    Plumbing problems and drainage back-ups, in your home, are stressful. We had been dealing with these troubles for over three years (as our home is approaching 60 years old with original drain pipes). Two options were available- either dig up floor and pipes for replacement (paying for another place to stay and to have the four year old flooring fixed, and walls repaired after completion)ORAttempt pipelining. While there are a handful of companies that do pipelining, the reputation of APT and our experience with the representative gave us more confidence to choose APT. Matthew patiently explained the process, answered our questions, and showed us videos of our pipes.Once scheduled, the crew was prompt on starting each morning and communicated effectively what they needed and what was expected from me.We had some trouble with the kitchen drain as work was being done. I was informed what had happened and what might need to happen.They were upfront and honest (even though it would have been cheaper for them to blame the old pipes). Ernesto, Reinaldo, Reinier, Wyatt, and Tramone worked very hard to fix the problem and through their perseverance and diligence succeeded without more invasive measures.These guys knew what they were doing. They prepared well, communicated well and were friendly/ respectful. They cleaned afterward and left little for me straighten.Highly recommend APT and this team of guys if you are needing pipe drainage or repair. They have surpassed their reputation.

    Punctual, professional and persistent. The job went from good to bad, (no fault on their end) due to my 60-year-old cast iron pipes. They were able to make lemonade out of lemons. Super happy. Luis, Yosvany and Ryan were a complete success even though the job took a little bit longer than they anticipated. If youre considering replacing your cast iron pipes, I am going to recommend that you consider relining them first with APT.

    The team (Luis, Ryan, Yosvany and Angel) that did my pipe relining were very professional. I was informed from the start about what to expect and was updated through the whole process. Luis and the team went above and beyond to make the repair process as smooth as possible. They were understanding about our dogs, my property was cleaned up during and after the repair. Special shout out to Luis, the floor in my home had to be opened to replace a section of pipe and he did an amazing job keeping the area free from dust during the drilling and his pipe repair looked amazing. I would also like to thank Ryan who did such a great job stabilizing my wobbly toilet. I was very happy with the whole process

    APT recently repaired and lined our homes cast iron drainage system. The crew (Luis, Yosvany, Ryan, andAngel) were tidy and professional. They took care to protect the floors and fixtures and left the area as they found it. Excellent communication throughout the project, and even with a slight miscommunication APT was able to offer a solution and meet our expectations. Would highly recommend!

    I have a 60 year old home with cast iron pipes, and they were essentially failing. APT came in and in two and a half days had complete cleaned and resurfaced my aging pipes. Special thank you to Andrew, Nick, Ethan, and Darnell for being so fast and efficient and keeping the disruption of our household to a minimum. I would recommend them over and over again.

    I just had the cast iron drains in my 1960s house lined by APT. They did an outstanding job. The whole crew was excellent, and went out of their way to make sure everything went well and that I was completely satisfiedfore they left. Luis (team foreman) was fantastic and very accomodating. I had a couple fo special requests along the way and he was more than happy to accomodate me. At the end of the job when they could have been on there way home (across the state after 3-days away), they went above and beyond by sticking around a little to replace a toilet for me. All of the techs (Yosvany, Ryan, & John) were very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I am very happy with the end results and would be happy to reccomend them if you are considering getting this type of work done to your house. And as it turned out, my drain pipes REALLY needed this done.

    Our APT crew, Ernesto, Freddy, Reinaldo, Reinier, and Dirland were very professional and respectful of our house and property.They put plastic down inside the house to cover our tile floors and to cover the cabinets and walls in the bathrooms. They were all very friendly and willing to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them. They explained the process and showed us videos of the pipes, kept us updated on the status of the job. Our 57-year-old pipes were in extremely bad condition with cracks and small holes, but this team worked their magic so we did not have to trench the house or put holes in the walls. We can breathe a sigh of relief and get back to our routine knowing that our cast-iron pipes will not fail.We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

    Luis was the foreman for a job at my house. The 3 techs that worked with him Yosvany,Ryan and Angel were always on time and very nice to work with. great job! We had to have old cast iron pipes Redone. This is much better than having to tear up all of the floors. I would nightly recommend them and also recommend this way of having the problem resolved

