Excellent service. Dave was earlier than they said he would arrive. He introduced himself and removed his shoes before entering the house. He explained what he was doing and showed me where the water originated. We have a slab floor expecting the worse but thankfully it was in the wall and not the floor. After a little moving of furniture he identified the valve to the ice maker in the other room was leaking. I would use them again. Great job!

I had a very pleasant experience with Able Leak Detection. The plumber came and inspected an outside flooding area. He determined that the water was not coming from my house. He made the most of his time by checking every toilet, water heater and our water filtration system. My water bill has never been lower since his visit. Very professional gentleman.

Dave is very good at what he does. He was very thorough and explained everything to me step by step. He found my leak in a short period of time. I thought for sure I had a slab leak but with in minutes Dave told me he didnt think it was a slab leak which was music to my ears. Shortly after he found my leak and he was right it wasnt in the slab. Ive got to admit that was the best 250.00 dollars I have spent in a long time. Great experience from first call with Lisa, who scheduled appointment. She was friendly, honest and pricing transparent. Dave the “leak guy” was spot on finding leak that was a difficult find. Tim the plumber did great work and explained details as he went. Both men were friendly, professional, punctual and extremely proficient. They did a great job and I’m extremely happy with the work and service. I would strongly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

Repair was with 2 of our Condo units. Both the service person for the leak was very polite and explained to the owners the issue. The plumber who later came repaired the drain for tub. The unit below had to have whole cut in the ceiling. He was a pleasant person and very great at his job and explaining to the owners. He cleaned both units where he worked and did a great job. Everyone was extremely please with the great work.

I was very lucky and found them via Google as no one could make a recommendation when I discovered a leak including my plumber. I called and Kim was fantastic and tried to get someone out that day but they could not fit me in. They came the next day at the appointed time and found the problem pretty quickly. They were very patient with my questions and I found the cost to be very reasonable for an emergency situation. I have recommended them several times since they were out in February and my plumber plans to recommend them to his other clients. They will be my first call if this situation happens in the future.

Weve had a leak somewhere in our home but could not find the source after our home warranty company sent a plumber out to attempt to find and repair it. I contacted Able the same day and set up an appointment the next day. The technician was able to find the source of the leak quickly and help guide me on who to contact next. Able does have a sister company the offers plumbing services but was not able to take an emergency call, which is a shame but I am still grateful for their leak detection services and their help overall.

I was able to get an appointment with Able Leak Detection very quickly to determine if we had a leak in our home. Their technician checked our yard and home thoroughly and found no evidence of a leak inside or outside the house. He gave me his report and advised me of my next step to contact the water department.Luckily I was able to get a refund from the water department. The meter reader had read our meter wrong due to a badly scratched glass cover on our meter. Problem solved.

We had a mystery leak in our master closet that seemed to come out of nowhere. Mike arrived and was excellent! He was super patient and was determined to find the leak. After much hunting the leak was found. We had the AC company repair the leak as this was their doing ( a whole other story) and then Able sent the rest of the crew out to clean up, remove the mold and dry everything out. The service was outstanding from everyone who helped on our job. They were meticulous in cleaning up and making sure our home was safe and in good co diction for us. I called Able based on Google reviews and they did not disappoint! I am super happy with their service and highly recommend them if you have a leak or need other home repairs made as they are a full service company !

Very professional company. This was the second leak detection company that came out. The first company was unsuccessful in determining the location of the leak. Able Leak Detection was onsite within a few hours of the initial phone call and was able to locate the leak in about an hour which was in a large parking lot of a commercial plaza. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a leak at my home, costing my hundreds of dollars. We could not detect the leak and although I was reluctant to spend the money, it was a necessary evil. They were easy to work with as Kim answers the phone after hours and is extremely informative as to the process. They found the leak outside by my driveway under the ground. We would have never found this leak on own, so this was money well spent. They have a plumbing company separate from the leak detection and they were on site within an hour to repair. I would highly recommend them.

He pinpointed to exact spot which was not only in the slab but under the cabinets an under the wall double set of ovens. The cabinets and the oven had to be removed to get to the leak. But it was there right where Dave said it was located

Internal wall & inside of external wall.Dave concluded neither wall was internal plumbing issue, but a condensation issue from new (oversized) HVAC unit & an errant sprinkler head or two that need deflection away from villa.The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star, is because I would have liked a findings report to keep on file with my HOA.

We heard a leak in the back of our house. I called a chain company first and told them we had no signs of water in our home, but the meter was spinning fast. They sent a plumber who did the same thing we did- check fixtures and the meter with his eyes and ears. He scoffed at the sounds we heard, but also said he was baffled we had no water in the house, and determined we needed Leak Detection. He then needed to call this service for the following day. What a racket.Then I found Able Leak Detection. For half the price, they sent me Dave The Leak Guy within 2 hours. He brought with him the equipment necessary to do the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helped to calm my nerves as I awaited the bad news. Dave found not one, but THREE leaks! One on the side of the house, and 2 in the front which were in our dining room -sub. He and his team walked me through my options carefully. I hope I dont need them again, but if I spring another leak, Ill be calling Able for sure!
