Love this place, the guys here are super helpful, their tools are top notch! And rental fees are reasonable, if you can’t find it here you’re probably not using the right tool. -

Rented a machine to take off/grind paint off my basement cement floors. The guys at the counter were very helpful and gave us lots of info and direction. Will rent again from here as they have so many tools.Tip;I was first time customer and had to put a 600$ cash deposit and a $2000 pre authorization on my card. I had to run to get cash but wasn’t a big deal since Chase is a few min away. -

I went there to purchase an Ego Snowblower. Way Ken is the official distributor and warranty repair for Ego tools. They were super helpful and friendly! Their price was the same as the big box store but they put the whole unit together, gave me a tutorial and helped me get it into my car. I’d rather give my money to a local business than a big box store. Their hours are more suited to contractors but I’ll be back to check out their huge selection in the future. -

Great customer service! I recently bought a snowblower from Way Ken. They were super friendly on the phone. When I went to pick it up they took a lot of time to explain how it works and answered all my questions. Will definitely be buying from them again. -

These guys are great. They’re unbelievably helpful. They only stock quality tools and equipment. I went in needing to dig a hole under a sidewalk and they walked me through everything I needed. It’s family owned and operated, 3 generation and the guys in the back doing the repairs all seem to know what they’re doing. -

Extremely professional, outstanding customer service. All in all, Just a great group of friendly people to work with.We have been purchasing and renting equipment and tools for years. If youre purchasing one of their tools, they test it before you buy it. Making sure everything works the way its supposed to before you get to your job site. Time is important to a contractor like myself. And this company understands that. Hats off folks!! Keep up the great work!! -
