We were recently in need of servicing on our water heater. Through our home warranty insurance we were assigned M1 Pro Plumbing. As it turned out, we couldnt have found a better plumber if we had tried. Ben and his wife are two of the nicest, friendliest individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Ben was quick to schedule an appointment and access what needed to be done. After getting approval from the warranty company, Ben went to work on refreshing and repairing all issues with the water heater. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. Ben explained what he was doing at all times and gave tips to keep the water heater in excellent working condition and extending the longevity of the unit. I would not hesitate to call Ben for any future issues. Give him a try. You wont be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Ben at M1Pro Plumbing. I recently purchased a house that has a boiler for heating the water baseboard heaters. Only 2 of the 4 zones were functioning properly. They installed a check valve by the boiler and an air purge valve on one of the heaters and now everything is working great. All around professional and I will definitely use them again.

We had a huge leak Friday night from our water heater. I called them and got an appointment first thing Saturday morning & we got a new water heater and pipes done by that evening. Excellent customer service and quality work, thank you so much M1Pro!!!!

On Saturday morning, I noticed a water puddle near my water heater in the garage. It was a sure sign the water heater had a leak and needed replacing. I called two other plumbing pros who claimed 24 hour service. No answer. That is when I noticed the stellar reviews for M1 Pro. Ben answered the phone on the first ring and was at my door in 15 minutes. ON A SATURDAY!! A little while later I had a shiny new, professionally installed, water heater at a reasonable price.These guys are professional, courteous, and energetic. Our government should work so well. Had a leak on my hot water heater so I called them left a message. I was contacted a short time later and had them at my house. Fixed my issue and was very professional. Did not cost an outrageous amount no call out fee due to it being Sunday. Extremely fair price and very impressed. I will be using this company for any plumbing issues I have. Thank you
