    What to do when you have a flooded basement , have been removing water for days with buckets/shop vac to find that your basement keeps filling up? Call a plumber or call Paul? Answer: Call Paul! I started by calling a local plumber, received a quote for 7k to install a sump pump . I was so desperate for help I almost caved and had the pump installed. I had never had water in the basement since itā€™s been built (17 yrs) so I couldnā€™t understand why I would all of a sudden need a pump. When I realized I have a curtain drain issue (I had no idea I even had one ) I started my calls to several companies. Three companies came out to give me advice. Advice but no solution! I decided my last company to call was All things sewer and drain care. I spoke to Paul and decided to give him a try. He showed up on time, confirmed with me that he agreed it was a drainage problem, started the process on how he was going to solve my clogged drain, walked me step by step of what was about to happen. I was very nervous, I had to trust the experts which is sometimes hard for me, lolOnce I gave the green light to start, my problem was solved in about 1 hr. He phoned a friend to come with his equipment to dig and find the curtain drain, brush was removed , a trench was made and within ten mins the drain was found. The amount of water that poured out was unimaginable! When I saw all the water come out I couldnā€™t believe the amount of relief I felt! I was very close to loosing the entire home due to this issue! A sump pump would have not solved the problem!!This is just part one , part two will be repairing the drain pipe, using a camera to look into the remaining pipe to make sure nothing else is blocked. This is truly the longest review Iā€™ve ever written. Iā€™m so glad my google search lead me to Paul. He is very knowledgeable , professional and efficient . I highly recommend All Things Sewer and Drain Care! Trust the last number on your list! It is the BEST!

    Every now and then you receive exceptional service from someone who exceeds your expectations. We had a sewer line problem at church and the first person that came out to help worked for several hours and left after failing to solve the problem.     Big drain, small drain, not even sure if it is a drain? Doesnā€™t matter, Paul will know exactly what to do.     This is the second time I have used Paul and his business. All I can say is he is a very respectful and honest person. We had drain issues with our gutters that went to a pipe underground.     Paul is the best! Came out to help me the other day with a clogged sewer. When I called him back with a clogged floor drain a few days later he should up at 8pm on a Saturday night to help us out.     Our cast iron plumbing drain line started failing and leaked several gallons. I called Paul and stated what the problem was, asked a couple of questions and received answers that gave me confidence in his abilities. He told me when he could be there to assess the situation.     I had a very complicated problem with my sewer line freezing every time the temperature dropped below 32 degrees for a few days. I live in a Victorian on a cliff with almost 400 feet of sewer line running down the cliff, through woods, and finally to the city sewer, much of it on the surface and exposed to the cold. I had received an outrageously high quote from another plumber to scope the line with a camera and jet away any ice and roots in the underground portion of the line. Paul did this for a fraction of that cost, and found a way to prevent future problems as well. He responded quickly and came just a few hours after I called. He and his assistant, Matt, were very polite, knowledgeable, careful, and clean. Paulā€™s equipment is state of the art, and he showed me exactly what and where the problem was. He also was clear and upfront about what each stage of work would cost before proceeding. He and Matt worked hard for several hours over the course of two days. I am thrilled to have found a highly skilled, trustworthy person whose rates are very fair and reasonable. Paul was truly an answer to many prayers (mine and friends at church).     I contacted this company to power wash my very large home 19 year old home. My house was extremely dirty, especially all of the white trim, and there were some bees and spiders/webs that were visible on the upper level exterior. I was so impressed with the speed in which I was able to secure an appointment. Upon arrival the two gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked very diligently and methodically cleaning every inch of my home. They were there for several hours and so detail oriented that I then asked them to power wash my lengthy front walkway. I cannot tell you how happy I was when I saw the outcome. My home literally looked brand new!! My walkway looked the way it did when we first moved in. The white trim on the porch and house is so amazingly white the home gleams when I pull up and enter my driveway!     Paul worked hard. Had to jet our drain which was badly backed up to the main. He was there on a Sunday from around 8PM to 11PM. He also cleaned and disinfected the area.     I had a absolutely great experience with the owner operator Paul, he showed up about 1:30 on a Friday afternoon for what we thought would be a hydroblasting of the main sewer line out, after blasting through it was revealed The main sewer line out was falling apart and crushed and needed replacement so I had a complete blockage. Full disclosure I dug up the pipe myself while he ran to the supply house and he came back with all materials and also had an extra set of hands show up around 6 pm. The two Jack hammered through the foundation and replaced the main line and cleaned and finished up just before 10pm. Bottom line he showed up when he said he would and he stayed till the job was done and got our family up and running again the same day when he could have said thatā€™s a big project Iā€™ll see you on Monday. This type of work is never cheep but it was very fair, I felt well cared for and informed along the way, Iā€™ve already recommended him to a close friend and would not hesitate to call him again for future needs.     Called Paul to discuss the possibility of a clogged foundation footing drain causing years worth of basement flooding problems at my elderly fathers house. After talking with him I agreed that it was worth the try at least and since he was available and I was available he showed up at the house a short time later. His equipment is first rate and he quickly discovered a blocked 6 drainage pipe that led from the foundation drain to a catch basin on the property. His equipment jet blasted those roots quickly and efficiently. When he finally broke through, hundreds of gallons of water poured from that pipe and into the storm drain. The root blockage had created a dam of water which surrounded the foundation which would never dry out. The water pressure was so high leaks were coming up from beneath the foundation everywhere. Paul solved the problem completely and I couldnt be happier. Hes hard working, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him.

