I highly recommend J&Ts Sewer Clean Out. Very reliable, excellent service, on-time, quick, and polite. Thank you for being my hero out here in New Cordell, Oklahoma.Since moving to Western Oklahoma my experience with getting any sewer or plumbing service done around here has been shocking. No one ever answers their phones. Whats worse is no one would even call me back, even after I left detailed voice messages.Seriously Im very surprised that the two times I have ever needed help, J&Ts Sewer Clean Out are the only ones that actually answered the phone. I just dont understand why anyone would list their business on the internet, on a shirt, or on business cards... when they dont want work. HUGE thanks to Jerry for helping us ON Christmas Day!! The nightmare involved the entire house plumbing backing up... sewage in tubs, overflowing toilets, sinks not draining, even overflow into the garage. Jerry and an assistant not only answered our call ON Christmas Day but also came out and cleared the clog (kids flushing itemS down toilet) within a couple hours. Very friendly and professional! We highly recommend J&Ts!

In January, we called after normal business hours in regards to a clogged sewer pipe. They responded quickly and got us taken care of within a couple of hours. They were very professional, and we highly recommend them.Today, we had another plumbing issue arise and J&T’s was our first call. They came right out the same day again and got us taken care of. Called on Labor Day afternoon, not really expecting anyone to be able to come out. They were at the house in Weatherford within 30 minutes of my call, located the problem, sent a camera down and provided me with hard drive camera footage of the sewer pipe that’s cracked and causing problems behind my house. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have everything I need to move forward with having the sewer line that the phone company cut into repaired yet again, hopefully correctly this time. I’ve called other plumbers in the past and like other folks on here it seems to be the same story, so I don’t know what or why these other plumbers don’t answer, But that’s ok because was soo glad I got directed to J&T’s sewer clean out services. My neighbor gave me their reference card and so my first thoughts, being in between the holidays and with Christmas around the corner I’d figure even if I got ahold of anyone they would tell me it be 2-4 weeks out. So I made the call around mid morning and to my surprise someone answered, I told them my problem and to another surprise Jerry asked if I would be around that same afternoon and I said yessir and Jerry said we’ll be there in a few hours. I couldn’t believe my ears! Sure enough they pulled up bout 3:30 and did not waste NO time at all!! They got here, they got with it, they got dirty, and they gotter done ✅!! And was outta my house bout 4:30.Before they left Jerry told me that I have a 30 day guarantee that if there’s an issue with anything that they would comeback and maker right. And so I took that to the bank because later that night sure enough we got hung up again and everything was plugged back up. It was a too good to be true type of moment. So the next morning I called’em back and Jerry tells me they’d be back later that afternoon. I was surprised again! And they came and gotter done, again ✅!! J tells me that that type of scenario happens from time to time. So to wrap this up I’m very please with ALL and EVERYTHING they did. I believe it was “a God sent” because it all line up. I’m very thankful my neighbor referred me to J&T’s sewer clean out services and I recommend these guys TO ANYONE and EVERYONE!! These boys don’t mess around, they understand there’s a time to play and a time to getter done and they hold up to that for sure!!
