Matt and Jack just completed their second job for us. They replaced a cartridge on our bathroom sink and did a toilet tank rebuild. Both jobs were completed professionally and very fast. There have been zero problems with the work, which was of the highest caliber. In addition, both guys are friendly and easy to work with. The costs were very reasonable and lower than I found elsewhere. I can’t say enough about how good this team and company are. I will definitely call them again for future work.

We were very pleased with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Within 24 hours of our initial call we received a quote and had a new water heater installed. Tom Brady was very helpful and the plumbers that came to our home to install the water heater were very professional and courteous. The cost for the install and unit was the best quote we received from other plumbers in the area. The water heater is working perfectly. I would recommend this business if you are in search for a plumber in the Warren County area.

Job involved removal and replacement of an 80 gallon electric water heater located in the basement. Crew of two workers arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently to complete the installation within 3 hours. They had proper equipment for handling the heaters, were careful to avoid any damage to the floors / stairs, and cleaned up the work area when finished.They also straightened the piping on the original installation which was out of plumb, and relocated the water shut off valves to a more accessible location.All work was completed at the quoted price , which was quite reasonable.Would certainly use Ben Franklin out of Clinton for any future plumbing work.

Ive had the pleasure of working Tom at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Clinton twice now. The first time was when our basement flooded and we required a new water heater. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and the price was quite reasonable.The second time was today after my water heater had to be shut down for some work being done in the basement. When I called and asked if he could do a service call, Tom said, Well sure. But, I can walk you through the start up over the phone. Tom walked me through the start up to relight the pilot and in just a few minutes everything was back to normal and I saved the cost of a service call.I highly recommend Tom and BF plumbing and when I need plumbing help again they will be the ones I call.GW.

We had a clogged drain , I called over 10 plumbers, left voicemails, did not receive any call backs from any of the plumbers, called Benjamin Franklin, came at the time promised, evaluated problem, fixed problem , and was very professional,I personally will stick with them , and not use anyone else from now on.

Called Tom last minute to replace a broken toilet. He sent his plumber Ralph out to swap out toilet after hours. The job was Clean, and Ralph was a professional. Would highly recommend if you need a plumber in the area.
