I was very happy with the communication. I received texts and phone calls to let me know the expected arrival. When the two plumbers arrived they were both extremely friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. Unfortunately for them, I bought a very heavy (106lb) toilet that was all one piece and they never once let me hear them complain about it. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Everyone at Ark Plumbing is professional and very friendly. Weve had to use their services a few times since we purchased our new home and they never disappoint. Adrian was our technician and he was able to figure out what was wrong with our sink and repair it quickly. He even pointed out that because we had a Kohler faucet that it should be covered under a lifetime warranty which saved us a lot of money. I hope I dont have to call a plumber again any time soon but if I do, I would only call Ark Plumbing to come to the rescue.

He then went to work and resolved our problem--a blockage some 75 feet away from our house. He removed and repaired a leaking toilet---voila!! Problems resolved and we are happy!!

We had an old shower/tub faucet that would no longer turn fully off. Ark sent someone who was not as familiar/comfortable with messing around with a 1950s fixture and reschedules us with a team member who is familiar. I appreciate the honesty instead of trying and messing something up. In the end, the old fixture was not really fixable without a lot of searching for replacement parts and we made the decision to install a new fixture instead. Luis was thorough and quick with his work. He is pleasant and informative. This is our second job with Ark (the first was a large replacement job under our home). We will continue to use them in the future, in large part due to Luis.The dispatcher in the office, Win, is also very pleasant on the phone. A true professional.

Josh, Romeo and Cameron arrived on time. Prepped the yard since I have lava rocks. I could definitely see that they care about the job and their customers. Yard was cleaned up, rocks put back. We noticed late Friday night that we had leaking water from our upstairs down into our laundry in one of our guest houses! Eeek! I couldnt find the source of the leak myself and reached out to Ark Plumbing after researching 24 hour plumbers near us. Brian came out first thing on his shift Saturday morning - so professional, calm and knowledgeable. Just what I needed when I was none of these! Brian helped me locate the leak source in a timely manner - it was an ac unit! With Arks quick support I was able to call out the necessary companies to stop the leak from the ac and start remedial work to dry out the framing, walls and ceilings! They sent Paul out for the job and he showed up on time and was very professional and explained questions that I have had. When checking the hot water heater he suggested a new one since it was original with the house. I said yes, because of other problems we have had with the house and certain things not being serviced correctly. He gave me a quote, and price was not breaking the bank. He came back, installed it and did tell me the old hot water heater was not service and that it was close to being replaced. He told me how to drain it and how to go forth with it. We shared our dilemma of getting it fixed (we are selling the house) so he said he would call his supervisor to explain our circumstance. While he was at our home, he checked our other two toilets and found two of the three to have faulty valves, which is costing us money in our water bill. He, and his supervisor, worked with us so we could get everything done in one visit, before the Open House. Mark was extremely helpful and did an excellent job. Their customer service is outstanding. I send them a text Sunday at 8:00 p.m. and not even 10 minutes later they replied back. We set up the appointment for next day between 11:00 am- 2:00pm. Well, they were at my door at 9:30 a.m. and Brian Stofko was our technician. He was super professional and very helpful. I would recommend them anytime. BTW this is our second time using them, first time they fixed a water leak and this time they unclogged our sewer pipes.

Had a small leak in the cold water line and called ARK. Was told someone would be there between 12 and 4. Patrick showed a little before 12. He identified the problem and went right to work after explaing the charge. I thought at the time the cost was too high, but what do I know as it was the first time Ive used a plumber in many years and I needed the leak stopped. Service was very professional and Patrick very personable. Because the piping in the house is old and Patrick said more problems could happen at any time, I asked for a total repiping of the house estimate. Again I thought the estimate was high, but considering that someone is going to have to go under the house and deal with small spaces, it maybe the labor expense that drives the cost. Anyway very happy to have the leak repaired.However, about 1 hour or so later I noticed another small drip on an ajacent pipe (old one) and called ARC who said Patrick would be back shortly. Upon looking at the problem, said I told you this might happen. He repaired that one and another started to leak. He repaired that one too. And for this second visit there was no charge. I am leaning toward the repiping and Patrick said that he and a coworker could probably get it done in maybe 8-10 hours.Will have to work on my budget. But Patrick went above and beyound to get the job done and yes I would reccomend Ark Plumbing Service.

