Paul from All-Star Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was superb! I had a nightmare situation with a basement flood because of recent storms, and my sump pump overflowed along with breaking its switch. Paul came over that same day, changed the switch, assessed the pump, and verified it was working correctly after the repair. He was transparent about pricing and super descriptive about everything he was doing. I highly recommend him!

A piece of wood dropped a log on my fuel oil tank filter. It damaged the joint and started leaking fuel oil into my basement. I called Paul from All-Star, and he rushed over and fixed my tank. While performing the required work he noticed several minor issues and fixed them as part of the overall project. He was courteous and truly interested in getting our project done right. Paul is the best, what a breathe of fresh air!After a horrible experience with another local heating repair company who refused to stand behind the parts and work they put into my heating system I called Paul on 8/30/22 when our hot water stopped working.He was able to diagnose the issue as being the tankless coil over the phone based on the information I gave him and quickly ordered the required part. Two days later he was already out to make the repair and I was highly impressed by his level of knowledge, positive attitude, and patience with answering my questions. You can tell Paul has a ton of experience and his ability to explain what’s going on to someone with very little knowledge of boilers put me at ease.I will be calling Paul for all future maintenance and service needs as the previous company only cares about squeezing as much money out of you as possible and doesn’t properly do the maintenance. I would highly recommend All-Star Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to anyone who wants a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experience.

My experience with All-Star Plumbing was the best hands down. Paul is a true professional.Previously, I had a different company come to fix my downstairs heating problems and clean my furnace. After a paying a hefty bill, the system stopped working within 2 weeks. After no return calls, and no shows from the other company, I was recommended to All Star Plumbing.Paul is so thoughtful and beyond kind. Not only was he prompt in showing up to my house both times, he explained everything that was wrong and the steps he would be taking to repair the issues. I know more about my heating system than I ever did before. Paul went above and beyond and so happy to say my heating system downstairs is working like a charm. Paul was professional, courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions regarding how our heating system works and maintenance of it. He didnt try to oversale any parts or services. He informed us that a valve will have to be changed in the future, but that is something we can do ourselves. He explained how to change it, he recommended some thermostats for our house but also told us how to change those ourselves. I will trust Paul for all my future heating and plumbing needs.

I was walking down the stairs this morning around 6:00am and heard a loud noise and water running from our furnace. I called Paul at 6:56am, expecting to leave a message, he answered! He has never been to our house before and we were not already a customer, but we are now. He told me how his day looked and when I could expect him, then he called and came early. We were so worried, he put us totally at ease, explained what happened, quoted us and had all the parts necessary for the job. He got here, did the repair, and has gone in 2 hours.

Paul came out the day I called. I had smoke billowing into my basement from my furnace, the result of a poorly done cleaning by another company. He squeezed me in at the end of the day, accurately diagnosed the myriad of issues, and stayed several hours to be sure the excess was burning off properly. He was patient with the work and with me, explaining every step and answering every question. Came back the next day basically to clean the furnace again, reset everything right, and swap out a few worn out parts, the whole time being very budget conscious with the work. He saved my furnace. I found my new plumber.

Update- as expected the best service! We appreciate this company! Id give ten stars if I could!This company is professional, fair prices, and really amazing. We needed work on our old boiler system. We arent quite finished yet but we got two new oil tanks, the ones that were had were from 1975! Paul is so pleasant to work with. I also had a dryer vent that needed to be created, our system serviced and a leak under a bathroom sink. I got referred to this company by my oil supplier. The knowledge Paul has is astounding in all things of this. He is patient and will explain everything that you need and save you money by being honest as to what you do not need. Professional and full of integrity we are so happy we found this company!
