Long overdue review here...About a year ago, Floorecki completely refinished the hardwood floors and replaced the baseboards of our raised ranch on the NW side of the city. As first time homeowners, we couldnt be more pleased with our decision. Chris and his crew provided a clear onsite evaluation w/quote, and were punctual and professional throughout the process. Best of all, the results were stunning and gave the floors the fresh reboot they needed.Fast forward a year later...due to a mishap from our pet, we had a dark spot stain on our guest bedroom floor that we couldnt clean off. We contacted Chris and he was able to swing by a couple days later and touch it up perfectly...you would hardly know anything happened at all.Thanks again Floorecki, and we know who to contact for all of our future flooring needs!

We hired Floorecki to refinish our existing hardwood floors which had outdated stain and were scratched up.Also, we removed carpeting from several areas in our house and had them install new hardwood floors.We also had them rebuild a new staircase.We are HIGHLY impressed with the quality of their work. So happy to have found FLOORecki! They did a wonderful job installing wall mounted railings throughout our townhouse. The whole process was fast and they were refreshingly easy to get a hold of and respond to questions. Chris and his crew did excellent work, fast, and very clean. Paulina was great through the estimate process even coming back to show us physical samples of the railing and hardware we picked out, so we could feel 100% sure we would be happy with our selection. They mixed a custom color stain to match the existing floors in our house as well. Would be happy to hire again!

Chris and his team replaced spindles and rails in our home. I was really pleased with his work which included carpentry on the lower stair. Chris and his team did a great job removing older carpet, repairing, and refinishing our hardwood floor including stairs. They’re even started a day early, which allowed the work to be finished on time as it required tedious removal of stuck on padding, nails and staples before the refinishing could be done. They were very professional, reasonable and offered good recommendations. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend working with Chris on your hardwood flooring project. I recently bought a new home and the floors were in pretty bad shape. I sent out a bid request on yelp and his came back the most reasonably priced! After choosing him, he came to provide an in person estimate and I hired him on the spot. Being new to the area, I had to trust my gut since I didnt know anyone to refer a company to me, but I could not be happier with his work. He even put in new wood register covers that really improved the floors appearance. He was able to start right away and finished exactly when he said he would. He kept in constant communication throughout the job. You wont go wrong in hiring them to do your job. Thank you for your great and affordable work!!!

Floorecki is an awesome company to deal with.Coming in my house one night one of my stairs broke and I fell up the stairs. The next morning I did as expected called everyone I knew that dealt with construction, everyone were either busy or couldn’t help. So I did the next best thing ask mr google. Even there everyone was busy until I reached Chris. Don’t get me wrong he was busy too. But he asked me to send him some pictures over and we talked through text and this morning he was at my house and now I’m the proud owner of functioning stairs. Also at a reasonable price. I highly recommend calling if you want great fast reliable service.

I used FloorRecki to refinish wood floors which were not well taken care of and had lots of scratches and ware patterns in high traffic areas. Paulina promptly arrived to survey the space for the quote and was very detailed in explaining the work that would be needed. She also presented me with a few options to suit my budget. In the end I decided to go with her recommendation to ensure the refinish would last and be protected for years to come. Paulina was very efficient in getting the quote to me and setting up the appointment.When it came time to have the floors finished, Chirs and his team arrived on time ready to work. They did a great job sanding the floors and maintaining them level. Chris helped me choose the right colors for the floors which ended up being a 50/50 mix of Jacobean and Classic Grey along sealer and 2 upper coats of Bona hardener. The team left the property very clean with minimal dust. The products and machines used are top notch.Finally - price. I had several estimates on the floors but FloorRecki beat them all and provided superior work. I cant say thank you enough to Paulina, Chris and team for ensuring my job went smoothly, timely and was delivered with high quality. I will most certainly recommend FloorRecki with highest regards!!

Chris and his team were the ultimate hardwood floor professionals. They took out old hardwood floors and built entire new sub-flooring before installing new hardwood maple floors. They even tore out the old kitchen floor and prepared it for the tile floor contractor.They installed our new baseboard as well and we are extremely pleased with the finished project. We were happy for the referral to them!

Hired FLOORecki to lay down wood floors to match the existing wood floors in the living area in addition to installing shoe and basemolding throughout my condo. I had purchased the floors separately and spoke to the customer service rep to make sure everything was in order prior to them coming.I was lucky enough to work with Chris who was an absolute beast, super polite and did phenomenal work. I had previously considered installing the base and shoe molding myself but I was so glad I paid to have Chris at FLOORecki take care of it. His corners, cuts and molding far exceeded what I am capable of and he did it in far less time. He even helped with some last minute additional trim around the fireplace.The service, price and work exceeded my expectation and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for floor work.

After quoting with a few other companies and running into issues along with overpriced estimates I cant help but recommend them to everyone I know. Cant find a single complaint! Paulina was exceptionally prompt and professional, it was easy to tell she knew what she was doing as soon as she arrived for the estimate. Scheduling went smoothly and my living room and foyer floors came out beautifully. Chris along with his crew were friendly didnt waste anytime but were also very precise. They even cleaned my already dusty baseboards in an adjacent room after I told them not to! Couldnt be happier and highly recommended!

Floorecki was great. I needed to put down new hardwood flooring in our new condo and I contacted 6 contractors and met with 4. Out of all of them, Floorecki was clearly the best from the very beginning. Paulina was responsive and detailed in her responses but never tried to sell us with more expensive options. They were also flexible with our schedule since our floor delivery did not make it on time. Chris did such a good job with the floor. I could not be happier with the final product. They cleaned up very well in the end too. More importantly, working with Paulina and Chris was so easy: they are both very genuinely nice people and they were very accommodating. Their rate was very reasonable too. The only small drawback was that they quoted us 2 days and the job took about 4. We were not in a hurry so we did not check in/ask, but if you are, perhaps communicate that with them in the beginning. I would recommend them to anyone.
