    Drainworks diagnosed my issue and ultimately replaced my sewer pipe and did an absolutely fantastic job. Without them, I would have probably had a catastrophic issue in the not too distant future. Michael and Tyler were able to hand dig the old pipe out and replace it fairly quickly ā€” these guys work hardā€¦I could not recommend them more!

    Drainworks has always been responsive. When I call to set to an appointment, it has been within a week which has been very convenient. The service tech John L. had quite the job as we had purchased the home and discovered that the previous owners never had the septic pumped in 19 years. He did a great job, communicated well with us on what he needed to do, and grass seeded the area dug up. Earlier this month, we also had them put in 2 risers which required digging 2.5 feet down. Another great job!

Our service technician, Glenn, was knowledgeable, personable and informative as to improving the septic system. I was helping Glenn with a lid and it inadvertantly cracked. Shortly after another Tech, Austin, came out with another lid at no charge. Their prices and quotes of future work are reasonable and their employees are outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

    I had to have my entire sewer line replaced from my house to the street due to tree roots. Mike and crew at drainworks replaced the entire line within a day and a half. Everything went extremely smooth and all of the work was done to code. No problems at all and my sewer line is working perfectly. Highly recommend Drainworks if you are looking for high quality results!

    I had a wonderful experience with Drainworks. We developed a leak of one our pipes in our laundry room on Friday late afternoon and Abraham was dispatched to repair it that evening. He was personable snd skilled and was able to diagnose the problem and partially repair it. He came back the following morning to complete the repair. I could not have been more satisfied with the experience I had with Drainworks. I certainly would hardly recommend them.

    Drainworks just became my go to company. I had my septic pumped and the techs were friendly, skilled and conscientious. They took the time to explain what and why they were doing what they were doing. I have had my tank pumped 9 times since I bought the house and this is the first time the techs have been so willing to answer my questions and give me some tips. So my switch to Drainworks was a smart one and will be a permanent one.

    The two technicians that I dealt with were Eric and Alex. They were both professional, knowledgeable, engaging, personable, and efficient. I had a major clog and couldnā€™t use the toilet or shower. I saw that Drain Works had fantastic reviews and so I called them. Eric came out the same day and took the time to explain how the septic system works and gave me tips to avoid problems in the future. He told me what he was doing each step of the way and made sure that I was comfortable with the different actions he was performing. He solved the problem. Even though it was late in the day, he got a call to go to another house around the corner from me and he actually seemed excited about going to another project. He seems to really enjoy his job.A day or so later Alex from Drain Works came to do an inspection. I had a prior company do an inspection when I bought the house six months ago, but I didnā€™t care for the technician, as he didnā€™t explain anything to me and then indicated that I needed work done which was costly and some of which I apparently donā€™t need done. Additionally, that company overcharged me $50 for the inspection and promised to reimburse me, to no avail, despite numerous emails.Drain Works contacted me and told me that Alex would be here today between nine and noon. I then received a text with his photo as well as a phone call from him at around 8:10 stating he would be here at about 8:50 AM, which was perfect. He was pleasant and right on time. He discussed with me what he found and then knowing that I was in the process of having to put in a whole new heating system, he indicated that the service that he was recommending to me was not an emergency and could wait. He stated that since I live here alone, it wasnā€™t something I needed to worry about right now. This was different from what the other company told me and I was worrying about the fact that I hadnā€™t gotten the repair done up to this point. Alex really put my mind at ease.Neither one of these technicians appeared overbooked, frazzled, or rushed while they were here. With some companies, they overbook their employees and then the employee canā€™t answer your questions and theyā€™re running out of your place anxiousā€¦.. that was not the case with this company. Eric and Alex were honest and they seemed to really care about my problem. They made sure to answer all of my questions. The service was fantastic.     Jeremy is an amazing technician that has helped me out twice already.!! He spent 4 hrs the 1st time clearing the septic pipe the old owners clogged about 20ft with stuff you donā€™t put down your drains. Super hard working and he really was a life save that day. Had to ask him to come by again because my water pump to my well was going. He got me setup the next day to have the replacement done. Truly nice to work with expert every time and a great company!

    They were fast and officiant they had the wrong layout of where the septic was due to old plans I believe but once pointed out they did everything great no questions.4 stars because how nice the gentleman was But the company did cancel on us once and tried to change it out weeks later because they where getting emergency calls. Only reason we got it done a couple days later is I mentioned our toddler flushing his wipes down the toilet making us worry. I understand but when your costumer sets a time for it not to become an emergency they shouldnā€™t be the ones to have to accommodate. We shouldnā€™t get a call getting pushed out just because we were responsible and got it done before an emergency arose.

