    I’ve worked with Brandon from BGC Plumbing on multiple occasions, and he has consistently exceeded my expectations. From the very first phone call, it’s clear that Brandon is not only highly knowledgeable but also exceptionally responsive—he returns calls promptly, provides detailed information, and makes scheduling straightforward. Each time he arrives on-site, he shows a level of professionalism and reliability that’s increasingly hard to find these days. He approaches each problem methodically, quickly identifies the issue, and tackles it with skill and efficiency. Plus, he leaves the work area clean, so I never feel like I’m dealing with a mess after he’s done.

    Brandon does great work, communicates promptly and pricing is very reasonable. He shows up on time when the job is scheduled, cleans up afterwards and makes sure everything is working properly before leaving.     Brandon was helpful from our first call throughout the entire process. He provided service within 24 hours of our call and within 5 minutes after his arrival gave us 3 options to solve the problem. The end product was outstanding and he left the area clean. Highly recommend BCG plumbing.

    Brandon is an excellent master plumber. He answers the phone (unlike other plumbers Ive tried!) and is easy to schedule with. The costs for his projects are reasonable, and he propose practical solutions for what the problem is, offering some options of how to address it. He also takes the time to answer questions and talk through potential future projects or other ongoing house plumbing issues instead of rushing off to the next job. Highly recommended!

    Brandon was very professional every step of the way. I also made some impromptu requests that he was able to take care of with little to no effort. Highly recommend as he has quality work and was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely higher again if I need plumbing in the future

    This plumber is the real deal. On time, professional, knew his stuff and he shifted his schedule to accommodate me cuz I needed a new hot water heater asap. Went out of his way to get all the parts necessary, explaining everything in detail and wasn’t pushy.

    Brandon installed a whole house water filtration system in my basement. Its the third job he has done for me in my home.     We have now worked with Brandon twice and both experiences have been great. The first was a fairly minor job on our kitchen sink. The second was more of an emergency job after our basement had flooded and our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He always presents multiple options for the job, prices, and pros and cons for each decision. It makes it very easy to make the right long term decision. He always leaves the place cleaner than he found it. He is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. One of my biggest takeaways was when he asked us to leave him a review following the completion of the job. A lot of people would prompt us to leave a 5 star review. Instead, Brandon asked us to be honest with the review, which I thought showed a lot of integrity. We will go back to Brandon again for future jobs.

    One of my biggest plumbing fears happened to me today. I heard gushing water and knew a pipe had burst. Brandon answered the phone straight away, and told me I needed to shut off the main water valve to the house. As a newly single adult woman who never dealt with *broken house things* I couldnt know less about plumbing or even where to begin to make that happen. He face-timed me as I walked around my basement until he found what I needed. He was so incredibly patient as he, -a master plumber- explained the most basic steps of shutting off the water. He was able to make it out to me, fix the problem, and explain everything to me!! I can’t recommend this company enough!! This guy went WAY above and beyond!! I wish I could give 10 stars!
