    I had an issue with my AC unit and I called Del-Air shortly after 8 am. The rep was very courteous and was able to get me an appointment the same and relatively early. Tyler R was the technician that was assigned to us. He was on time and was able to get the problem fixed quickly. He then called me to explain what the issue was and what he did to resolve it and sent me pictures as well. Courteous professional and respectful. Going forward Del-Air will be my AC professionals and Tyler will be my technician. Be sure to ask for him.

    Ketondra was great. She quickly swapped out a breaker to get our AC back up and cooling. And she made sure that our warranty was honored!If only the home office scheduling team at Del Air was as efficient I’d be totally satisfied. There is much to be desired with the team running that portion of the company. It needs to be overhauled ASAP!

    We experienced a late weekend HVAC emergency, and Ketondra was the Del Air technician to respond. She was very professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and conveyed the course action needed. Though the problem could not be corrected that evening, she returned with the parts as soon as they were available and made the repair. I will certainly request her for my next scheduled maintenance.

    Ketondra and Dante were both fanTAStic and on top of everything for our service! We needed a follow-up appointment after yesterday due to the nature of the maintenance work to be done, and since we have the Del Air membership, they jumped on to make sure it happened first thing today. With a hurricane on the way, we were worried that they might not be able to come until a few days after, and they made it work for us which we are super grateful for 😊 both incredible nice, efficient and knowledgeable!

    Called Del-Air when my A/C went out, and scheduled an appointment which they were able to do the same day and even during a tropical storm and showed up early. Kudos! JP was my tech. JP explained everything in great detail, inspected my entire system and found the issues. JP was friendly and outgoing. I would recommend Del-Air / Clermont for future sales and service.

    My ac stated acting up a couple of days ago so I called Del Air. The customer service team got me an appointment for the next day.The appointment had to be pushed back a couple of times during the day, but my tech Cason was able to still come out out and complete the job on the same day. He explained everything he was doing, told me the price for the repair and explained the maintenance plan I could subscribe to, which I did.I was very impressed with Del Air from the customer service department to the technician Cason.

    Isaias, from Del Air Clermont office just completed our first annual maintenance on our new Lennox 25 Series Heat and A/C system. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability to service our unit. He showed us the areas of concern and he solved our 1 problem (mud daubers) in our vent. This could have prevented our heat from working, when we needed it. He was prompt and very courteous. He took the time to help us set up the Lennox Smart Thermostat on our phones, which we never have been able to figure out! We are extremely pleased that Isaias was our service technician today.

    Ketronda, tech for Del-Air, came to our home to service our AC unit. She tested all the different elements on the outside unit making sure all parts were working efficiently. She went through the inside unit checking for mold, bacteria and dust build up; she checked for possible damage to the unit, and then proceeded to drain out the lines by pouring 3 gallons of warm tap water into the pan and having it drain to the outside. I was impressed with her work ethic and her knowledge of AC systems.

    Mara was the best tech we’ve ever worked with. She came to us on a Sunday, late in the evening and was still happy and kind. She is very knowledgeable for her craft and is extremely professional. She had to come back the next day for a repair, which was not her fault, and it was like welcoming family back home. She also made it her mission to ensure that we weren’t left without a working AC, even if it was a temporary fix until our new unit could be installed. If you are lucky enough to get her as your tech you will be in great hands and very blessed!

    This review for the technician, JP44. He was very helpful and informative with our A/C system. He had to come to our home after previous technicians were unable to resolve my issue. It was really hot outside. He diagnosed the problem and was able to give a thorough explanation of the issue at hand. He communicated with the previous technicians and they came to a consensus on what needed to be do to resolve the problem. I am very grateful for Del-Airs consistency and efforts to make sure our issue was fixed. The maintenance warranty was worth purchasing. Great job, JP44!