    Drainworks recently completed the installation of a new septic tank and leach field at my house. The project included four phases. Phase I was pumping out the tank and inspecting the tank, D box and leach field. Phase II they worked with the Health Department to test the soil including a perk test. Phase III Drainworks offered me three different estimates/options to complete the work. I selected option 1 which include everything from tank installation, plumbing to landscaping and grass seeding the area of the yard disturbed during the project. Phase IV included modifying the basement plumbing to accommodate the new tank, installing the new tank and leach field and landscaping.I had two of the most professional and well versed Drainworks employees perform exceptional work at my house. Mike B. and Tyler D. were very friendly, courteous, and diligent workers. Mike B. the lead technician communicated with me daily explaining each phase of the project and how each component the new system worked. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Drainworks. It cost $2479 for a new hot water tank installed and the old one removed and disposed of. The service was amazing and Eric P is the best technician ever!     We had drainworks put in a hybrid hot water heater in place of our failing oil hot water heater. Eric P was sent out and he did an amazing job and set us completely up. While here heband his partner also replaced leaky shower valve and a leaky outside spigot. Also he secured our sump pump piping to the wall so it was not floating.

    Needed a ā€œTā€ valve replaced on my well tank. I contacted Drainworks plumbing who I have used in the past and was very pleased with their work. Eric responded and replaced the T valve. Unfortunately during this replacement we found that the bottom of the well tank at the elbow was badly rusted. I didnā€™t expect this as the tank was installed and manufactured in 2019. We discussed options and installed a fiberglass tank and system. Eric did a fantastic job and Iā€™m happy with the end result. Price was a little steep seeing as though I already paid for the new piping on the metal tank which couldnā€™t be used on the new fiberglass tank. I guess I should consider it an investment.     Right from first contact my experience with Drain Work was terrific. Portia took my call and was friendly, understanding and explained the process well.Appointment was set for Saturday morning between 8-9. I received a call from Portia letting me know that an emergency call came in and Abraham would be coming between 12-3 instead. Abraham arrived at 12-ish, with Eric, and they both politely introduced themselves. They put shoe covers on before walking through the house, and they listened to our concerns and needs. They were thorough in reviewing the issue and gave us a few options for what we could do at different price points. They completed the work in about an hour and they were on their way to their next appointment. I would absolutely recommend Drain Works, and especially Abraham and Eric!

    I try to do as much as I can around the house, but I realize that I am certainly no expert. So when I get a job thats over my head and I have to call in an expert, I try to learn what theyre doing and why so that I can do it next time. Now, some experts this annoys because it takes them longer to explain. Not Eric, he was happy to help me out and explain why hes doing what hes doing and share his past experiences. He even helped me work alongside of him, which is something I really appreciated as we got through it. It felt like a team effort and something that I really appreciate. For a yucky scenario it was an all-around pleasant experience.

    Drainworks saved us!! An irresponsible landscaper drove a large truck over our tank and cracked the lid! They SAID they replaced it but when we went to sell our house some time later, the inspector discovered they did NOT! With only a few days to spare before closing and in less than 24 hours from my desperate call to them, Drainworks was able to come out, replace the cap and save the day!     A job very well done relocating clothes washer water supply and drain by Eric and Erik. This included drilling a 2+ inch diameter hole through 12 inches of concrete. The overall workmanship was exceptional.Eric also pointed out a couple issues that we could tackle ourselves or consider at a later date. This extra effort was greatly appreciated.The price for the work was rather high in my opinion though. Could be Iā€™m not calibrated with current costs for plumbing work.The overall Drainworks experience was exceptional though. I would hire them again but would likely get other quotes for comparison.

He did not have this in stock so He left for the parts and returned and replace the filter.10/4/24 the whole house was backed up. Eric unclogged the main drain going into the septic tank and put everything back the way it was. he fully explained everything to my satisfaction and left. Not only did he address the hole in the sump pump pipe, but brought my attention to the fact that the previous owner used to have the sump pump run into the septic.     Eric from Drainworks did a fantastic job. My basement flooded from the heavy rains due to the two drainage containers within the floor kept filling to the top. I had to use pumps constantly to remove the water from the containers so they didnā€™t overflow flooding the basement again. They figured the issue was a clogged footing drain. They jetted both drainage pipes from the end that are 175 feet from the house. The jetting removed the sediment blockage in one pipe near the house. A river of water then came out the pipe. Eric then used the camera through the pipe to make sure all the debris was removed. Eric was very pleasant and I was very satisfied with the work.

