    Excellent service! Our garbage disposal broke on Christmas day. I called them the next morning and within the hour a service man came to assess the situation. While that was impressive, two other aspects were truly remarkable.The first was their frankness. I explained what I wanted in a replacement. Both the office assistant and the serviceman indicated that the disposals they have in stock were not aligned with what I wanted. We rescheduled the appointment for 1 pm and I purchased a model that I wanted at a local store. The new disposal was in place and functional before 2 pm.I was also impressed with the serviceman, Eli, in particular. He explained everything, worked quietly, was meticulous in cleaning up his work, and was cordial in conversation with my husband and I.I will certainly use their service again!

    Alan and Tim did a great job with our water heater installation! They were on time and professional, and cleaned up everything before they left. Maroon Plumbing was very responsive and quick to get out and do the work. I would definitely use them again!

    We discovered a residential plumbing leak that was in our front yard. Contacted Maroon plumbing they estimated that the time of arrival would be at 3:30 instead they were able to arrive at 2:50 which was even better. Allen & Tim came onsite and located the problem immediately swapped out the broken equipment, and informed me where the leak was and what they had changed out to repair it.     Had an issue with my garbage disposal and Eli & Braylon were able to get it up and running quickly. They also noticed my water pressure was low and proactively checked it outside and saw it was running on the low end of normal so they bumped it up to a higher level within recommended range and that in itself was really helpful - Pressure is much better! This is a new home to me and I didn’t know where in the yard that was located and grass had overgrown over the lid, so now I know where that is in case there’s another issue later and I need to access it quickly. Thanks guys! Also Marion plumbing was able to schedule me quickly which was awesome. I highly recommend them! They’ll be my go-to plumbing company now :)

    Our 10-year-old water heater died on a Saturday night. My neighbor recommended Maroon Plumbing. I called them Monday morning. The customer rep answered promptly and had a crew coming to our home the next day at 10 AM. A 2-man crew arrived, in uniform, introduced themselves and got right to work. They removed the broken heater from the attic, replaced it with a new one, and were gone in less than 90 minutes. Super service by a very courteous trio. I thanked my neighbor for his recommendation; now its my turn to pass it along to you!

    I have been working for a large scale home builder for years and decided to go a different route for my personal home and hire Maroon Plumbing (a company i have not worked with before). They have been great and very easy to work with! Dana, Eli, Braylon and Ronnie have been fantastic to work with. Mostly everything has been spot on and they are quick to correct anything that is in need or correction. So far, we have completed grounds and top out with no major issues. I expect to build some homes in the future in the same area and will absolutely be utilizing Maroon Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Good plumbers are often hard to find but Maroon Plumbing has been fantastic.

    By far the BEST company in town. I requested service online yesterday evening through their website and got a call promptly this morning from Dana (already a good sign since I cannot tell you how many have ignored my online service requests). She quickly scheduled me for this afternoon and Allen and Blake texted to confirm and showed up even a little early. They got straight to work diagnosing the issue (a pinhole in a pipe) and fixed it in no time. I had also received a separate quote for other preventative repairs in the past so asked Allen if I could consult him real quick since he was already here. After comparing the suggested repairs from the other company and looking around the house, Allen indicated that more than half of the recommended items were not really issues and he would not waste money on them. Finally, I had asked a question about an expansion valve on the water tank since I had one put in 2 years ago by Maroon Plumbing (or so I thought). Allen took a look and said one was not there and to ask Dana to see if she could comp that off my total today. WOW! I feel like I have been ripped off and scammed multiple times by technicians and various companies in town. Maroon Plumbing really does not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate others who do. I will never get plumbing done from another company. You have earned my business.

    Maroon Plumbing has been our go-to plumbing company and I wanted to take a moment to thank them for all the great work over the past couple of years. Yesterday, I called about a problem and Dana was able to work in a service call for us today. Blake and Allen showed up promptly and had the repairs done in plenty of time for our holiday guests who arrive this weekend. We had also hired Maroon for a large master bath last year. Ronnie walked us through all the particulars, gave us a fair estimate, and David and his helper did an excellent job with the installation, working with other contractors, and keeping the job site clean.     Its never a good thing to see an expanding puddle under your washing machine or water heater and thats exactly what happened to us Sunday two weeks ago. We decided to turn off our water and wait until Monday, when David and Allen showed up earlier than promised and got to work. Not only did they fix the leak but they installed a nice (up-to-code) ball valve shutoff for the hot water heater. The leak had happened on an old repair on the hot water service side. I thought copper didnt degrade? Well, apparently, it does around here. Regardless, worth it. The replacement tubing will outlast the copper, Im told, as long as we dont let it freeze. David & Allen were quick, thorough, and didnt mind explaining things to a DIY-er like myself. I appreciated their candor and professional work. 10/10 will hire again.

I am regularly out of town, so having a plumber that I can rely on and know that a good job will be done, is invaluable. Eli and Matthew came out yesterday and installed a pressure reducing valve, which we’ve needed to have done for years. They were incredibly polite and fast. I’ve used several other plumbers in town and they always create a huge mess in my yard and it takes several weeks for it to start looking okay again.     Dana Booth and Allen Schronk are very kind and professional. I contacted them for a leak inside house and made an appointment at 10:00am Friday. However, my insurance sent the plumbers out at the same time (somehow I didnt know) as the appointment made for Allen and the plumbers from insurance showed up earlier than Allen. By this time Allen was on the way to our home. Realizing what happened, I texted Allen immediately and told him not to come. He said yes without any complaint.     Our company manages the Brazos Valley Professional Building on Graham Road. We had water pouring out of the bathrooms, and it became clear that this was an immediate sewage emergency at 4:30 in the afternoon.
