I called them back a few hours later to get started with the work, and again, they were here within 15 minutes and Patrick was already getting to work. He knocked out the job quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest plumber and an all around great company.

I was referred to “On Tap Plumbing”, Tim & Patrick, through a friend. I sent my friend a video I took of my shower handle. Water is not shutting “Off” all the way with a constant tiny stream of water running 24-7 :-/. My friend sent the video to Tim. Tim called me back the next day. He gave me the 3 possible scenario’s from cheapest cost, replacing the knob, second replacing knob & cartridge, and third, replacing knob, cartridge & valve. My condo was built in the 1970’s, and I believe “ALL” of the plumbing in my unit is “Original” from the 70’s. Tim scheduled Patrick to come out and assess. Patrick showed up on D&T, “Punctual”. He came in, assessed the problem, and provided my quote. All 3 need to be replaced, but this was expected due to age of my unit. Patrick said he’s be back out the following day, no later than the day after that depending on their scheduling. Both Tim & Patrick are wonderful to work with, extremely professional, and broke down issue in easy terms I could understand. I am very comfortable working with both Tim & Patrick because they were referred to me by my friend who knows their work as she works for a professional renovation company who also use them for their reno jobs. Super easy to talk to, super easy to schedule, on time, professional, annnnnd…..Mr. Patrick is just a little “easy on the eyes” as a bonus 😉👌🏼💯 Still need to wait for the final “fix”, but will add another review once their work is completed. So far? All good. I liked On Tap plumbing service from beginning to the end product. My plumbing was backing up. I contacted Tim on the phone, I could tell he is a caring individual and really seems to know what he was doing. He came and gave me a very good estimate. Once I decided to go with On Tap, Tim immediately got whats needed (making out the electrical and gas lines etc by the city), and got tmy broken pipes dug up and replaced. Its been a month now, everything is working perfectly without any problems. Thank you for the great service. Tim and On Tap will be my future to go plumbing service now.

My toilet fill-valve stopped working late at night, resulting in a continual flow of water from the tank. I turned the shut-off valve to the tank, which handled the emergency; however, the next day, neither I nor a strong-armed neighbor could turn the valve back on. I called On Tap and they sent one of their experts out to fix the problem. Shane was able to turn the shut-off valve back on and exercised it to make it more usable going forward, and he then replaced the fill-valve. He also exercised two other valves under the bathroom sink, and I learned this should be done every six months to keep them in good working order. Shane was efficient and friendly, and I am happy to again have a working toilet. Thank you, On Tap, for taking care of my plumbing needs.

I have found that finding a reputable contractor on line is like spinning a roulette wheel. You just dont know what will happen until it happens.I was referred to three plumbers by Yelp. Tim from On Tap Plumbing was the first to respond. I was duly impressed that he referred to me as Miss Carol. Based on my description of the problem with the shower he offered what he thought the problem was and provided a quote.I reached out to the second referral and his assessment of the problem was similar to Tims. His quote was less money. My family member decided to go with the 2nd company but changed her mind when he did not have the necessary part. I called Tim back and he checked to see if he had the part in stock (which he didnt) and offered to send someone over to disassemble the faucet and bring the part to the supply store for a replacement.Roger and Pine came to house. Upon inspection Roger discovered the shower issue a minor one. He was also asked to replace a part in the toilet because it kept flushing. He made an adjustment and the problem was fixed. On Tap lost money on their service call, but earned a new customer.I know this is long but I want the reader to know why 5 stars were given. Respectcompetence and integrity.

We are snowbirds from Canada here in Florida and when we experienced a problem with our sink backup up, we wondered who we could get that would be reliable, honest, and fair. We googled the internet and came up with a few choices. We then used the choices to check with the Better Business Bureau.ON TOP PLUMBING came up as an A+They were amazing. The job of clearing the clog took more than anticipated as there were a lot of very old pipes. However, they kept us up to date on the status of what they had to do and the cost. There were no surprises. Very fair prices too. Shout out to the two plumbers. They were awesome workers.The Penneys

On Tap responded quickly to our need and repaired the lines perfectly. They even came back to fix an area for the drywall company that repaired the walls. Andrew came out and did an awesome job, installing a new garbage disposal that also had a leak, and fixing a leak from my strainer line. The original setup was poorly installed and not fully fastened so once the old unit was out all the piping just fell. Andrew was able to reinstall and fully fastened the rig fixing all leaks. Very knowledgeable, good advice and nice!All while beating out on price; the other two in home quotes and one over the phone quote I received!

My company is a GC and we were doing a remodel at a commercial building when we noticed some water around the kitchen cabinets in the break room. Contacted several plumbers but Tim at On Tap answered immediately and was able to schedule one of plumbers for the very next morning. The plumber helped me to narrow down the problem areas where the leak could be coming from. He even went as far as to check the neighboring unit to see if they had some of the same concerns. He noticed the p-trap wasn’t fitting right in the break room sink and gave me a price to install a commercial grade drain combo for the sink that would save the client from having future issues. With On Taps assistance, the leak detection company was able to locate the problem in less than an hour and that saved me $300 more in potential costs. Great plumbers and communication skills are top notch. We will be using them for all of our remodel projects!

Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! We’ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement.Every time I’ve had John or Richard come out, they’ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know they’re delayed). They’ve always been very professional and courteous. I’ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, they’ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were. One of Johns mottos that he shared with me was “work the job as if you were working on your own mothers house” and they’ve definitely lived up to that. I’ve never been disappointed and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. Prices are great and they won’t make you do things that you don’t actually need like some other companies will try doing.Highly recommended using On Tap plumbing if you ever have a need!
