I just have to say Hugunin Plumbingdeserves spotlight recognition!! The customer service that both Dave and Wendy and their workers show are really unmatchable. When Ive had questions or concerns Ive been provided with clear answers in a timely manner. Whenever Ive had issues in the past, someone shows that day to address it. Just several months ago we refinished our basement, putting up dividing walls, drywall, painting everything, new doors, etc.... I had Hugunin Plumbing install the plumbing for a basement bathroom. Then, on Monday, July 22, there was a flash flood and hundreds of gallons of backwater water came up through the basement toilet and shower!!! The basement had a good 3-4 inches of standing water! I was devastated!!What really stood out to me is that when I called to address the matter it was after hours. I left a voice message and got an immediate call back. I could tell Dave was exhausted but very polite nonetheless. I had assumed that this flooding water back up was due to plumbing issues, although it had to do with the citys sewer. Anyhow, I discussed with Dave steps we could take to ensure something like this would hopefully never happen again.All in all, I just have to say Hugunin is my First and Only choice for plumbing services! Great People, Great Company!!!

Another great experience using Dave and his crew. Unfortunately, we had another water line leak in our yard. Dave was great to work with again and the communication with everyone associated with this business is stellar! I called on Monday and they were here by Wed. morning taking care of our issue. Highly recommended!

Much more knowledgeable and professional than the not so dependable other company. The other company barley looked at it and immediately tried to get me to buy a new water heater, mine was just outside the 6 year warranty. I had them order the igniter part instead of replacing the whole unit which thats what he said was bad, a week went by with no hot water and no word from them so I canceled and called Hugunin. They came out that same day and had my water heater running within minutes. No part necessary, just a dirty gas tube. The part that the other company ordered wouldnt have even fixed the problem. They would have told me I needed a new water heater on top of the cost of the part. Ill be doing business with Hugunin from now on. Professional, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Quick, friendly, and reliable service. Ive had to use them several times now. Everyone Ive interacted with have been polite, and professional. Most recently they repaired my water main. They opened the ground up, located the source of the leak, and repaired it in around 2 hours. Highly recommended if you want it done right.

This business is exceptional.The guys are great to be around and do an excellent job of explaining what they are doing and go above and beyond for us whenever possible.My mother has had them for service many times over the years and they have all exhibited such patience ,especially with me and trying to adhere to my schedule as well as treating my elderly mother with dignity and respect:)We always have a fun time regardless of the situation-currently they are installing a walk-in shower and once its done , life will be a bit easier in taking care of her so that she can remain in her home.Kudos to them for being #1 in the #2 business -they are truly doing a wonderful job in working as a team and it shows !!

Very fast service! Outside underground water line broke on New Years Eve. I called and left a message and was called back on New Years day. They arrived early on January 2nd and all was fixed by 12:30pm. I truly appreciate the quick service and response during holiday!
