This company has been wonderful at helping us for years at doing our backflow inspection! Today they came out as after we had plumbing issues, we were told it was related to the backflow and were told by that other company that the backflow might need to be replaced entirely. When M&S came out today, they let us know the backflow was working great, didn’t need replacement, and they were the first people to spend enough time to help us actually figure out what the plumbing problem was and get it fixed. They are hardworking, honest, knowledgeable, and explain everything very well. I am so thankful for them and the awesome service they provide!!

Awesome service! Folks just use this guy when you get that wonderful note about some backflow inspection you’ve never heard of before. I was using a guy that did the inspection but no rebuilds, great so when it leaks and needs repair I then have to call a plumber? That sucks. Call Wilfredo (Will), repaired/tested/inspected when he said and very economical. Then he files the paperwork for you. Just call Will👍🏻

The experience M&S was excellent. I received a letter from WaterServices Company that I need to do the inspection again. When I called Eric from M&S he schedule an appointment for the next day . He showed up on time and call me right away to let me know that he already inspected 1 year ago and I just need to do in 1 more year because is every 2 years. I asked him how much the charge for the service and he was very Honest and said No need for charge you are a old client and is not your fault about the mistake. He take ownership look his file and send the information to the Water Service Company. Deficiently, Honest and responsible company.

He had an appointment within that week i called him, arrived on time and took time to explain to me what this certification was all about.
