I recently had my roof replaced by SECI Construction Inc., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Edi and his team were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. We had been dealing with multiple issues with our roof for a while, but SECI Construction quickly identified the problems and offered us a fantastic price for a full replacement.The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we’re so glad we chose SECI Construction instead of another contractor. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Excellent job all around!

Outstanding and communicative June 2024First let me say first time shopping for roof and mine was at least 35 years old. I called and spoke to Robert (I believe a GM) at the Clifton office who explained about the different tiers of Owens Corning certification. My wife and I scheduled several roofing companies in May to get pricing and by far there Sales Rep Conner the most thorough with out being long winded and looked in our attic to verify it was tongue and grove and the condition. We scheduled for June to get the Owens Corning Platinum System with the TD Duration Dessert Rose, new seamless gutters at a very fair price compared to the others. Remi was the construction site manager and his team, extremely professional, always keeping us in the loop as to what was going on. After they got the old shingles off the informed me on how great most of the roof was in however on the lower 3 inches of roof the tar had dried causing leaks on the fascia board which I was anticipating as most of the gutter nails would not stay in. They advised that the fascia board would have to be replaced which I had budgeted for. They also suggested that if I was going to upgrade the eves now would be the time BUT it wasn’t something that had to be done. We opted to have it done after the price they gave us. They did a fantastic job with the entire project from tear down to clean up we could not be happier with Remi and his team representing SECI.I will add more pictures once I can get some good shots

We had our roof done by Seci Construction. MANDI came for our initial appointment and explained to us everything in details what needed to be done. MANDI was very professional and very knowledgeable. The day of install i could not be more happy with the vision MANDI had to match the roof color with my siding and everything around. I will recommend Seci without a doubt. Mike was just fantastic! Deliveried on everything he promised in a timely manner. He was persistent and went above an beyond to make sure the job to completed the right way. Didn’t try to upsell more after the job started like most contractors do. Communicated extremely well through the entire process as there were many phases to our job. Would definitely reccomend and use SECI again.

Let me just say Seci Construction is a class act from start to finish! I had my 2,500 Sq Ft roof replaced by them and from start to finish the job was perfect. This company offers extremely fair pricing based on other estimates I received. They were actually about 1/2 the price of other local Angi rated companies I met with like Victory Home Remodeling, Power Home Remodeling, Matute Roofong etc.. They showed me samples of both Owens Corning & GAF shingles, (only company I met with who did this) & explained the differences between the two. I ended up choosing Owens Corning because in my opinion they had a better shingle color option that fit the design of my house perfectly but Seci is able to offer a 50 Year Warranty on both shingle manufacturers so it didn’t really make a difference over what I choose. Before I choose Seci I did my research and saw some iffy reviews about the plywood that I was alittle worried about before I signed the contract with them. Once the roof was ripped off I DID NOT experience anything close to what these reviews said when it came to the plywood part of the project. Cobra who was my project manager explained what wood could be saved & what he recommended should be replaced. He even gave me pricing options on the different types/thicknesses of plywood is out there. Overall I felt the price was fair when you factor in the market rate of plywood plus labor for removing the old and installing the new. Regardless Seci Construction is a great option if you are looking for a seamless experience without breaking the bank. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends & family and I look forward to working with them again in the future when I replace my siding & windows. Thank you again Seci!

Great service!I tried to do my research first, so I contacted GAF Roofing Systems and Owens Corning to check if Seci was certified. And they were. Edi provided us with their credentials, which gave us an indication of their expertise and quality.I used previous reviews to gauge their reputation & quality of work (although I know that does not always accurately ensure anything, but I was satisfied with prior reviews). So we decided to hire them.This company provided us with all of the relevant registrations, licenses, permits, certificates, and insurance they needed to do their jobs effectively. We needed to do nothing but stay clear & let them work.The crew was prompt & arrived early and was respectful with how they executed their job. Edi communicated well with us throughout the day & so did Renato (I am wondering if I am spelling their name correctly). But I dealt directly with those two, and they listened to our concerns. That is a plus!When finished they removed all trash from the teardown of our old roof to our satisfaction. Leaving us with a nice new roof.I will leave this company with a score of 4 because I can’t leave half of points; if possible, I would leave them a 4.5. So far (as of 10/18/2023), I would recommend Seci to others.If updates are required I’ll add.