    Del-Air, Clermont is fantastic. My first experience with them was awesome.I had an issue with my thermostat and the air wouldn’t come on.I don’t have to tell you what a day and night w/o air conditioning is like.I left a message in the middle of the night last night I got a call from them first thing this morning told them the problem. They put me on the schedule today between 10A 12P. They called back and informed me that the tech was held up and should be here by two. He got held up again so they had another technician just finishing up and they told him you’re going to Ocala. Even though he was later than originally scheduled they kept me posted the whole way. I’m already impressed!!Fortunately the tech they sent was Cason, he was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem and he didn’t have what he needed on the truck so he went and got it and my a/c is up and running. All the same day.Great customer service, great technician, Cason. Didn’t try and break the bank for the service.I highly recommend them and ask for Cason.I couldn’t be more pleasedThank you

    Supervisor Caleb was great as he quickly repaired our failed capacitor on our heat pump. But the initial call after hours that was made the day prior was awful which is why I’m only giving the interactive 4 stars will Del-Air. We had called at 8:30PM because our heat pump stopped working and the house was hot (85 degrees). 45 minutes after the call ended the representative Alfonso told me that that they would schedule someone out the next day between the hours of 8AM - 10AM. We slept through the night without A/C. I woke up at 7:30AM the next day and called Del-Air again to check the status of the technician coming out and the new representative informed me that no appointment had been scheduled and that there was no record of my call. The representative Jennifer apologized and was able to get me on the schedule again for 8AM-10AM.Caleb came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair in no time which I am very grateful about.To Del-Air Management - There’s a broken process with your outside call center handling of after hour calls. After hour calls are usually the most dire as businesses are closed and your customers need assistance. The horrible customer service that is being provided by an outside call center is damaging your reputation. If I had not called the morning of the supposed repair at 7:30AM, I would have been waiting for nothing as there was no history of my appointment request. Bring your customer service call center back in house to your Del-Air employees! I have asked someone to contact me from your Del-Air management team to further discuss the breakdown.

    Eduardo got on time and fix our AC quick!! He fix the mistakes of the past technician and went above and beyond to make sure we had a functioning ac! I would definitely recommend Del-Air because of techs like Eduardo that actually know what theyre doing! And they have the resources to get things done quick! Eduardo even drove to the warehouse which was 1hour and a half away to get the part to fix our AC!!! Thank you!!! (even my dog liked Eduardo!!)

    JP was an excellent tech!Our AC has been acting up a bit, the system shut off a couple times in the past couple days, so we called Del Air and they sent over JP!! We also had a scheduled maintenance due so he took care of that as well. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite! One of the best techs that we have had so far!He clearly explained what each step of the process was before he did it, and he took very little time getting the work completed ( he flushed our system, changed the electronic uv filter, and checked the whole unit to try and find any underlying issues).Our AC is working great, and it took less than an hour!Overall 5 stars, and I would recommend!

    Del-air heating and air conditioning was able to give us the same day appointment. The technicians that they sent Mara and Sammy were wonderful. They identified and fixed the problem. They made recommendations for future service needs but did not try to force us to purchase anything that we didnt need right at this time. As a result of their efficient and honest service we signed up for a service agreement with the company. They were also pleasant and polite.

    My A/C went out mid day yesterday, and I called Del-Air. David and Angelo came out and spent HOURS diagnosing and figuring out what the issue was. Kaleb (a mgr) had to come out (after 10pm), and he was able to get it running again.These guys were kind, patient, and I can’t believe no one got frustrated and gave up on our system. I’m glad we had Del-Air’s maintenance agreement, it has come in handy over the years. Tonight, your team shined brighter than even the maintenance plan. I’m glad to be a customer, and recommend Del-Air to everyone!My kids and wife slept peacefully, so that means I did, too. Thanks, Del-Air!

    Sammy and Mara came today to diagnose and fix a drip line issue that two previous techs were not able to fix. During diagnostics, they also found that the system was low on pressure and needed a bit of Freon to reach recommended efficiency. They explained everything they performed and took their time to observe that the drip line issue was fixed. Really enjoyed their customer service and appreciate their honesty and attention to details.

    Omar,the Del Air plumber who serviced my Carrier Water Cooled air conditioner with a leaking problem did an amazing job.     Del-Air Clermont - Oct 9 Hurricane Milton Prep Day, my AC decides to quit. Called Del-Air and they responded within an hour. Diagnosed problem (capacitor), completed repairs within the hour and got me and extended family back in AC control before the storm hits. Hats off to Mike S and DJ (Joao) for exceptional service above and beyond on this day. Cant say enough Good about them today. I was not expecting service until after the storm passed...........Cudos to Del-Air, Mike S and DJ.

I appreciate my review being handled appropriately, thank you.Please do better at training and educating your drivers. I am specifically referring to vehicle 1561 on July 2nd, 2024 in Winter Park. This driver was clearly very distracted and driving recklessly this morning. At least twice he made a wrong decision that could have gone horribly wrong.