    Updated review and will continue to update.Spending money on plumbing isn’t fun yet Freddy from company made the process bearable from beginning to end.We had the epoxy coating to our cast iron pipes as a preventative measure. We didn’t have any drainage issues before the work.The evening the epoxy work was completed , our shower drain backed up. I called the office, left a voicemail and then reached out to the crew leader Freddy . He coordinated a worker immediately in am to come by but the issue persisted of a slow drain in master bath.The following morning- it was very very slow draining.I called the company— again got voicemail.I reached out to Freddy again. Freddy was now working at a site 3 hours away, but quarterbacked a resolution from a distance with Logan. Logan was able to have a local plumber clean the drain out within hours. We cant say enough about Freddy!! He really wanted this to be right!Big thank you to the whole crew: Freddy, Ernesto, Reinaldo , Reinier and WyattOur experience highlights:* on time each day.* polite and professional.* explained the process and kept us informed throughout the job.* respectful of our home.     I couldnt be happier with the job that these guys preformed. I was informed everyday and shown video of the progress as they coated my pipes. I was able to stay in my home and have working plumbing every night. It took 2 1/2 days and no floors or foundation was disturbed. Therefore no foundation or flooring or remodeling of bathrooms needed to be done. They were polite and respected my home and contents. I would recommend them for this type job every time!!

    APT just finished fixing the cast iron sewer lines for a home we recently purchased. From beginning to end, the whole team was wonderful! Matthew came to inspect and give us the quote.     We discovered that our sewer line was leaking outside our kitchen and we had several companies come out to give us estimates on repairs, relining, or replacing our cast iron pipes but not 1 of them offered to run a camera down to give us a proper estimate aside from APT. We greatly appreciated that this was apart of their initial evaluation because it gave us piece of mind to know that relining was truly an option for us. We were told upfront that we were looking at a 4-5 month wait because they were booked out that far but because we were currently leaking they would put us on a fast track and if a cancellation spot came open we would be serviced sooner. I was extremely pleased that the following week we got the call and we’re able to get serviced within 2 weeks of the consult. The entire process from scheduling to final repair was a smooth process. We were updated frequently throughout the process as to how things were going and if any problems that occurred. The entire crew worked nonstop and were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although they discovered there was a pretty significant piece of pipe that was broken they did everything they could to fix the pipe without having to break up our kitchen floor. For that we will be forever grateful!Thank you to the entire crew: Geo, who was our Foreman, Sal, Jose V, Luis and the 2 supervisors Ruben and Ramon.     I was very pleased with the entire process. An initial inspection was done on the entire plumbing/sewer system free of charge. The crew who installed the liners were professional and were happy to answer any questions I had. The job was completed within the time initially estimated and they made sure I had one usable toilet at the end of each day before they left. I feel pipe liners should at least be considered before deciding on a pipe replacement.

    Originally contracted them to do pipelining, but unfortunately my pipes were in too bad of shape for them to complete the pipelining, so they proposed a reroute with PVC. They were able to do a full reroute avoiding any major damage to my home. They did it very quickly (3 days start to finish) and did amazing work, even fixing some issue I had completely unrelated to the reroute. The inspector complemented the work himself when he came by. Overall very happy and impressed with the speed and quality of the work!

    Unbelievably professional and respectful employees. We had our cast iron pipes in a 55 year old home lined by APT. Although an invasive and complex process the plumbing team of Eric, Ernesto, Ray, Michael and Jay were fantastic. Always professional and great at communicating what they were doing and why, they also were exceptionally respectful of our home and their interruption of our daily routine . They protected our floors, gently closed doors when they came in and out while always being considerate of us and our daily life.     I had my 50-year-old cast iron pipes resurfaced and lined before damage was so great that the pipes would have to be replaced through the floor. A camera was inserted, and the condition of the pipes was shown before the work. The workers were incredibly courteous and clean throughout the two-day project. I highly recommend APT if you have older cast iron pipes.

    1 hired APT for a large job to fix the original underground piping in my home. During the estimate they thoroughly explained problem and presented me with options for the repairs.The employees that came to do the work were diligent, professional and courteous. They kept me apprised of their progress throughout the job.When an unexpected problem did arise, again it was well explained and management worked with me to resolve the issue.I was satisfied with the work and everything was working great so I was surprised when the contacted me a few weeks later to say the after their quality control person reviewed the work, he found it not up to their excellent standards. Consequently a portion of the job was redone at no extra cost to me. I would absolutely Use APT again if needed and would without reservation recommend them to others.

