Martin Dunn and his helper Zachary were here to finish the third bathroom they have updated for me. As always, they were highly professional and polite. On time and always respectful of me and my home. Martin is an outstanding employee and Zachary is lucky to receive his training from him. As always, the office staff are responsive and accommodating. This is a good company and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The work has always been good, or as good as it can be in our older home. However, I HATE having to speak with the answering service! I hate having to talk to someone not in College Station to wait to have someone in College Station call me back and have to repeat everything I just told the answering service. Whats the point? For me as a customer, its an extra step to pay for work I need done. Weve been using Ed Phillips for 12 years now, but are seriously considering other plumbers in the area just to avoid the hassle of the answering service runaround.

Called after 10 on a Thursday night in a bit of an emergency and they had a guy there within the hour.Despite having a small hiccup trying to find a water shut-off valve on my trailer home (hey, its not where youd think it would be,) everything went extremely well and the guy who came out was friendly and courteous.Really got me out of a pinch! Couldnt be happier (unless it was free of course...)

Good tech, showed up on time. Professional, pleasant. Fixed problem and was gone after making sure I was satisfied. I hope I dont need him again, but will call if I do.
