Chris from Polmaster LLC responded to our inquiry for a porch & stairs replacement very quickly and came out to meet with us within the week - wearing a mask as appropriate during these COVID times. He provided a very competitive quote for the job and had his architect come out to do the drawing within a couple weeks. The job was delayed due to COVID issues plus added time due to red-tape and paperwork from our villages inspectors - but finally the job was completed a little more than a month later. Even the village inspector who came out after the job was completed commented that the porch was built very solid. Nice job - thanks, Chris! We fully recommend Polmaster LLC.

Chris did a beautiful job on our Azek deck and steps! His craftsmanship is excellent and we couldnt be happier with his work! Chris kept his word in terms of the timing of our project coordinating with the Village as well as with our patio contractor. He was great to work with from start to finish, very personable as well as very detailed and a perfectionist. My husband and I would highly recommend Chris and his team for your deck projects. His pricing was both reasonable and competitive. He completed the project in a timely manner as well.Our project was done in October, 2020, at a time when lumber, both natural wood and engineered were scarce and we had been told we wouldnt be able to get the Azek product for months by other contractors. Chris was resourceful and able to find the exact product we wanted in a timely manner. Again, we highly recommend Polmaster with no reservations.

Chris and his crew did a great job repairing the roof on our garage rooftop deck and then replacing the deck. They finished the job on time with no surprises. After getting several quotes we went with Polmaster because Chris took the time to give us several different options and answer the many questions I had prior to repairing our roof/deck. The work was high quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Polmaster!

We are so pleased with their work that we are actually looking to hire them once again for some more projects. They are professional. Reliable, punctual and they went above and beyond to be honest with us with prices. We now have a safe and functional deck to celebrate our daughters birthday on!*******UPDATE: We were so pleased with their work the first time that we hired them again to redo our front steps. Definitely recommend them to everyone who needs solid and professional work done! I see us hiring them for more projects in the future.*******

Chris was super easy to work with. He came out to give an estimate last summer and again this spring. His price was very reasonable. We had a deck with lots of rot replaced. The new boards look beautiful. Chris came back a few days later to help replace some wood fencing planks as well. Definitely recommend him and his crew!

We had Polmaster replace our totally rotted out back porch deck and steps. The job was over the top wonderful from start to finish. Chris arrived on time for each appointment beginning with a Saturday visit to assess the job. He responds same day to calls and emails! He is a quiet, careful, expert who is very personable. He easily answered questions, understood requests, explained procedures including a demonstration if needed to clarify. Ie. SHOWING how the pieces fit together/just telling because he saw thats the way I can get it.He and his crew of 2 are pleasant to have around. They worked together quickly, precisely, and skillfully finishing sooner than estimated, cleaning up each day thoroughly. The job looks and feels beautiful, and they are very fairly priced.I would love to have more work for them, and have already happily recommended them.