    We hired a PT to clean and line our cast iron pipes. This was an extremely high tech process, we were unaware of the complexity. The only downside was that they are in high demand so we had to wait for the remediation. But once they were on site, they worked diligently in the heat of the day. They were punctual and efficient. They were professional and represented their company very well. They needed additional time and two additional days were scheduled. I am convinced that they took no shortcuts and utilize their time. Well doing the most excellent job possible.Alan, Nemo, Michael, Joey, James, and Jesus were exceptional. They were about ready to leave and realize there was about 8 inches of pipe that did not get coated. They couldve left however, they came to me and told me about it and they made sure that they completed the work properly. I was so impressed by every single one of the workers.

    We had APT perform cast iron pipe relining on our 50+ year old house. The entire process from scheduling to final repair proceeded in a smooth and professional manner.During the initial evaluation it was determined that our system had extensive blockage and would be put on a fast track for scheduling. They were able to work us into their schedule at an early date. When the crew arrived, they seemed well coordinated and immediately went to work setting up protective plastic barriers inside our house and staging equipment where it would be needed as the work progressed. The team members were friendly and happy to answer my questions about the relining process. As the job progressed, they provided me with a better understanding why various steps in the process were necessary. I was particularly impressed by the crew’s decision to extend the project by an additional day so that the work could be done properly. The professionalism and self-confidence exhibited by our relining team leave me with a sense of optimism regarding the longevity of pipe repairs

    Wow!! What a journey but definitely worth the wait...one year. The journey began in 2021 with Marco who was very professional coming over and explained the process of what needed to be done to fix our plumbing issues with our cast iron pipe. The plan was to reline our existing pipes but as faith would have it we fall under the 1% that this technology would not work. We had to replace with PVC. So we had to go through the permit process again, which took quite a while.During this time I must admit Samantha( who is longer at APT...what a loss) was such a God send. Once or twice per week she would call and give us an update. She was so kind, caring and empathic. Excellent customer service from Tony and the rest of the team.Finally, the day arrived two weeks before Christmas. At first we were advised that is should take no longer than 1 week, due to the complexity of our situation, the process lasted 10 days.The lead plumber/supervisor Nick was so professional, he kept us updated throughout the entire process. He knew what needed to be done and he along with his team of Memo, Jose, Michael, James, Gabriel and Chamone, went above and beyond to have my home ready in time for the holidays. They came at the crack of dawn and stayed well after sunset. They treated my property with respect and care. As stated before, each and everyone especially Nick was knowledgeable and very professional.I am quite happy with the team at APT and would not hesitate to use and or recommend them.

    I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They came out and inspected our pipes and found tree roots. They did a high quality job and really helped our family out. Although the price point may be higher, trust me you are paying for quality. We had a previous company less than 1.5 years fix the piping and tree root issue, but the problem came back. They refused to fix it even though we had a warranty however there warranty was only 2 years.With APT they offer a 5-year warranty, that just goes to show you they do high quality work and back their workmanship.     Professional and honest. Mr. David Nelson came out to give me an estimate. Went on the roof in 115 heat index to use the camera. He informed us My backyard was already PVC connecting to the sewer which I did not know, and that I did not have a long cast iron line running under the house. He informed us that replacing the little bit of cast iron left in the bathroom and kitchen might be just as cost efficient for such a small job. I really appreciated the time he took and the patience he had with all the questions we asked him, and the willingness to work with us on doing some of the project ourself. While I didnt end up going with APT because they were booked out until November and my bathroom was already torn out, I totally would have, and waited if I needed to use the liner method or could have waited that long to replace my bathroom. Not too many people would give an honest estimate like that.

    The foreman Geo and his crew (Leonardo, Jose V. and Sal) from APT just finished repairing and lining all the cast iron drain pipes in our house. Awesome job! Worked almost non-stop in 90F+ heat for two days. They were able to repair and save most of the existing pipe except for one section that was completely corroded. They kept the hole in the foundation small - only what they needed to work and did a fantastic job sealing everything back up. A little more expensive than other quotes we received, but I don’t have open trenches in my house and their work comes with a lifetime warranty. Definitely worth it! I’d highly recommend APT to my neighbors living with cast iron drain lines.