In the midst of a plumbing nightmare during our kitchen remodel Ark was able to fit us in an already busy schedule. Which was greatly appreciated. Although Ark did well getting us on their schedule, we had multiple techs who didn’t appear to know their expected job tasks, were not prepared, show up-leave and not return due to personal issues and call-outs which led to rescheduling and prolonging the project. I do have to recognize Carlos Rivera (who made the impossible happen) and Mark Wilson both who finally showed up, were professional, skilled and got the job done! Didnt realize until after he left that there was water in the bathroom outside the shower and metal casings and plastic material that he didnt pick up in the shower. A quick wipe with a rag around the area would helped a lot. Also, I didnt realize that his working boots were marking up our oak floors in the bedroom. That was my fault. I should have asked him to take them off or put on those disposable shoe protectors. Still, very satisfied with his expertise and skill in repairing our shower head.

I did hire Ark and they did a outstanding work! The customer service through texting and phone calls was outstanding over a holiday weekend. TY…..Christian showed up gave me 2 quotes On my plumbing leak. Home was built in 1994 and every plumbing contractor (3 so far) charge me $80 bucks just to come out for a quote…Most companies wanted me to repipe the entire house for $9-$11k. This included drywall patching. Christian took time and explained to me well that you can repair the leak for $2,500 or repipe for $7k without drywall work. Big decision to make soon. Would highly recommend this company.

I’ve lived in my home almost four years and as a first-time Florida homeowner and as someone who had never dealt with a septic system, I honestly had no idea I had one. I just assumed I was connected to city sewer. Because that’s how it always was everywhere I grew up. It was actually a different plumbing company that doesn’t provide septic service that educated me that I didn’t have a city sewer hookup and how to tell that you don’t. Unfortunately, I recently landscaped on top of the septic system access points. The technicians who came out took great care in digging up the shrubs and tree that was in the way and I was able to replant and they are still in great condition. After the service, everything is functioning properly and should be for a few more years.

Larry was awesome! very knowledgeable and only charged me for what was needed. I appreciated that he was punctual and on time. The best feature of the business is that they text you right before they come which included a picture of the technician who’s going to be coming to your door. Excellent for safety!

Very nice to work with. I called in for a repair that needed immediate attention. The office dispatched a service tech right then and text and emailed a confirmation that the tech would on his way along with his name and picture. The tech messaged me shortly after to let me know he was on the way. He showed up and reviewed everything with me and gave an estimate prior to doing his work. Work was done quickly and payment was taken via credit card on the spot. Nice job. I will be a return client should the need arise.

On Friday January 27th I had an emergency issue with water leaking into bedroom closet and office area coming from bathroom tub area. Was told by 3 other plumbers that I had a cracked pipe and would need a leak detection service to determine where the pipe was broken. Saturday January 28th contacted Ark and they were truly sent by God because the technician Christian Montanez determined by checking the water meter when the water was on but no faucets or any other use of water, the meter wasnt turning. Which indicated there were no broken pipes. He installed lift & turn tub drain, problem resolved!! No more water leaking. Ark dispatcher Joshua was prompt and had Christian here within an hour. They are truly honest, trustworthy, reliable and would highly recommend them. I will be seeking reimbursement for the charges from Frank Gay Services and Mike Scott Plumbing.

We contacted few companies to help us fix our sink but only ARK plumbing returned our call. They’re the best at what they do. They won’t judge you for who you are and what your living situation is. We had an new house built and Ark was hired to redo all the builders cheap plumbing from the walls in! Jacob spent at least 16 hours with a helper for a few, basically gutting all of the builders plumbing and tying in 5 sinks and faucets, 13 new shut off valves, 13 lines to sinks & toilets, installed better main shut off valve and inside the garage an emergency shut off valve, installed a better disposal, dishwasher was re piped, put in supplied RO system as well as setting up and piping a supplied whole house h2o filter and flex water softener to a loop set up of water lines and drains that I had set up during construction. Jacob was amazing and one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. His work is top notch and Ark is now our plumber for life. However, we really should only need minor maintenance because we already had them basically do everything one could ever need. Once again I cant point out how neat and clean they work and the price is very reasonable compared to other companies. One point I did not mention is that my former plumber stiffed me at the last minute after realizing the amount of work that was involved, and my wife happened to find Ark on the web and we got lucky because they fit us in and really came through for our time table to get things done. Thanks Ronnie for being there.
