Excellent service. We had a paper backup in our main house drain to the septic causing a backup and I was gone at work. I Called and Adam came out same day, found the issue and fixed it. He was honest about what needed to be done and did not try to up sell me for any other repairs. We have had them pump our septic for years and they have also done some plumbing work in our house before. There is not another company I would call for plumbing or septic repairs in Rock county other than Collins!

Called to have septic pumping done. It turned out to be a lot more issues than a simple pumping… Collin’s did a PHENOMENAL job across the board. Great communication, great advice, and Phenomenal work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing and septic work! Very reasonable prices as well!

Excellent Service by Ron, if you want the job done right call Collins! We will definitely be using them from now on. We’ve lived in our home for 25 years and this is the 1st Company to Actually Pump the Waste Properly, from the Box not the Pipe. Who knew?? His knowledge and workmanship is impressive!! Let me start by saying Rock County was sending notices for the required septic cleaning to the wrong address, and due to this we were in a time crunch to get it done. I called Collins and they were able to get us in the schedule within 2 weeks, the guy showed up and did a fantastic job of getting everything cleaned out. He recommended we install some risers to make access easier, so we agreed to have them put in. My concern was how high the lids to the tank would be, he assured me I would be able to mow over them. Fast forward, another guy came in and installed the risers, when I went to check the work it was about 4-6 inches above ground. I called and spoke with Mr. Collins, who said he would get it fixed as soon as possible. The guy came back out within the hour and installed a shorter riser. Great job, good pricing and highly recommend!

I have an engineered septic in the ledges subdivision in Roscoe. My lift station pump failed on a Thursday. Collins Sanitary showed up the next morning and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. The plumber that was sent out was also a heck of nice guy. Additionally, the cost was quite reasonable as well.

**Edited from original 5 star** Have used Collins two different times, both semi urgent and they were awesome with their responsiveness and service. I very much appreciate them!*** Had another company out a year ago only due to scheduling conflicts with Collins, come to find out they charged me for the full job but only did a 1/3 of it. I am so thankful for Adam’s time from Collins coming out and going through everything with me. I will never, and I mean never use another company other than Collins Sanitary for my septic needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

On very short notice, Collins came through for me so that the closing of the property could proceed as scheduled. Our old cast iron pipes fell out of alignment and froze over winter, we had sewage backing up into the house, there was no access to the pipes outside, and we needed the annual emptying of the tank. They helped us solve all these issues and were very polite, timely, and easy to work with. The price was not too bad either.

The gentleman are always up front, honest and work with you to help resolve any problems and questions you have. Ive used them multiple times with a great experience and learned a thing or two each time they come out. Ive used them mostly for septic services and maintenance, but also for plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen. In this day of age its a relief to know the job is done right the first time with no hassle. Ive used them for over 6 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Collins Sanitary installed water, sewer, and gas lines from my house to my new detached two car garage. Ryan was great to work with developing the quote and scheduling the work. He worked extra hard to convince the city inspectors that the sewer install was OK. They were very accommodating in adjusting the schedule around the other trades and some construction delays. They communicated well and showed up when they said would. I couldnt be happier with the final product!

Had water coming up from septic field on Holiday weekend, they came in to look at problem, pumped tanks, analyzed situation. Found I had leaking toilets, one with fill wide open, and shower. Turns out field hadnt failed was just temporarily overloaded. During the process we discussed options. They have cameras to look at your system, temporary tank to use (and pump) as interim solution, and do septic system design and installation. Really experienced people that figured out the problem that we couldnt. Great down to earth people to deal with.

We discovered our water main was leaking underground days before moving into our new home. Out of the multiple companies we contacted, Collins Plumbing was the only one to send someone onsite to provide an accurate estimate based on our needs. They quoted below the other over-the-phone companies. Ryan and his assistant, James arrived promptly, completed the job quickly and took pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier and the money was well worth it for peace of mind. Will use their services again and highly recommend A+++