    Eric from service plumbing was the gentleman I had the pleasure of interacting with today. They quoted 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. arrival and he arrived right at 8:45 a.m. . Proceeded to solve our plumbing problem which was a main line clog that weve been fighting for over a year. He didnt give up and worked the problem until the clog was finally clear. Even degreased and ran the brush through to clean the pipe. Allowed me to hover over him and showed me the camera as he inspected the pipe and was very respectful to my elderly mother. The guy is great and I really appreciated his utmost honesty of the situation and potential options for preventative maintenance in the future. I would certainly recommend him and his company and definitely if you get this guy showing up at your house I feel you will have a good honest experience and not any sort of hustling.     Due to my recent experience with a roofing company, I was beginning to believe you can no longer trust nor expect company workers to do their jobs both professionally and skillfully. However, the team with the foreman nick maxwell, Rudy and trymone has definitely made an impression and experience I won’t forget. Nick first entered our home and made an assessment by which he was fully forthcoming and knowledgeable. Although we remained skeptical somewhat, Nick’s accuracy and work was right on point. Rudy was one I was definitely unsure of. I judged the book by the cover. Although quiet, he was very professional and proved himself to be a leader both with knowledge and skills while his work ethics were outstanding . I again learned the lesson of never judge a book by it’s cover. Tyrmone was definitely one to watch. His work was done repeatedly with no hesitation. His video and detailed map of our plumbing system provided us with assurance that they could handle this job. Our APT crew was AMAZING!!     On January 2023 i hired Advanced Plumbing Technology to do the lining on my CAST IRON drain pipe system on my 65 year old house in south Miami.Since my homeowners insurance company removed the coverage for these type of events about 10 years ego and knowing this would be a pricey expense i got few estimates but no even the cheaper price i got from one of these over advertised local company gave me the confidence the job was gonna be done right until I interviewed Advanced Plumbing Technology.The salesman Luke was very knowledgeable and very professional- he could had sold me sand in the dessert with all his grace and patience.Anthony and his crew (the guys that did the actual work) were absolutely amazing thru out the 2 days they were in my house- they all got there sharp on time and by 7:30 Am sharp everyone was hard at work - the entire crew was all very experienced and knowledgeable- they worked in harmony - few times i left my house and left them there by themselves and NOT ONCE they touched anything they weren’t supposed to with valuables all over (NOT ONCE).They all treated me with the outmost respect so was my old house too.Anthony was passing the cameras thru-out the entire system over and over to make sure the job was being done properly and even in the one baths were they had to open the concrete floor to replace collapsed pipe before leaving they cleaned up EVERYTHING down to the dust. The job is very labor intensive and overall hard construction and i can testify that all 5 guys WORKING on my house worked hard and non stop - the first day they were there for 13 hours straight.     Well hire these folks again, for certain. They are first rate. Their services are not cheap, so we checked them out thoroughly, and with neighbors that had recent experience. Were very glad that we did, because we were the 1% case where things got tough. The company stood by their commitment, and did so professionally, without delay or compromise.The house is a 1967 build, on dredged fill by the lagoon in Cocoa Beach. Sewer lines under the slab were cast iron. We were overdue to either trench out new ones or use APTs lining technique. We are very happy that the lines they saved were the ones under our expensive renovations already completed on this older home. Other lines had more damage than expected, and took more invasive measures. Again, we were a 1% case, but sometimes the 1% happens, and you need a commitment that can handle it.The crew were experts. They arrived early and stayed late, explaining the situation and their actions carefully at every turn so that we understood what they were doing. That meant a lot. They practiced diligent control over dirt, dust, and all the lovely things that go with sewer work. They were careful and courteous throughout. We were a small job, but their management team were on the phone with me as soon as things got difficult, and they stayed available and engaged.We should have called these guys years ago.     Our cast iron drain pipes were falling apart under our house and the kitchen and laundry did not drain.After using a competitor to clean about one half of the pipes at an inflated price we found APT and had them had clean, replace where necessary, and line the inside of our drain pipes to the city sewer hookup.They were professional, hard working and gave us videos of the inside of the pipes from the stacks to the street.     How nice it is to be able to give a positive review to a company covering the beginning to the end of service. We waited 5 months for the work to begin but it was worth every day until they came to do the job. Our house was built in 1964 so we had cast iron pipes eroding for quite sometime. I had many sleepless nights thinking how horrible it would be if we had to have someone come in and break through all of our flooring, run new pvc and then redo 3 bathrooms and all the floors. Time was ticking...Everyone from the company representative who came to explain the process to Amanda, who was at the end of the process were professional and always very nice. The first part of the process was led by Marco who arrived promptly, brought his crew with him and they were all very efficient. The following weeks crew was led by Hannah and her crew of 5, including Rusty. My husband and I were very impressed by their knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism. Two long days for them and they used every minute clean, dry, coat and create a new pipe lining. It really is an amazing process. They protected our flooring and were careful about moving some of our belongings out of the way so they could do their work. They cleaned up when finished and made sure that all the plumbing was working well when they left.     We were starting to have a drainage problem with our washing machine. Some times it would drain fine others it would over flow and flood the laundry room.I had been getting advertising post cards from APT, and would promptly toss them in the trash. After getting tiered of mopping up the laundry room my wife told me I needed to get something done about this situation. I took what she said to heart, more due to her tone than the actual problem. I called APT, and set up an appointment.A representative showed up and checked out the situation...ran some cameras down the drain pipe and took measurements. We came to an agreement on the price, I gave him a check for one half the total price. He told me up front that the start date would be a few months from then but that I would get an e-mail weekly on the progress of permits and supply acquisition. They made good on both of these, I received an e-mail every Friday.When the start date came their crew showed up as scheduled and went to work. They were polite and professional in every way. Not familiar with this type of work I had a lot of questions, some Im sure they thought were stupide, they answered every one.Our drain pipes were in bad shape, there were holes in the cast iron, the house is 58 years old, and needed some sections replaced before they could complete the job. They brought in a crew to handle this and hardly missed a beat.When they were done they cleaned up all the trash and put the landscape back where it belonged. Im very pleased with the outcome and feel well not have anymore plumbing problems.

