This was the first time working with Laplante’s Plumbing & Heating LLC and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Chuck and his team. They made our wishes come true to relocate our furnace to and entirely new space. This was a very tall order, but they made it happen. Being here for the entire installation I got to experience first-hand the work that went into it, which was tremendous. They whole furnace replacement was truly a work of art.

Coming back with an update as we had Greg in to do another job our house needed. This time, we had both outdoor faucets replaced. He did an amazing job. Thanks again!-----------------------A year ago, we needed new sink drains, kitchen piping, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator connected. We called around and took the best quote. We regretted that as he botched the job badly and days later it was leaking and he wasnt responding to our calls. We ended up needing another plumber to come out, and they were from another area, so the mileage charge was hefty. This year, I had a toilet and sink/vanity to install, so I talked to Laplantes as theyre not too far away. The rates are higher, but theres a lot of comfort in knowing the job is done right. And it was done right, plus the plumber who came out was professional, thorough, and courteous. I work from home, so Im always nervous having a stranger in my home when I need to focus on content writing. Our plumber was fantastic!

We have worked with Laplante for years on two properties and know almost all the techs by name. This past week we had the biggest job yet in replacing our boiler which was leaking heavily into our basement. Hilary was communicative about everything and worked hard to get us on a packed schedule that week. The team worked their butts off to get the whole job done before the weekend (for themselves as much as for us for sure!). We are very loyal to this company. They are professional, explain all costs clearly, and will call you back and show up when they say they will. Highly recommend!

With the Holidays approaching, my hot water tank began to leak. Ikes! As with everything mechanical in my home, I reached out to my brother who has connections in the trades. He highly recommended Laplante Plumbing and Heating as my go-to resource. I called and spoke to Hillary who helped me with my concerns, and without delay, they showed up to my home to assess what was going on. All things considered (and long story short) we chose to replace my tank and boiler with a wall hung Bosch Greenstar 151 Combi (on-demand boiler and water heater) (see picture).Even after I chose to move the boiler location, Chuck and Don had the work done in a couple days! The job was neat clean and dry. I cannot believe how quiet the new unit is, and how amazing the install came out. This job was bigger than it started out to be, and through all of it, these guys really impressed me. On time, professional, productive, and reasonable. Taking a problem that any other plumber would insist was a simple tank replacement, and allowing my input and preferences to come up with a solid solution for me and my family.Now in the middle of an Arctic blast that would have taxed my old boiler, I have to check to see if this new one is running because it is so silent. The house seems almost magically warm and I am really happy with my endless hot water too! I look forward to my gas bill so I can see how the manufacturers efficiency numbers play against my expenses.I will call these guys again as I finish the space once occupied by my old boiler, since we envision a new half bathroom in our basement living area.I am very impressed, and cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had with Laplante Plumbing and Heating.Yes! You should give them a try!

Absolutely a fantastic experience. I lost hot water and initially used a different company who didnt approach the problem and then never called me back after they couldnt fix it. But LaPlante saved the day. The plumber was kind, thorough, explained everything, kept figuring things out until he was able to find the problem. He gave advice on what to do next and how to prevent the issue from happening again. He was timely and did not leave until the job was done. Everything you would expect in reliable, intelligent, dependable service.

My furnace started acting up on a -20 degree night and Chuck at Laplantes was the only company to actually tell me they could help (instead of sorry, were not taking new customers). The furnace was working intermittently, so it wasnt the easiest to diagnose. Chuck was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on, how things should be working, and next steps if changing the inducer fan assembly didnt resolve the issue. Luckily it did and the furnace has been running smooth since. A+ would recommend 10/10

After a local plumber tried unsuccessfully 4 different times to find and fix a problem with a dripping pipe from my furnace - on a Sunday, with a sudden disaster of rushing hot water, I called Laplantes. He knew immediately what the problem was. Chuck was traveling but by phone, calmed me down and talked me through getting things safe until he could get here on Monday. . He and Darin installed a new hot water heater, explained everything to me and then repaired a leaking kitchen faucet too! They are the best! I will never call anyone else!

They are very busy but when they come after booking online. They are very good and equipped for your issue with your pipes. One time I was looking water pressure and they found a peice of something washed down main Street pipe that broke on the street and lodged in my pipe. Winter city street pipe broke down the street. And basically I lost water pressure. Who would have figured that out.??

Laplantes most recent work for us involved installing a pump and piping to get water to the house for irrigation. It was a complicated and dangerous job, as we live on a cliff. Heat went out on a holiday weekend and the few repair places we contacted were quoting outrageous fees just to come to the house. We called Laplantes and with in a few hours we had heat for a very reasonable rate. We will defiantly be calling them again as we have some more work to be done. And last week, indeed within only two days, they installed now the Bosch system which is known to run not only very efficiently, quietly, but also pretty much without any maintenance.We highly recommend Laplantes: they are friendly, thorough and very efficient professionals!
