Finding a reliable contractor in Chicago is challenging. We are so glad to have found Asset Builders. Justin is communicative, prompt, does great work and charges a fair price. I never feel like I should have shopped around. Feel confident, Asset can handle any job, large or small. Justin operates his business with integrity. That is unfortunately rare.

Asset Building & Construction has done work for me over 20 years. We recently redid the kitchen, and main bathroom two years ago. Both jobs were executed with the highest quality of workmanship, professional attention to detail and care for the surrounding area in order to limit unnecessary mess and disruption to the rest of the house. Justin Bala worked with me, using his years of experience in construction and remodeling to give me sound advice on the latest trends in color, lighting, etc. while ensuring I got what I wanted at a fair price.This kitchen has been transformed from drab and dated to modern, sleek and beautiful! A space that fills us with pride and joy every time we enter. I only wish we had taken “before” photos but think these photos give a good idea of what an amazing job Asset Builders can do and did for us!

Justin is an extraordinary contractor. There is nothing that he can’t do. He is organized, efficient, and in addition to his impressive skill set, he also has a keen eye for design and aesthetics. He and his team move quickly and you always know the status and schedule of your project. I emphatically refer him and I guarantee that you will be happy with his services. He has done multiple projects for me and I give him the highest recommendation.
