After the hurricane Milton my place was flooded a bit. I needed to do demolition of walls, floors, etc. I hired Viktor to do the job. He was very polite and very patient. I asked many questions since I was overwhelmed to deal with so much at once. His is very easy to work with and I found his prices reasonable. I will definitely hire him for other handyman work in the future.

PluMax is stellar! We heard about Viktor through a friend. We should have called him first. With a kitchen leak, we initially reached out to a different company that unfortunately was in it to scam people. Viktor restored our faith! I came across PluMax through a friend’s recommendation. After the hurricane I had several hurricane shutters that would not retract. PluMax had the situation in hand in no time and my shutters are now operating perfectly. During his time here we discussed other work that needed to be done. We set a date and within a few hours of starting the list was completed. Great work ethic, more than fair pricing and local to me PluMax will now be my go to guy for all my homes repair needs.

Victor was great - maybe the first honest plumber Ive ever met. He was very generous with his diagnostic time and when the warranty part we ordered , the control valve, didnt fix the heater, he was able to figure out what the problem was and get it fixed and still at a very fair price. Word up - if you buy an AO Smith water heater at Lowes, the 800 customer number in the owners manual is not AO Smith - its Lowes and they try to disallow your warranty and overcharge you for the part. Call Ferguson Supply, I got the correct AO Smith toll free number from them and the part free under warranty . also thanks to Victors suggestion.

Repeat customer here!!! Cannot thank Plumax enough. Pipe burst and had couple neighborhood plumbing companies come to give estimates . The prices and waiting time were insane. PluMax’s tech didn’t even come the same day but also repaired the leak in a few hours. Will highly recommend.
