12 days before Christmas I had a bad water leak outside my house. I thought great it’s going to be hard getting a plumber. I called three different companies and All Country answered my call right away. Mike was out here within an hour diagnosed the problem gave me good advice on saving on my hearty water bill coming next month. Then sent his crew to come out within a couple hours. They showed up on time got right to work it wasn’t an easy fix but Paola and Sinanaj were persistent in getting the job done right. Michael from all county plumbing provided some of the best service i could have asked for from a plumber. I called All County Plumbing because my past few water bills had excessive water consumption and a really high bill. I called for a leak test. He found the leak outside and was able to correct it. In addition he also reviewed common areas around the house that would cause excessive water usage and not necessarily be a leak. It turns out I need to fix a toilet, and my sprinklers run ok city water so we needed to adjust the schedule in which they run.Michael came out on christmas eve, had the highest level of professionalism and customer service. He went above and beyond the ask and made me feel like he really wanted to complete the job so that we wouldnt need a plumber again for the same reason.Thank you Michael

I am a new Florida resident from California so starting out in a new area I have been through a few people doing work in my home, some I would go so far as to say were just straight up con-men. After my new shower was done in less than a year I started having a bad smell come from the shower drain that went to various places in my home. After getting a smoke test with nothing detected and then a company that came in and measured if there was dampness in my walls and putting up big fans in my bedroom and bathroom Mike came in and found the REAL issue. The fans were cleared out and Mike really focused on finding the mystery of this smell and why it was happening. He did random tests to eliminate things in order to get to the source. Mike is the only one that had my best interest at heart as this was my first rodeo dealing with something like this. Mike takes his time to explain it all and will never be rushed even though he is very busy. He also has a great team and they all work very well together. This experience with my shower was a bumpy ride until Mike arrived on the scene. He is a very trustworthy and ethical person who likes his job and seriously helping people. I cant say enough good things about Mike, you cant go wrong hiring him for all you plumbing and leak issues.

My hot water heater hose burst and flooded four rooms in my house. I feverishly started calling plumbers to come and fix it. This company was the first one to actually answer their phone (everyone else went to voicemail).I spoke to the owner, Michael, who said they would be at my house in an hour and a half. They arrived a half an hour early.They told me that the hose was not up to code, and I really needed a copper pipe water inlet They offered to replace it, but really cautioned me against it, because this would happen again.Michael has a very expensive leak detection machine. He offered to go through my house and tell me which walls or saturated with water, at no charge. This greatly helped me to determine if I needed to file an insurance claim and hire a water mitigation service.Michael never tried to upsell me, or have me purchase anything that I didn’t need. In fact, when I asked him about installing a leak detection monitor, he offered to give me the parts at his cost (even showing me his supplier’s invoice to show me his price).He and his employee stayed at my house for six hours to replace my hot water heater and install a copper inlet line. (unfortunately, the inside of the heater was flooded, and it was less of a financial risk to replace it, versus repair it).I feel like this is a very honest company, which does not try to sell unnecessary parts or services, and give excellent counsel that is in the best interest of the property owner. They are extremely fast to respond, and even stayed at my house until 7 o’clock at night fixing my broken water heater.I highly recommend them, and will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Mike was amazing! We needed a totally new plumbing system, as our waste and water line was right in the middle of the kitchen cabinets in our 60’s home. The pipes had to be rerouted into our block wall. He was very efficient and mindful of the dust and noise with our baby in the house. He communicated with us every step of the way of what he was doing and what needed to be done. The job was clean and done correctly. Was able to come out to our home even when we were not able to be out there. So grateful to have had this service, and will be using Mike for all of our plumbing needs! Mike did a great job for us! Mike very quickly located and fixed a leak near our skimmer and we also had him fix/ replace our unit controlling a waterfall feature. Within a few minutes we got a call back and were able to get a free estimate that same day and it was very reasonable and they were even able to get the work scheduled for the following morning on a Saturday.Mike was great and explained everything as he went and walked us through what happened and how he would fix it. Pricing was fair and there were no surprise charges or fees at the end. Mike was very friendly and his team completed the work in a couple of hours and we had water again. Discovered a puddle of water on the garage floor Sunday evening. My wife found Mikes company online with excellent reviews. I called Mike Tuesday morning, and he was able to come out later that same morning.He is very nice and quite professional; very detailed in his approach to finding and confirming the leak location.After some investigating, he had an idea about the location, and then asked if he could come back later the same day to confirm.Upon returning when he said he would, after a bit more investigating, he found an pinhole leak in the cold water supply pipe.We didnt have a preferred plumber, so Mike recommended a plumber he has used personally (Majestic Plumbing in Pinellas Park - who was awesome!). Leak was fixed the next day.Mike lets you make the decisions by providing good information without any undue pressure. Hopefully well never have another leak, but if so, well call Mike again without hesitation.

He arrived and told us that because it was still clogged he would not be able to send the camera in until it was cleared. Getting reputable contractors can be frustrating and we are so grateful for Mikes assistance. Hire Mike, he will give you excellent video footage and the facts about your lines. We had another company come out trying to find our leak on12-4-15 $295.00, 5--21-15 $295.00, 9-26-16 $285.00 & the last time 4-22-17 $ 125.00 Thats a total of $1000.00 and they kept saying it was the spa over flow for the leak.Mike came out and it took a full week of him coming EVERYDAY doing different test to find out leak. And it only cost us $250.00 to fix the leak he was able to fix. The other requires a pool company but at least he found the leak I asked him what he did and he said We perform bucket test with the pool running and then without the pool running to determine the type of leak. Then we performed hydrophone test to listen leak source. for static leaks in the plumbing and the pool shell. Then we performed underground acoustic testing to listen for leaks in the plumbing underground. Then we performed infrared scan of the pump station in the slab to look for a cool spots. Mike came out the same day I called him and was the lowest priced company of those that I called. When I spoke to him on the phone, I could tell I was talking to a responsible, ethical individual and I was right.He came out and first used a microphone to try to locate the leak. That did not result in a find, so he worked with dye. I had already tried to find the leak with a dye kit, but failed. He, however, found it. He showe me the leak in action and for sure it was losing water through a tiny hole that the eye could not see. It was around one of the jets in the spa.He then plugged it up and then tested again to ensure it was fixed.He went beyond the call of duty to then explain to me a few things about my pool plumbing that I had questions about. He also showed me that I could easily put in a water heater to make the spa into a hot tub. I did not realize that before.He said he gives a 60 day warranty, so if any more water is lost, he will come out and fix for free.I will definitely use him again if needed in the future.As a footnote, he does all types of leak detection, not just pool leaks.

Unfortunately, shiplap ran across the entire length of the kitchen island (its a galley)... and this was over drywall. So, for the one, very reasonable fee, they returned after the shower, pinpointed the exact spot, cut away precisely a section of drywall, and diagnosed the problem.