    Mara was outstanding and very thorough! She was patient and explained everything as she performed the maintenance. I thought my 6 yr old A/c unit was broken and had some a water leak. Turns out maintenance performed by technicians from other companies were lacking, which allowed water to collect, and the overflow pan to overflow! Mara found the problem, and cleaned out everything! Including the outside unit. She removed the fan, all the leaves that had accumulated, the dirt, and cleaned everything out! I was so surprised, as I had never seen any of the other tech do that! I am so impressed with her that I am now giving her review, something I have NEVER done for anyone else! I wish I could give her 10 stars! Outstanding job Mara!     I recently had the pleasure of working with JT from DelAir Clermont and I am thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish! It was evident that JT possesses a deep understanding of AC systems and how to diagnose problems. We previously had 3 other technicians and spent over $350 replacing a motor that was not the issue. Thanks to JT’s patience he was able to catch something the other technicians should have checked for but this is a recurring issue with the company hiring inexperienced technicians that provide lackluster service.But I’m grateful they eventually sent JT. He took his time checking everything and once he fixed the problem he stayed a little bit to ensure the ac unit was indeed working. DelAir, please hire more professionals like JT!!

    I would like to start by Giving a huge, thank you to tech Eduardo (ES-32) he really went above and beyond came out to fix a part and was honest with us told us that we didn’t need the part because we already had a new one in there. We had three other people come out that were unable to identify the problem with the unit and he was out here less than 10 minutes and figured out the problem and came up with a solution for us and call one of his sales consultants. Paul was an amazing person as well and walked us through the steps to get a new Bosch unit. By the way we do love the house has been cold and works great , if you ever have a chance to deal with either one of these guys, you’re very lucky and I recommend using Del to anybody that has an issue with their AC unit and making sure that if I personally know anybody, I will recommend these two gentlemen to them

    Our AC broke 4-5 days ago and had multiple companies stop by but no one was able to fix the issue. We called DelAir and they sent a technician (Joe D.) within a couple of hours. Joe was determined to make sure the AC worked before he left cause he saw my family was suffering from the heat. Within a couple of hours, he was able to diagnosis the problem (and with some help from his supervisor Victor), Joe was able to get the system up and running again.     Rinaldo was our service tech and he provided the absolute best, professional and comprehensive service a home owner could desire to receive. We would definitely request he come to provide our maintenance check ups all of the time.Follow up to the original review: We did not accept the analysis that Del Air provided, which was that, we had a slow leak in an area of the coils inside our unit and that the coil panel needed replacing. Thus was after spending about two andva half hours testing the unit and convering with Master Technician, because Rinaldo was authorized to perform our six month system check up. With their discounts we would pay about $1400 for the coils to be replaced and get the unit cooling properly for an event we were hosting the following day.We chose to get a second opinion and under our extended 210 Home Warranty program the trip charge waa $75. The technician spent three and a half hours between testing the inside and outside unit with a variety of pressure machines and could never find a leak anywhere. However, the compressor, which was also tested and was good, did its job because there was zero freon in the system. The technician said he absolutely could not explain how the freon was empty. He also said, there was absolutely no leak in our system, anywhere. Our warranty also covers the freon. Thus, he refilled the unit and our total cost was the $75 for the trip charge. We were able to host our event as planned and so far, our unit is operating great.

    Scheduled a water heater install with Del-Air after my ten-year-old appliance quit on me. Omar and Debon arrived within the two-hour window as noted and proceeded to get to work with no waste of my time, and in a short while had the old unit out, the new unit in and it was looking good. Goodbye junk unit and hello new. Omar and Debon clean up, hauled off the defunct water heater and advised on another issue I had with an outside spigot. These guys were polite, personable and professional in their work and in their manner. They are the kind of employees I looked for when I ran a business but often could not find. Thanks Del-Air.

    Was Lucky enough to have Victor as my service tech in Wintergarden upmost professional service checked and cleaned my system from head to toe and then some . Definitely five star and above service! Very compassionate and cares about the customers situation,very detailed explanation of what he was doing, took his time and did not rush my service call even though it was well into the evening definitely an asset to Del-Air!!     Tyler Ramos was the guy for the job. We had a bunch of issues with our AC and he came in and fixed it. He took his time to make sure it was fixed so we wouldn’t have to have anyone else come out. Awesome service, and if we ever need anything else we know who to call!

    JD18 is superb !! Knowledgeable and very considerate of you! Knows exactly what to do when he looks at your AC! He’s very thorough and then gets your unit back up and running. !!