    I was having an issue with the pipes in my basement late Sunday night and the owner answered on the first ring when several other 24 hour plumbers in the area failed to do so, or even return my calls. They promptly came out the next morning and took a look at the issue and kept me informed every step of the way, explaining everything that he was doing as he was doing it, which I appreciated as a new and first time homeowner who had never had need of a plumber before.The only minor issue was that the debris he unclogged with the shop vac (a large amount of rust and other build up) was emptied in my yard. I have dogs and also small children who visit me and play in my yard so my main concern was for them. I thought it was a little unsafe to leave out in the open, or at the very least, not to tell the homeowner it was there, but in the end, it can easily be dealt with.The basement where they did most of the work, however, was cleaned excellently and you wouldnt have even known they were there. The business owner was super friendly and professional. Both individuals answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to others and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

    Paul was very professional upon coming to my house. Its was 9PM On a Sunday night and my kitchen sink starts overflowing with water and damages my flooring and carpet. I reached out to many other companies to help me and none of them came out Paul was my last hope. He eagerly desired to come and help. With his expertise he found the problem in my basement to be a frozen line. Paul dissasembled the pipe and defrosted it with his hot water setup. He put my piping back together and showed me my sewer drains all the way to the sewer city drain that they were clean!     Having the sewer backup in our basement during this holiday weekend could have been a nightmare. Fortunately we called All Things Sewer and Drain Care. We called two other companies and one did not return our call and other was across the state and said they would not be available until tuesday. Paul was very responsive and explained that he was on another job but said he would make it to our house later that saturday evening. He keep us posted of his status by calling a few times and arrived around 11:00 pm as promised. He was able to clear the clog and came back the next morning to video inspect and jet our sewer line. Paul was professional and shows pride in his work. He uses the latest equipment and informed me of each step in the process, he discussed different options. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to clear a small clog in the future and also signs of when to call him. He left our basement cleaner then when he arrived. Thanks to Paul we can now enjoy this holiday weekend without worrying about our sewer backing up.

    Professional, prompt, and to the point, I needed a plumber due to a property flooding from heavy rain. They answered my phone call, no voicemail or service and came to the location as fast as they could under 30 minutes. They came prepared and installed a new pump and drained out the water without it causing further damage. Paul also made some recommendations that were helpful and cost effective. Definitely would recommend this company if you have a plumbing issue.

    ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS!!!Ā Ā Last weekend my sewer backed up on me all over my basement and we called another drain company (no names mentioned) to use the sewer rooter machine. It worked and a week later it happened again. i knew at that point I needed a specialist in this problem. My boss recommended all things sewer and drain care.I called them and the owner Paul came out and told me about his jetting process and how much more effective it was and that he could use a camera to show me the end result.He jetted the line and there was a lot of build up and grease. The camera showed the line perfectly clean when he was done. He cleaned and disinfected my floor and now I know that this issue wonā€™t happen for a long time.I canā€™t say enough about Pauls company 5 stars all the way!

    I was referred to Paul from a friend of mine after I had called and other company for a quote, made an appointment, and the company never showed up. I I received a call from Paul only a couple hours after I had requested my friend to have him call me. He was very professional and great to talk to on the phone. After giving him the the approximate measurements of my house and informing him that I had aluminum siding (which is much harder to power wash because you cannot overpower the metal because it will dent), he gave me a very reasonable estimate. I also informed him that I needed to have my gutters done, and he said not a problem, he can do that as well... This made my wife very excited...LOL! I spoke to Paul on a Saturday, and I was able to get an appointment on Monday (it was great and very convenient to be able to make an appointment in such a short amount of time) and he was backing up his work truck into my driveway 10 minutes early on Monday morning.I had two services done by Paul; Gutter declog/cleanings, and my house needed to be power washed. And let me tell you, when you see your house after the gutters are clean, you are going to want, actually let me rephrase, youre going to NEED to have your house power washed. Reason being, Pauls equipment is so strong, it has the gutter gunk flying all over the place and unclogs gutters with incredible speed and efficiency! Pauls associate bravely went on my roof, and used a very powerful tool to clean out my gutters and did so very effectively within 10 minutes per gutter. When the gutters themselves were clean but the actual downspouts were clogged, Paul then used a 4000 PSI water jet and shot it straight up each one. The immense power of his equipment was very impressive to watch and again the gunk came pouring out in a very short amount of time. This company has SERIOUS tools, along with some serious talent which equated to him being able to successfully unclog and clean out my gutters in a quarter of the time that it would have taken any other company. After all of the gutters and downspouts were clean, Paul then transitioned to power washing pot. The setup that he has in his work truck is the most elaborate and technologically advanced power washing system Ive ever seen in my life. It was all inspiring seeing how much power can be generated simply from the back of a truck. I watched him do every section of the house and the before and after pictures were absolutely mind-blowing. It doesnt even look like the same house! Between all of the different nozzles, varying PSI spray guns, different types of solution he utilized due to being aluminum versus vinyl, it was incredible to see the amount of meticulous planning and effort Paul takes into each job. To top it off, after watching him spray down the entire house, I wanted to feel the power of his most powerful spray gun, so he kindly let me spray a certain section of the house that he was having difficulty reaching (Im 62 with long arms...lol) so that was pretty cool for him to let me do that.After all of the jobs were done, he then went around the entire house AGAIN and made sure he did not miss a single section that looked even remotely worse than the rest of the house. All the while, he was training a new worker and was making sure that he was not only being safe, but educating him the entire time; which nozzle to use, how to take the nozzle on and off, which methods to use to achieve greater success. Both men then went around the entire house made sure that any messes were cleaned up, including power washing my patio and even sprayed down my wifes new hammock which he did not have to do and was above and beyond.All things sewer and drain exhibited incredible professionalism years of experience, great customer service, and have thousands of dollars in tools, equipment, and high end technology to get any drain unclogged, powerwash any house or building, and clean any gutter even if it has cement in it...lol.I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT IS IN NEED OF ANY OF THESE SERVICES.

