A crew from Chuck’s was here the last five days installing a 2 outdoor unit, 6 indoor unit ductless heat pump system in our home in Williston. Not only was the crew punctual, respectful and professional, they also went the extra mile to work with me to make sure the slimducts outside looked exactly how we had hoped. I work from home so was here for the entire install, but never once felt the need to check up on this crew. I can’t recommend this company highly enough if you want a great Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system installed.

I had a custom job where I was replacing my kitchen crown molding with custom metal trims, they can out and measured and then when we needed to make slight adjustments afterwards Gary and Joann were totally accommodating. Second time working w/ Chuck’s. They did a great job w/ our mini split heat pumps last summer. We had a leak and needed a replacement faucet for our kitchen sink. Chuck’s was efficient, communicated well and did a great job again. They’ll be doing our water heater replacement later this Fall and I’m sure they’ll do a great job then too. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough good things about the service we received from Kurt and the service people at Chucks. We returned home from a vacation to no heat and two burst pipes and had someone from Chucks there within a few hours. Over the next few days, the team replaced our boiler and water tank, repaired the pipes, and let us use space heaters to keep us comfortable until we got heat back. The crew was professional, thoughtful, willing to answer questions, and left our house spotless. We highly recommend this company.

I work with Chucks on a regular basis and have always had good experiences. I am a general contractor and frequently consult with Chuck for my heating, A/C, and plumbing work. When they schedule installs with me they always show and usually have the crew doing the work call me an hour ahead of their arrival. Communication is great when it comes from both sides. If I have questions I call and always get answers. I also frequently need them to come to small projects on service calls and Chucks always responds quickly and professionally. You definitely get what you pay for.

We recently had to buy a new furnace and we picked Chucks because of their genuine desire to help us in a tough time. From our estimate to installation they were very professional. The furnace was installed when we were told it would be, they were on time on the day of installation; you hardly knew the boys were here and they left a clean place after their work was done. We are very happy with our new furnace and we love Chucks Heating.

Chucks just finished installing a Unico ducted heat pump system in our 1970s home. Joe and Mark did a really great job on a difficult retrofitting project, were on time, finished when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. Aesthetics were important to us and they did really well keeping the visible parts of the system minimal and oriented with the rest of the space. Thank you!

I own a couple of rental properties in Burlington and needed to have the clothes dryer vents cleaned on short notice. Two young men from Chuck’s showed up and did a very quick and professional job. One of the units required some difficult work...outdoors in very cold weather. These guys were Great. I had no previous experience with Chucks...but would definitely hire them again.By the way.., they were recommended to me by the condo management people as well as my appliance dealer.

Took two visits, but Bob never gave up on my A/C system. He charged my system on the first visit and we enjoyed our cool home for a couple weeks, then it fell flat. Bob came back determined to find a leak. His dogged determination paid off. After finding the leak in my cooling line he brazed in a new section of tubing, pressure tested my system, charged it and put me back in business! This oppressive summer heat and humidity has been a real tax on any cooling system. The repairs made passed the test. I am very happy with Chucks and with their field service technician. The pricing was honest and fair too.Lots of unhappy, hot, and irritable people have lots of negative things to say. Not me. Happy as a clam, I am.

I have had an excellent experience with Chucks. My boiler stopped working in the cold months, Chucks came out to the house immediately, they helped me with warranty on parts, they offered to bring in space heaters, they did excellent work and were very fair in terms of pricing. I used to work with Benoure but after a few bad and overly expensive experiences I decided to try Chucks and Im glad I did. I had a much different and better experience - highly recommend.

Called and left a message on Sunday. Chucks called us on Monday morning and said they’d try and get someone to service our home with a down air conditioner.They did. They made it out to our home on the lake where we were hosting guests, fixed the air conditioning system and saved the day!And it was 88 degrees today. Nice work!

We hired Chuck’s Heating to do a duct cleaning in October of 2018 on our absolutely filthy forced hot air oil burning furnace. They were prompt, professional, and even came back a second time to do a minor repair at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had just moved to Swanton. We have an on-demand Rennai hot water system tied into our boiler that is only 5 years old tops. The system had been installed haphazardly by the original installer (KB Construction). KB failed to include a mixing valve. Long story short, we had involved several local contractors whom are reputable, but Rinnai systems are tough! We couldn’t find someone whom specialized in these systems.Luckily, we got paired up with Allen at Chuck’s. Allen came by and took a look, quickly diagnosed the problem, and came back to fix it. He also repaired some of the prior mistakes to make our heating system more efficient. Allen was smart, funny, knowledgeable, and safe. Amy, whom coordinated the customer service and jobs was thorough, followed up, and ensured we were in good shape.These folks were top notch. Call Chuck’s.

Have now had occasion to call upon Chucks Heating 3 times. We were never a customer before - but they treated us like we were. First was for the complete installation of a dual heat system added to my existing gas furnace (Nick). Second experience was to have all the duct work cleaned and sanitized in our home. Third visit was today (John) to repair a high pressure heat pump line I accidentally cut during a renovation project. On each if the 3 appointments, the service technicians were on time, professional, extremely neat and all very knowledgeable in addition to being genuinely friendly and outgoing. I wouldnt hesitate to HIGHLY recommend Chucks Heating to anyone looking for a solution to and HVAC, plumbing or metal fabrication project.