    We truly enjoyed Luiz, He was professional yet laid back and conversational. He answered all our questions and more. The only thing we had an issue with was the delivery of our proposal. It came across as if Our proposal and the amount given was all dependent on our signing a promisary note that your agency will do the work! This was a major RED FLAG for us. We would liked to have been given the chance to research other agencies, and we may have used your agency anyway because we wanted to hire out the work and we want it done accurately and quickly. after doing the research we found out that your agency is a great company, you have a A- with the Better Business Bureau and some of your disputes you tried to satisfy the customer. That spoke volume to us. So until the work is completed this review will be labeled To be continued. These are the things we liked and we are awaiting to see the work quality and time.

    Apt made the process super easy. I needed to get my supply line and drain pipes fixed. They made be feel at ease with such a big job. They kept me in the loop at every step. Through paper work, scheduling, permits, during the job, going over final paperwork with me, they made sure I undertstood the process. They took a stressful process and made it managable.The plumbing has never worked better. We noticed a difference the first time we used it. Our shower always backed up. The first time we used the shower after the job it was draining the correct way. Everything the touched had amazing results.

    The technician, Julian Villegas, was great. He called before coming. He gave me an ETA, and actually kept it. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He came, he saw and he gave me what I feel is an honest answer to all my questions. He didn’t make me feel pressured into using his services. He explained to me all my options. It was an excellent experience overall. I haven’t decided how I’m going to deal with my problem yet, but I will definitely use these guys. I haven’t gotten their quote yet. I hope it’s reasonable cause I really want to work with these people. That is if Julian is a representation of the rest of their employees and the rest of the company. Call these guys if your having chronic plumbing issues.

He was unable to run the camera through the vent pipes on the roof as they were blocked at the bottom of the pipes due to debris from scaling of the pipes .     The company was very great from the initial phone contact to the actual Repairs. We started with a conversation with Kathy. She sent Marcos to inspect the cast iron pipes. He was very helpful and explained everything as he worked. He sent what we call the A team. Ernesto,Reinaldo, Mike and Gabriel. They arrived as scheduled. They protected our floors and walls. They also explained what they were doing and how it worked. When they left (after 3 days) they cleaned up everything. Our home looked as good and clean as when they arrived. Our pipes are now lined and working great. They showed us the videos of the inside of the pipes prior to leaving. We highly recommend this company and all the above mentioned employes .
