I have been a customer of WaterMac for three years. They have always done very good work. Their technicians are very polite, extremely professional and efficient. The work they have done for me has always been very good and reliable. In the most recent time I needed their assistance, their technician was at my house just a half an hour after I called and had the problem taken care of in less than an hour. They are rather expensive, but in the end WaterMac does very good and reliable work. I would recommend them.

Thorough and efficient work done by Justin. He was able to determine our shower leak was a faulty pipe/valve (as opposed to just damaged tile and grout) without having to breech any walls. Great instinct for a plumber, like a pipe whisperer. Very satisfied with all repairs to shower plumbing as well as dishwasher installation all in the same day. I would recommend.

I use WaterMac any time I have a plumbing issue. The service is excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. They show up on time, work diligently until the job is done, and do an awesome job with explaining what the problem is and what they’re doing to fix it. The service rep Joseph was prompt, professional, helpful, and a straight shooter. He gave me a fair, objective estimate, and return on another scheduled appointment day and performed the repair at the previously quoted price, which was very reasonable. He also took time to explain how the system worked, and showed me different parts of my heating system, so I would be more educated in the event I had a future issue. Joseph is a real asset to his company, and I would recommend him and his company again and again.

Justin at Watermac came in to inspect a kitchen sink leak documented by a home inspector. He promptly identified that the leak was not due to deteriorating pipes or washers and checked any other causes for the leak. He noticed that the nut connecting the pipe to the sink was loose and tightened it to resolve the issue and that to at no charge. I feel like I could have been advised to perform some repairs, but was given an honest and professional opinion and the issue was immediately resolved. I would highly recommend Justin for his professionalism and will plan to use him for my future plumbing needs.

Justin was phenomenal throughout. This was a difficult job in installing a large and heavy fridge and no matter what it took he came up with ideas and got it done. Very thankful for his help and work. Was nice and professional throughout and never got frustrate regardless of any issues that popped up. The same applies to his coworker. Both were great.

I have used WaterMac for several repairs over the last several years. They are responsive, professional, communicative, and thorough. Jobs have included replacement of a hot water heater, full servicing of a boiler, PVC sewage pipe repair, and repair of leaking ceiling pipe. The prices are preset and agreed to at each stage of the work and many jobs are flat fee based. Today, Justine investigated a persistent ceiling leak, ruled out the master bathroom shower above as a cause, isolated and replaced the bad pipe joint and pipe, and further insulated that pipe from a light housing that was accelerating corrosion. He explained each step in the process, did only the repair needed, and even offered to inspect other pipes in the basement to assure me that this was a one-off. WaterMac is a 5 man company, with a very responsive office. Highly recommended.

Called them for a heating problem. Prompt response and problem fixed. Excellent service from the company and Kyle. Work completed as requested and couldn’t be more satisfied. Explained everything in detail and could not have been more professional and personable. I recommend them and will use them again.ADDENDUM: Had another heating problem and Kyle returned. He knew exactly what to do. Fixed the heating system problem quickly and took the time to test the heating system thoroughly. Could not be more pleased! Thank you!

Great service, on time and fast emergency service, the rep on the phone said there is one person on call just for emergency services which is great. And he was just finishing l another call so I was next in line, got lucky.Fixed the sight glass on my oil burning boiler. Not many places service this type of heating unit so I was relieved when they said yes and that theyll be there in an hour or two. Small repair but seemed to be done very well.A little expensive but thats emergency work for ya. 1 yr warrenty gives me some peace if mind.Kyle was professional and worked fast.

Water Mac was reasonable and gave quick responses to any questions I had. Igor was very helpful when he came to do the initial walkthrough and his team; Kyle and Justin that came out to do the work were equally as helpful and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Very satisfied with Watermac!

Rarely do I ever go out of my way to tell friends about a business, but this is one damn well oiled machine. Whoever runs it should write a book and then everyone else who runs a business needs to read it.

Joseph was on-time. Did an excellent job in diagnosing my problem (furnace blower not working). Confirmed no issues on the motor but just a bad capacitor. He went beyond by checking my A/C refrigirant too which we discovered outside the manufacturers recommended readings. Gave me multiple options for short term, medium term and long term. Joseph did not upsell (scare) me anything. The rate is good. I will hire him again in the future HVAC work. Hopefully not during winter time. Coz that means trouble.. :)

A shower valve was originally repaired by Watermac but somehow caused my faucet to hot water come out even when it was on cold water. I didnt want anyone to go in for the whole year of last year until recently we were vaccinated. I am very thankful that WaterMac agreed to come out without charge to fix it again. Kyle is very patient and knowledgeable.