I highly recommend SECI Construction. I scheduled an appointment with Mandi in April for an estimate.on siding my house He took the time to answer all of my questions. I received the estimate within a day of Mandi coming out to my house. I had other work that needed to be completed before having the siding installed. I reached out to Mandy on Tuesday June 4th 2024. He came back out to my house on June 5th to answer a few more questions. I signed the proprosal on that day. Mandi had the materials and the dumpster at my house by Friday June 7th. On Saturday June 8th a crew showed up to begin the work on my house. Mandi also came out to see if I had any questions or concerns. The crew worked throughout the weekend. By Monday afternoon my house was done. Dave, the project supervisor was onsite everyday. He kept me updated on the progress and answered any questions I had. The crew worked efficiently and diligently.

We recently purchased a home that has lots of undisclosed issues unfortunately. One of those was a bad roof. When we found a leak, we decided to get quotes from several companies (5), and our first appointment was with Mandi at SECI. We really liked him from the start and he was very upfront and professional. Several of the quotes were the same as Mandis but the rest were higher. We went with him because he was responsive, knowledgeable, and also could get the job done much sooner than the other companies. Once they pulled up the old roof, we discovered that the entire roof was rotted underneath 3 layers of shingles, so the job went from a simple job to stripping the whole thing off to the frame and basically building a new roof. They still got the job done in one day - a Sunday, just days after signing a contract (and that was due to rain). Mandi was there every step of the way, making sure things were done right and fast. We were very pleased with the level of service we received. We will be using them for our next project.

I discovered a leak in my porch roof and wasnt sure where to turn. I learned of SECI from the previous owner of my house (as SECI had done the roof years earlier). I was shocked and delighted that Akil said he would have someone out there in the next hour or so. Sure enough, Chilango and David showed up and got right to work to identify the cause for the leak. Akil was courteous and explained the issue with the roof in clear terms and laid out a couple of options for my consideration. I was amazed to receive same-day service in this day and age, and was truly delighted and appreciative that the guys were even kind enough to clear out a couple of my gutters while they were up on the roof. I couldnt be happier with the service I received and I definitely plan to use them again. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the job that Seci did on my roof. Our original roof was built in the 1950s and made of slate. Many roofing companies declined the job or quoted outrageous numbers. Seci was fair and professional.The job was initially just to remove the slate and replace with asphalt shingles, then replace the gutters. After finding the subroof was dry rotted, they replaced the entire roof in a day and a half.They were quick, did an excellent job with the roof, and considerate of our house and neighbors. I would recommend them to anyone for a roofing job

This company is absolutely amazing! I would recommend them wholeheartedly!They are kind and helpful, Mark took his time walking around my home and and found signs of water damage everyone, from the home inspector, to my realtor, to the other roofing companies, missed. He was also very helpful when answering my questions, and always following up!Remi was the supervisor on roofing day, and he was so helpful! He greeted me the first day and explained the entire process to me and what I can expect. He also updated me on what was happening, any issues they ran into (e.g. water damage), and was super helpful when thinking of a solution.I 100% recommend this company! They are wonderful top to bottom, and if I could do it all over again, I would 100% hire them again!

We set up a appointment with Seci Construction regarding are roof. Mandi showed up and explained to us the whole process from A to Z what was going to get done. Mandi promised us that if we decide to go with Seci that Mandi would be on site the day of install. The price was fair and the warranty was exactly what we were looking for. The day of install sure enough Mandi was the first one in our home and the last one to leave and made sure everything was done the way we spoke about. I am super happy with the job they did and I would definitely recommend Seci to my friends and family. Thank you all so much.
