I am still amazed on the level of professionalism, quality of workmanship, and there ability to turn around the project so quickly. In less than a week and half, they were able repave my driveway, renovate my existing front porch which included leveling the porch and enclosing the porch, and install new exterior doors. The best part was working with Jimmy, who was always available to discuss project progress & scheduling, modifications, and design suggestions. Very friendly, courteous, and easy to speak too. Jimmy was also extremely fair and reasonable when it came to the cost of the project. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would call again for any future project. A+++ Work.

We had the pleasure of working with Jim and his team on the renovation of our backyard pool area. We had 35 year old concrete and that was really ugly with cracks and many repairs. Our yard looked like something out of the 1950’s, like us. We selected Gold Medal because they were recommended by many of our friends and neighbors; he has beautified many houses on our block and also remodeled the outside of my daughter’s house with new siding, doors, etc.; and did a great job.We had particular issues with small access to our yard; so, everything had to be removed by hand. This was not a problem for Jim; as promised he and his crew came in and within two days the concrete was gone. He coordinated and worked well with the pool crew who had to replace the liner, steps and renovate the edging to accommodate the new paving.Jim has excellent people’s skills, he always returns calls the same day, his pricing is good, there are no extra fees; the price on the original quote, was what we paid. He is friendly and has extreme patience with answering questions and is always reassuring.But finally, the end result was just beautiful!! My husband and I are in our mid 70’s and this was quite an undertaking for us; however, Jim did everything to make this job as easy as he could for us, moving things, grills, cabinets and cleaning up and all of these important extra details. Thank you, Jim and your great crew; it’s been a pleasure!

I needed a small concrete job to extend my patio slab by 2 feet to comply with my towns code regarding a hot tub installation. Jim was able to send a couple of guys out within a few days ( I was a little under the gun time-wise) They did a great professional job. They also helped me by cutting out a 6 inch channel in my slab to allow for the electrical for the tub to be run. Highly recommended !!!

We retained the services of Gold Medal Construction to repair a water leak from our chimney and to replace the rotted wood around the chimney as well as in the siding of our home. Jim came across as being very professional and knowledgeable. It was a two day job and after each day his team would clean up after them. Jim also found time to address some of our other issues in the home that were unrelated to the job we hired him for. Gold Medal replaced our roof two years ago and did a fantastic job. The new roof and gutters are perfect. Now two years later I noticed some loose flashing along one eve. Thinking a squirrel may have caused this, I contacted Gold Medal. Jim’s crew arrived quickly and secured the loose flashing. They confirmed no critters had made entry into the house. Jim ( the owner) hands down. If you are looking for a top professional, honest, and decent contractor look no further.My wife and I were looking for a contractor to pave our backyard and we came across Jim. I called him and half hour later he showed up. We told him what we need. He gave us a price we could not refuse. We asked him to start the following day. Indeed, the following day 5 amazing guys showed up at 7:30am and worked until 6:00pm. Jim was checking on them every few hours, I even saw Jim working with them side by side.In 3 days they finish the job that should take at least one week in a way was better and beyond expectation.Jim, has a good heart. I saw him daily in the morning bringing a case of water and coffee to his team. at noon he brings them lunch too. They work from their heart that is why the result was great.We have too many projects that need to be done at home and of course Jim will be the right person for the job.

We are so pleased with our experience with Jim and his team. We hired Gold Medal Construction to fix our yard. We had moved into a house that had no work done previously in the yard (an absolute eyesore). Thanks to Jim and his team we can now enjoy the view into our beautiful yard. Jim took care of leveling out the ground, installing pavers and they installed amazing feeling high quality turf and installed a custom made deck. In addition, we also hired him to install fencing all our house. He did a beautiful job.
