I had 4 major projects - concrete porch & sidewalks, replacement windows, A/C installation & bathroom remodel done by Landau Real Estate Services, and I was pleased with each one. The workers were great - started on time, worked straight through, and was very respectful of me and my property. Kenny Gray is great to work with. He provided me with good advice and recommendations for each of my projects and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend that you give him the opportunity to provide you with a quote for any work that you need to have done. Kenny Gray is a professional and takes pride in the work that he does. I am thankful & blessed that Ive been able to work with Landau Real Estate Services.

Kenny is SUCH a nice guy and SO responsive. I texted him one night at 9:30pm to ask his opinion on a vibrating noise that started behind our electrical panel. He called me immediately. I described it, had him listen to it over the phone, he asked some follow-up diagnostic questions, and sent someone out within the half hour to look into it. He was worried about a fire and didnt feel comfortable waiting until morning (neither were we, to be honest). Its crazy to say this about a business, but knowing Kenny is this responsive AND knowledgeable makes me feel safe when things get weird as a homeowner.
