    Had a major water issue that to me felt like the end of the world. Could run zero water without backing up. Dependable got my appointment quickly came out and immediately put my stress at ease and said we got this, you relax; we will have your water flowing in no time. Did not catch the Gentleman’s name but he was riding with Troy. Could not have asked for a more professional, attention to detail, patient with my questions, and knowledge. You have an amazing team member. So impressed with your service. And by the end of the appointment had my water flowing as promised. We thank you for what you do!!

    Nate was wonderful! We had a mystery leak in a bathroom and he accurately diagnosed the problem and gave us clear and helpful options. The price was reasonable and he even offered us advice about outside drainage problems and other home maintenance issues. Jess in the office was helpful and reassuring and managed to work us in to their schedule very quickly. Our whole interaction with Dependable Drain was excellent.

    A small problem with the warranted faucet. I called in the morning and received a call back within the hour. The service man was at our house and had the problem fixed by 1:30 in the afternoon. Very impressive! Thank you very much for your prompt service. We always turn to dependable drain with our plumbing problems. We know we can count on them!

    With a very busy schedule they were able to move around appointments to ensure we could have our water restored to our home. Everyone from the office (Jess) to the service techs Joe & Ben were simply amazing. Fast service and very professional. Would highly recommend.

    Nate was absolutely wonderful. This guy knew what he was doing and was so friendly. I will recommend him to everyone i know! We had to have a power vent water heater installed and it was quite the job. Our new heater didnt match up with our old vent work and Nate reworked it all, and in a timely manner. Great job.

    Great service, really appreciated the website texted to my phone with the technicians picture and map so I knew where when and who would show up. Fixed my old leaking tub/shower for pennies on the dollar from what I expected to pay($17 for parts plus the service call). My only problem is I wish I would have called them years ago when the faucet first started leaking. Also looked at a sink in my bathroom where they advertised me fixing the sink faucet leak would be too costly instead recommended replacing which has been in our plans for awhile. Very happy with the service and honesty of the technician which seems like a rare quality nowadays.

    The night before Christmas Eve, we noticed our basement sewer was flooding our basement and so I called Roto Router to come as its an emergency and they would not come until after Christmas. The next day on Christmas Eve the smell in the house was bad, so I looked for another plumber amd came across Dependable Drain & Pluming. Called them and they were quick to get a really nice guy out to take care of the issue and the price was good. I would highly recomend them and will call them again. Thank you for the quick service.

    On Saturday the 20th my wife and I found out that we had no water. The city came and changed the meter but that wasnt the problem. Called local plumbers but only got as far as voice mails with no responses. Then we called Dependable Drain and they showed up very quickly. After looking the situation over they found the old, not used water softener was not in bypass and a bladder had broke sending thousands of tiny plastic beads through our water system. The guys cleaned every faucet and toilet water flow system. They were very friendly and explained a lot to my wife as well as myself. They cleaned up completely behind themselves.     Wow!!!! We have NEVER had someone working in our home that respectfully took off their shoes (winter time)I felt that was VERY professional and how all the other companies should work.     Dependable Drain was only plumbers out of 3 that I called to respond. It was a weekend and got an answer right away. Jeff came Monday morning to give estimate and get me scheduled. Nate and Chris not only installed new water heater but had other issues arise that they resolved promptly . Nate is so knowledgeable and he and Chris were friendly and made a good team . I will never look elsewhere for my plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone! The other 2 companies never even returned my call! Everyone at this company is Great!!

    First called about a slow drain from washing machine , when Joe came to clear it , which he did in a very short time ,I asked about changing old water pipes that I had in the house since we bought the house , he said he could , would replace it with new color coded plastic pipe , red for hot , blue for cold , what a wonderful job !