The next day, he came back with Dan R. and did a wonderful job from start to finish on my septic system pump rehab.     This past week we had a need for a plumber due to a leak from a backed up drain. An appointment was made same day and our technician, Eric, was even able to come earlier than scheduled. The text updates were helpful. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, from explaining the issue and how to remedy it, to the digital paperwork and seeing if we were eligible for any discounts, which I appreciated because I never would have known we qualified for one. He also answered all the questions I had and gave his suggestions for the future regarding the space and possible updates. He took his time with completing the job, I did not feel that he rushed the task. He left behind no mess and even offered to put back everything that was originally under the sink. Eric was great! Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely be adding Drainworks to the list of essential providers for our home.

    The problem with the outdoor drainage pipes at my home, which were clogged up by roots, was successfully addressed within a span of 2 hoursā€”from the initial arrival to diagnosis and the completion of the unclogging process. Now, I can afford my overworked sump pump some much-needed rest :) The communication, facilitated by technician Jeremy S., was truly excellent, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial service request to the resolution of the issue. The only downside was the relatively high cost. However, as they say, you get what you pay for in this world, so I would certainly consider using Drainworks services again!

    This week Drain Works sent Justine, Abraham, Mike, Austen, Jeremy and Erik to fix my failed landscape drainage system. The system is about 18 years old and had never been serviced. It also had been poorly engineered and constructed with inferior materials.They started work first thing in the morning after sending me text messages saying they were on their way (a very nice feature). Almost from the very first they ran into problems with portions that had partially collapsed and others that had filled with sediment. One vertical drainpipe that went to the houses footings was filled with 3 to 4 feet of sediment. When hydro-jetting failed to clear it, there was the possibility we would have to dig it out with a small excavator. But they didnt walk away from the problem. They continued to attack the clog with hand tools until it cleared.After this main clog was eliminated, they proceeded to run a camera through every landscape and basement window well drain and all the downspouts. They then hydro-jetted the same ensuring the entire system was clean and flowing freely.One of the admirable characteristics of this crew was the care they showed my wifes gardens. Her gardens are extensive and are the result of over 35 years of effort. Mike and Austen only exposed as much underground pipe as was necessary to affect the repair minimizing the collateral damage done to the garden. Spoils from the hole they dug were placed on a tarp to be replaced after the job was complete.At the end of the day when the work was complete, they returned the repair area to the condition they found it that morning before work began. They even replanted daffodils that had to be dug up for the job! I saw Mike wipe down the white gate post to clean the mud it had picked up. When they were done it looked like nothing had ever happened. The care they showed for minimizing the garden damage was exemplary.This work was not cheap. I had 4 guys here at any one time trying to get this system fixed. And they did get it fixed. I dont begrudge one penny that I paid. The real question is did I get value for money and I most certainly did.I dont know if there are words to adequately describe the expertise, care and professionalism exhibited by all the guys from Drain Works.I cannot recommend more highly Drain Works for all of your sewer and drain cleaning needs. I will have them back on a regular basis to keep my landscape drains running free and clear.Thank you, Drain Works, for saving an expensive drain system.Regards,Chris M

    I called Drainworks to have my tank pumped out, Drainworks was courteous and able to come out that day. If I hadnt pulled the lid off the tank to see it was empty, I would have never known anyone came to my property. They came, did the job and left without leaving any sing of activity.     We thought we had a simple water leak in the basement - but as our plumber, Eric, kept investigating - it turned out to be a 3 foot crack in the Cast Iron Pipe that ran up the Dining Room wall to the upstairs bathroom. It continued on with much more extensive repairs needed.All through the experience, Eric showed us exactly what was happening - worked, in my mind, as overly hard as he could to make the repairs as minimally evasive as possible - and made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. He even dug into the discards at the end of the day to recover as many usable tiles to the upstairs bathroom to make repairs as simple as they could be under the circumstance. We took photos of everything - and the work Eric did was remarkable. I would use him again for any plumbing needs.Much of the 100 year-old pipes that were affected had clearly reached the end of their life and had to be replaced. Erics work was fast / clean / solid and thorough - especially as he worked late into the evening on the last night to make sure we were not without full bathroom functionality for the weekend. At one point, Drainworks had to send another plumber, Devin, to assist. He too seemed incredibly professional and thorough.Our repairs to the walls have not happened yet - but as Erics work was so clean - it has not proved a distraction.The initial quote seemed incredibly reasonable for what was initially intended when it was just a simple leak in the basement - so I can only speculate that the final amount for everything that ended up needing to be done - was also reasonable. And as I had said - everything was explained along the way and Eric kept us informed as each new issue arose - so nothing came as a surprise by the end of the work.
