Had an amazing experience w Mike and his team refurbishing my master bathroom and second bathroom - have never experienced clean during construction, but Mike and his team were so considerate of the fact we were living in during the refurbishment - timing was as Mike projected, as was cost and the workmanship speaks for itself in the photos! Pile be happy to have the team back for my next project!

I have hired Kolin Group on 5 occasions - 4 times to renovate rental condos that we prepped so they could be put on the market (all units sold in under 2 months, and one getting an offer within 48 hours of listing), and then I hired him to do some renovations on our home of 20 years to prepare it to go to market. Michael and his team are reliable, on time and on budget, and do great work. He is also super helpful in making recommendations during the remodel to keep you on budget, and has assisted me regularly with purchasing and installing the tile or fixtures needed. He works well with the condo management office and his clients. I am pleased to recommend him to friends and colleagues. You wont regret your decision to hire Kolin Group.

I am almost done with a complete rehab of my condominium using the Kolin group. My condominium is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for someone to coordinate your entire job and produce high quality work, I highly recommend the Kolin group. Bathrooms are extremely important as you want to create a Spa experience. The tile work that was done in both of my bathrooms is some of the best I have seen and I have done three prior rehabs. Just excellent work. Mike has been just wonderful to work with, professional, responsive, always willing to listen and address any issues I have had. I could send Mike a text on Sunday, in the evening, whenever, and he would respond. I have heard so many bad things about contractors and I feel grateful to have worked with Mike and the Kolin group. Rehabs are always difficult and Mike did everything possible to make the experience as stress-free as possible. One last thing I would like to mention is that I have come to know Mike as a trustworthy honest person. I was traveling quite a bit when my rehab was going on, so for the most part I was not present. I trusted that Mike would get the job done and he did, thus earning my respect and trust.

They completely remodeled my 820 sq ft River North Condo with a commitment to excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and superb craftsmanship in providing innovative custom solutions. My condo now has a completely remodeled bathroom, a completely remodeled kitchen that included relocating plumbing for the sink in the new peninsula, new doors, electrical outlets/switches, flooring, and light fixtures throughout, two newly added storage closets, soundproofing added to a shared wall, the popcorn ceiling removed throughout, and every wall and ceiling painted. Weve been working with Mike and team from the Kolin Group on a range of items related to our home remodel and couldnt be more pleased with the work. They have helped us with lighting, electrical and a broad range of small/mid-sized projects (e.g., cabinetry install, wall work, etc). Their work is high quality and professionally finished. Equally important, Mike and all of his team are responsive and highly professional. Unlike many other contractors weve dealt with, Kolin Groups pricing is reasonable and they dont nickel and dime us for every small change from the original plan. Highly recommend.