    I called All Things Sewer & Drain Care for a problem Ive been having for 10 years now.     WOW I never thought that line could clear but i witnessed the impossible. All Things Sewer and Drain Care accomplished what nobody could.This was a rental property in New London by the beach and the sewer line was backed up really bad.The land lord called root rooter. They showed up and got their cable stuck in the line. They got it stuck so bad that the guy ended up cutting the cable and wrapping it around the vans trailer hitch.He ended up ripping the drain line right out of the ground and destroying the driveway. After the line was repaired, another company was called to do the job, they failed as well. Then a specialist named all things sewer and drain care was called.Paul was extremely confident about the situation and said that the jobs he enjoys the most were these kind of jobs because he never fails which was infact later to be true .They used a water jet system and COMPLETLY cleared the line. They even showed on the camera what was causing the issue before and how it now looked once finished.The line was over 200 feet long an had a ton of roots, but wow, I was really impressed. They were very organized, clean and professional.I am still amazed that they were able to clear that line.     Today, All Things Sewer and Drain Care came out to scope, jet, and record the condition of my clay pipe sewer lateral. Turns out, itā€™s in excellent condition!!! There are no bellies in the line to be concerned about and the joints are holding together correctly. I was even told how deep my lateral is in the ground. It runs 16ā€™ deep by the time it reaches the edge of my front lawn. No way frost can cause any issues with that pipe.     Paul and his team saved my house! I had a sewer pipe that separated before I got home from work. My family was telling me the house was flooding. I called them and they came out the same night around 7pm. Did an amazing job and had us up and running. I couldnā€™t afford what actually needed done, so Paul made me a list of materials and even called me back to check my progress. These gentlemen are professionals and went above and beyond what most services would have. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything sewer and drain related. They walk you through every step of the process and are polite and courteous. There are no questions left to be answered by the time they finish the job. They truly did a great job and stopped the sewer from filling my basement!! I will use them again without question if anything ever happens, but they assure me that it will definitely not be for the same thing as they have NEVER had a callback for the exact same issue twice. Thatā€™s getting it done right the first time!

    Weve worked with Paul twice, both to clear out a shower drain clog. The first time, Paul went above and beyond to leave a family event on a weekend afternoon to help with our shower issues as my parents were visiting us. Our system was old and a bit tricky, but he was able to save the day. The second time -- several years later -- I went to take a shower when I was surprised to find it backing up on me. Someone local give it a go but had no luck. That was when I needed to give Paul another ring. He had an all-day job the next day but was willing to drop by after to help us out. An hour or so later, our shower drain is free & clear again.Cant recommend Paul enough! 5 stars, A++++!!!

    I would highly recommend them. I needed emergency service on a sewer blockage. Another plumber was there the day before and said it couldnā€™t be cleared. Paul showed up at the agreed upon time.     Paul is our hero!! We have been struggling with a clogged drain causing flooding in our yard for a while now. We were not exactly sure the source and then Paul came to the rescue! After dealing with another company who did not fix the problem properly, we called Paul. He came out the next day (on a holiday, nonetheless) to help clear out the drain before a big storm. We are so thankful for his prompt response, thorough examination of the situation, ability to use top of the line equipment to fix the problem, professional attitude and strong work ethic.     Paul answered our call after normal business hours and was able to come out that night for an emergency sewer drain issue.     I hired them to powerwash my house and asked them to do my vinyl fence too. My home is 13 years old and was powerwashed once about 4 years ago. They came out and my home and vinyl fence look brand new. They also washed the foundation and bulkhead. I was blinded by the sun looking at one side as the clean vinyl reflected the sun into my eyes. The left side of my house was grimy and mildewy but looks new now. When my son came out he said itā€™s so clean! Great job guys. Thanks for the hard work.

    Our main drain line backed up on a Saturday afternoon. Paul was able to come out that day and clear the line. He was very professional and efficient. He kept us informed as the job progressed and showed us the scope feed of some of the roots clogging the pipe. When he was finished, he also showed us the scope feed from the city sewer to our house and discussed the condition of the pipe. They made sure the basement was clean before they left. Paul made sure to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with the service and cannot recommend All Things Sewer and Drain Care enough.

    I have had issues with plumbing at my house for the last couple months.     Paul did an amazing job! He was very professional he had a very safe set up with his equipment! He only did what HAD to be done. He did not lie like most will do to get top dollar from you.
