enough to make photos of the water-damaged areas for me so I could see it too and get a different contractor to diagnose my chimney water leak issues.

    After the Lightning today our clinic at Beard Navasota Vet Hospital only had half the electricity in the clinic working. Previously experience knowing how great the Techs are at Dailey, I recommend the Company to the clinic, and after one quick phone call Justin Eskildsen quickly came out to resolve the issue. He was very Professional, knowledgeable, and Helpful. We thought we just had a minor electric issue, but after some searching realized it was a much bigger problem, but thankfully Justin was able to fix the problem.     Sean came to check out a garage fan and associated thermostat. He soon found that the fan motor had failed.He also improved the lighting in the loft and installed a timer for the external house lights.     Josh did an awesome job for us yesterday, over the years in our 1970s home, a lot electrical was done wrong in the living room, leaving us with a wall of outlets not working and multiple light switches leading to nothing.     Kitchen drain repeatedly backed up. We have an older home and Sean diagnosed the problem quickly. It turned out that the vent to the kitchen sink and garbage disposal unit had failed. The pipes were snaked to rule out clogs first and new vent/valve was installed quickly- no mess , no fuss. I would not hesitate to contact Dailey with any future problems.

    Installed smoke alarm system today with 10 year batteries. An hour after I went to sleep the one in my bedroom starts beeping. All I get is an answering service when I call, They got back to us and came out to take it out, and came back the next day to install a new one.

    After my initial 5-star rating, Im revising it down to 3 stars. Reasons: (1) I discovered that the wrong generator connection was installed on the side of the house. The plug installed was a 14-50R (female); it should have been a CS6365 (twistlock male). (2) Secondly, the weatherproof enclosure is a very flimsy plastic door over an in-wall box. I would much rather have seen a genuine weatherproof electrical box. Whats there is cheesy. (Ill try to add a photo.)Edit on 11/05: I have to revise my rating back to 5 stars. John & Miguel were here promptly as promised, installed the correct generator connection and insured that the installation is weatherproof. They did the job right, and thats the best praise I know how to give.

    Can’t say enough great things about this company. Levi and his crew came out twice in same day to make sure my A/C was working properly during our summer heatwave. I wanted a second opinion after system started acting up and was told by another company I’d used for years it was due for complete replacement or would be thousands to fix evaporator coil. Levi fixed my evaporator coil which hadn’t been properly cleaned and discovered the startup motor for compressor outside was failing. They fixed that and we are back in business. Answered prayer not having an unexpected expense of $10,000 or more to replace the entire system. Glad I got a second opinion and met the Dailey guys for the first time. Only cost me $231! New grateful customer.

    We had a plug acting up in our garage that kept needing to be reset. I blame the funky wiring in our house. We had trouble running the dryer at the same time as some things in the garage such as a secondary fridge and irrigation control panel. The funny thing is weve had this setup working for years since we moved in until only recently it just kept tripping the plug. The issue was getting triggered from the dryer vibrating on the wall which led to investigating all the plugs in that circuit. We had Mark Clements come out with Hayden and they figured out the issue almost immediately by swapping things around with other plugs and installing a new plug so the switch didnt get thrown anymore. All this to say, I made the call in to Dailey this morning around 7:45 am, technically when theyre not even open, and they answered. They were able to call me back around 8:10 and got us scheduled for 9:30 am. It was all sorted out around 9:45, which I consider to be a nice turnaround unworthy of complaints. All this cost $69.00 (service fee) plus $105.00 (GFCI replacement). I would highly recommend Dailey for any electrical needs or otherwise! Good luck to you!

    The night lighting for my large yard was inadequate; the bulbs for the fixtures were continually burning out, costly, not readily available, and difficult to install . I had no idea what the best solution for long term lighting should be or if it was even possible to give me the coverage I wanted.     Mark and John went above and beyond to help make sure that power was restore to my parents home after a storm hit Hearne on 05/05/2023. They arrived on time and explained everything they were doing. These guys worked for 12 hours and would have finished sooner if the City of Hearne knew what they were doing to begin with. The transformer needed to be replaced and once that was done everything was smooth sailing. I cant thank Mark and John enough for what they did to make sure my parents were at ease. I will definitely be referring Dailey to everyone and know who to call when I need work done at my house!!!! Thanks guys!!

    Red called earlier than my appointment to let me know that he was available as the previous job went faster than expected. I was pleased to get the call and he was here in 20 minutes. Red and his assistant arrived with masks and shoe covers. They added an outlet in the bathroom with no problem. I have used Dailey before and the were always great. This time was no exception. Totally professional and the job was completed quickly.Red was great—I would recommend him for any electrical work. Very satisfied.
