Choosing Coen Construction Services for our Timber Tech decking remodel turned out to be a GREAT choice (a friend referral) as the outcome exceeded our expectations. Stephen and Vunzai were professional and pleasant to work with on such an extensive project. The entire crew were punctual and the detail of workmanship was impeccable. We would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects.

Vunzai and Stephen Coen were great to work with on our bathroom repair project. We had a lot of questions to make sure we are all on the same page, including subcontractors. Once the project was underway, things moved on time and all subcontractors were great.

They were great. Steve oversaw the basement remodel. He personally is a gifted carpenter. He had great suggestions to make the project stronger. He recommended the subcontractors. (Plasterers, plumbing, flooring, painters, and other carpenters). He reviewed the subcontractors work before they were paid. They cleaned up after each stage of the project and the work was completed in a timely manner. Vunzai (co-owner) kept us informed about the scheduled workers.The work was great and the final price was very fair. My wife and I will use them in the future and we have recommended them to friends.Bob & Peggy

Excellent company to work with! Professional, timely, tidy, and most importantly very high quality work. Our bathroom project was tricky to say the least and Stephen and Vunzai knocked it out of the park! Their diligence in planning ahead Im sure saved us tons of headache we may have had with most other contractors, and any problems that did come up were quickly solved. Cannot say enough good things about them!
