Ive had two pleasant experiences thus far with this company. The first was a phone call in which the technician tried his best to help me with my problem and the second occurred about a week later when he showed up to assess what was going on. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He gave me some tips on how to fix a leak, which allowed me to save some money. Most importantly, Ahmad was honest, and that goes a long way. He will definitely be my go to plumber!

Where do I even begin? We all know that googling for an experienced and reliable plumber who doesn’t overcharge can be a lot of work. I’ve gone through quite a few companies over the years and none has given me the confidence to give them a second call. I recently noticed a leak in the laundry room ceiling coming from the bathroom shower above it. Naturally, due to previous experiences, I was stressed out. Scrolling through the web, I happen to read reviews on EZ Flow Plumbing & Heating and decided to give them a try… I’m so glad I did!! Met Imad, who was very pleasant & knowledgeable in what he does. He explained the problem, the plan and the the amount for the job. He seems like a trustworthy guy. He will definitely be my plumber for any future jobs - which I have already consulted him about. Some of these issues were on weekends, and prices were fair. Recently had Ali replace two faucets. A small issue was quickly rectified the next day, with a bonus add on thrown in for free. I have and will continue to recommend this family run business.

Imad was the best plumber Ive worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue - he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldnt have to pay for certain charges.I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything.I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything.Also very professional - would highly recommend.Thanks Imad!

After some time he mentioned that given the age of the furnace and the parts required that it may not be possible to fix completely. Was told honestly about the situation and that it may require replacement. Although it could not be fixed directly that day, I appreciated the help. Would use again for any further services.

In short - i am very very pleased with his punctuality and work..and would recommend him to everyone.now in details - no one expects their water boiler to break down.. but it does.. and thats when you think.. WHOM SHOULD I CALL..i called Amad, who on a snowy day came first to assess and then went back, got the water boiler and replaced it.. within hours..i was so happy he could finish all the work in under 2 hrs..then after a month passed, i had some plumbing issues.. and once again, his punctuality was spot on. i called him at 7 am in the morning on Saturday , when he was sleeping.. he took my message and by 11 am he was at my door step.
